Yeah, no, I'm not worried about my credit. I have excellent

credit. That's just, I'm yet to believe that they're gonna give me something free that's not gonna be tied to my loan or to my house or some lien
AGENT0:33
No,
HOMEOWNER0:21
on
AGENT0:33
no
HOMEOWNER0:21
some.
AGENT9:14
lien involved
HOMEOWNER0:10
I
AGENT0:21
with
HOMEOWNER9:15
don't know what's
AGENT10:06
this. That, that's why I mentioned it's as long as the property qualifies. That's the big thing here. Otherwise, every single homeowner in Southern California would be jumping into these programs, but the reason why they're not is because a lot of homeowners have old roofs. They have damaged main panel units, they have older main panel units, uh, their credit score might not be in good, in good shape, so a lot of homeowners do unfortunately don't qualify, so I'd want to stay around 30 to 40% of the applicants that we do help try and move forward. They actually get denied because something's wrong with the property. So, even though this all may sound good, it sounds like a no-brainer. The thing here is the property would need to qualify. And that's why we send a consultant out to you, for one, to explain everything to you, show you a full breakdown, Answer any questions or concerns you may have and actually show you how much you'll save compared to what you're spending right on me.
HOMEOWNER10:15
and you say that bill would replace my Edison bill or that be my whole Edison bill the
AGENT0:33
That
HOMEOWNER03:54pm
cut
AGENT0:21
is
HOMEOWNER03:54pm
in half.
AGENT10:37
correct. It, it, it completely gets rid of that California Edison bill, and now you just pay a cheaper solar energy bill. That's it. So like the example I gave earlier, where if you're paying $200 with Edison on average, we now can get you anywhere between 100 to 130. It just depends on the size of the system at that point and what you're looking for. Does that make a, a little bit more sense, Majid? I hope it did.
HOMEOWNER10:40
Yeah, is that, so that's a private

AGENT0:10
Hi, hello, Majid
HOMEOWNER03:44pm
Yes, hello
AGENT0:21
Hey, Majid, how are you? This is Josh. Uh, I was just giving you a call here. I, I believe you spoke with someone on my team yesterday regarding the new energy program. How are you doing today?
HOMEOWNER0:23
Yeah, good. How are you doing?
AGENT0:33
I'm doing really good, Majid. Thank you for asking. Uh, I was just, of course, giving you a call seeing if you got that notice in the mail about the recent rate increases. Did you happen to see that by any chance?
HOMEOWNER0:36
Who sent it, uh, the
AGENT0:23
Yeah,
HOMEOWNER0:37
power company.
AGENT03:44pm
so, yeah, so
HOMEOWNER2:32
Well
AGENT03:44pm
major.
HOMEOWNER0:47
you don't about the rate change because I can see how much is going up. Unfortunately, a month ago somebody called me and also told me about trying to qualify me for some discount stuff,
AGENT03:44pm
uh-huh
HOMEOWNER0:53
it didn't work, so. so yeah, I don't, I don't think I qualify for whatever discount he was looking into and giving
AGENT13:36
Got you.
HOMEOWNER0:55
me discounts and stuff like that.
AGENT1:01
This isn't in regards to just discounting your bill. This is in regards to the new solar programs that are out, so homeowners,
HOMEOWNER0:23
yeah.
AGENT1:15
they don't no longer need to take out a loan. There's no down payment. There's nothing for the installation cost. It's very simple. It's just as long as yourself and your property qualify. That's how we're able to help you transition into that cheaper solar bill. Does that
HOMEOWNER2:32
well I
AGENT03:45pm
make a little
HOMEOWNER5:01
tell
AGENT8:26
bit more
HOMEOWNER1:38
you I
AGENT3:22
sense?
HOMEOWNER1:21
qualify because I never qualified for anything from the government yet, so
AGENT03:45pm
Oh, OK,
HOMEOWNER03:45pm
I, I don't
AGENT1:25
gotcha. I mean, what makes you say that, uh, if you don't mind me asking?
HOMEOWNER1:30
again cause this is not the first time somebody else trying to get me the solar thing and
AGENT03:45pm
Mm
HOMEOWNER1:33
then they said that to discount this and that nothing got discounted,
AGENT0:21
OK,
HOMEOWNER03:45pm
no, I don't get
AGENT0:33
if
HOMEOWNER0:21
it.
AGENT1:38
you, if you don't mind me asking, is you, how long ago was that that you spoke to someone in regards to solar.
HOMEOWNER1:39
Less than a year ago,
AGENT1:39
less
HOMEOWNER1:39
less
AGENT1:39
than a
HOMEOWNER1:39
than a
AGENT1:39
year ago.
HOMEOWNER1:39
year. ago
AGENT1:44
and did they give you an exact reason as to why you didn't qualify?
HOMEOWNER1:50
No, the guy told me you didn't qualify. That's it. He told me uh don't qualify for the program.
AGENT1:01
Oh,
HOMEOWNER0:10
I
AGENT1:15
that's
HOMEOWNER03:45pm
mean, he
AGENT1:15
very
HOMEOWNER2:01
came
AGENT2:01
strange
HOMEOWNER2:01
came to my house and he looked at my bill. He said, I hold on 35, you have kids and everything. And then when I call them 2-3 weeks later they say, oh sorry, you didn't qualify so.
AGENT2:01
That's very strange,
HOMEOWNER0:53
so yeah
AGENT2:24
huh, OK, just because with these programs, I mean, it's not based on like income or like how much you make or anything like that. It's really just based on the property and if you have a good standing credit score. So as long as your credit score was good above 670, and everything on the property path, then, you know, you should have been eligible for the program. Um, did you speak to any other company or was it just that guy that told you you didn't qualify?
HOMEOWNER2:32
well in the past, some companies before they, they talked to us and
AGENT03:46pm
Mhm.
HOMEOWNER2:38
you know my wife pulled up on it, but I started my, my electric bill now is more than twice I was before.
AGENT2:39
Gotcha. And then if,
HOMEOWNER2:38
but.
AGENT2:43
if, if you had to put an amount on how much you spend for your energy, how much would that look like for you?
HOMEOWNER2:46
I'm paying $240 a month right now.
AGENT2:48
Wow, OK. And I'm guessing it tends to go
HOMEOWNER0:10
I
AGENT03:46pm
up more
HOMEOWNER0:21
was
AGENT2:50
during the higher months.
HOMEOWNER2:54
I was paying about 71, you know, 20 years ago, but now, you know, it's a lot more than
AGENT1:25
Gotcha.
HOMEOWNER2:56
what are you giving me what?
AGENT3:22
No, that, that, uh, that makes a lot of sense and I mean if you they should have gave you a reason as to why you didn't qualify the first time around, um, but that's why we are calling because homeowners with these new programs are now getting qualified for them, it's just a matter of the, of course, if your property is able to qualify at that point in regime. So quick question for you, for your property, do you have any like big trees or tall buildings that provide shade over the roof by any chance?
HOMEOWNER3:27
No, I have a two-story building, so I got plenty of hats.
AGENT0:21
OK
HOMEOWNER3:28
I got plenty of time.
AGENT3:27
Plenty of
HOMEOWNER3:30
my trees are around of the house,
AGENT1:25
Gotcha.
HOMEOWNER3:32
not near the house, so
AGENT3:37
And then for your roof condition, are there any leaks or damages that you're aware of? Did they ever advise you of anything like that?
HOMEOWNER3:41
I, I went to my house in 2012, I put a new roof. I remodeled my house. I didn't so that was pretty good.
AGENT3:52
Gotcha. OK. Well, that shouldn't be an issue then. And then for the type of roof you have, do you happen to know if it's like shingles, clay-style, concrete. Do you happen to know?
HOMEOWNER3:55
It, it's singular well,
AGENT03:47pm
Is shingles
HOMEOWNER03:47pm
uh, as for.
AGENT4:08
Asphalt shingles? OK. I mean, that shouldn't be an issue either. We installed on plenty of asphalt singles. Um, now, for the property itself, is there anyone else that owns it with you, like a spouse or a family member, or is it just yourself or you?
HOMEOWNER4:10
No, it's under my
AGENT4:10
Under
HOMEOWNER4:22
name
AGENT4:22
your name? OK, perfect. Not an issue at all then. And then, of course, for these programs, like I mentioned since they are government endorsed, you would just need to have a good standing credit score of at least 670 or higher, so I'm guessing you're good on that end as well, correct?
HOMEOWNER4:25
Yeah, I'm, I'm good on
AGENT0:21
OK.
HOMEOWNER0:33
that.
AGENT4:28
And is there any existing solar on the property?
HOMEOWNER0:10
O
AGENT4:30
silly question, but
HOMEOWNER4:33
What is this you talking? Are you guys gonna installing solar systems solar
AGENT0:23
yeah,
HOMEOWNER03:48pm
panels.
AGENT5:01
so like I mentioned, these are new programs, so it does involve the installation of solar, but you don't have to pay for it. So there's no loan associated with this. There's no down payment. Nothing for the installation cost. Like I mentioned, it's just as long as your property qualifies and from what you're telling me, it definitely sounds like you could be a good fit for Mai. The next step is really simple. It's just about selecting that better time and date, so the consultant can stop by and break it all down for you and answer any questions you may have.
HOMEOWNER5:04
So, so how come total is gonna be free
AGENT0:21
Yes,
HOMEOWNER2:24
based
AGENT0:21
so
HOMEOWNER03:49pm
on what?
AGENT5:33
I don't like to use the word free, so you're still gonna have a bill. It's just gonna be much cheaper than what you're currently paying right now. So to give you an example, Majid, if you're averaging, let's just say $200 with this program, as long as you're able to get qualified for it. We're able to knock that bill down I don't want to say anywhere between 100 to $130 now. It just depends on the size of the system, but roughly, homeowners have been seeing savings around 40%.
HOMEOWNER5:36
And how much is the system gonna cost me?
AGENT5:52
Nothing. So you don't pay for the system you pay for is the energy that comes at a much cheaper rate. So it's, it's kind of like how you're with your energy company right now, except you're purchasing that system at a much cheaper rate. That's the only difference.
HOMEOWNER5:58
Yeah, but you know what? I don't think it's gonna work because most of my power is in the evening when my kids
AGENT03:49pm
Uh-huh
HOMEOWNER6:02
come home. When my son's, there's nobody at home using the power, to tell
AGENT0:21
OK.
HOMEOWNER6:08
you the truth, so most of my power comes when my kids come home in the evening, so I don't think that's gonna save me
AGENT1:25
Gotcha.
HOMEOWNER03:50pm
that much.
AGENT6:35
No, and I can very, I can see the concern there, and that's a very valid one. The great thing with this program as well is that it comes with battery packs. So, even though that system's generating energy for you during the day. When you get these battery packs, it stores all that energy for you. So when your kids do come home and they end up using energy or even yourself, you're covered. It's not gonna ever pull from California Edison ever again. You just pull from those battery packs. And the battery pack, they're included with the solar.
HOMEOWNER6:43
So you're telling me the whole solar system with the battery pack, we're talking 30 to $40,000.
AGENT4:22
Correct
HOMEOWNER6:45
It's not gonna cost any money.
AGENT6:48
Correct. And the reason for that is because the, the way these
HOMEOWNER0:23
Yeah.
AGENT7:15
programs work is they're backing funded by taxpayer dollars. So your taxpaying dollars, my taxpaying dollars, a portion of everyone's taxes now are being funneled into these programs. So what the government's doing is they're allowing homeowners to see if they're able to qualify as long as you're able to qualify. That's how you get the system, but unfortunately, if you don't qualify, then it would automatically disqualify you from the program. Did that make a
HOMEOWNER5:01
So like
AGENT03:51pm
mhm
HOMEOWNER7:19
I said, everybody came out here and they looked into my bill and they didn't qualify
AGENT0:23
Yeah,
HOMEOWNER0:21
me.
AGENT2:01
that's very strange
HOMEOWNER3:27
so I,
AGENT0:47
because
HOMEOWNER0:10
I
AGENT1:21
from,
HOMEOWNER03:51pm
feel I'm
AGENT03:51pm
mhm.
HOMEOWNER7:32
talking. I'm having a hard time believing that the government was gonna be, gonna give me $40,000 power system so I can knock down my electricity bill.
AGENT7:33
Gotcha. Well, they're not
HOMEOWNER2:24
you know
AGENT0:21
giving
HOMEOWNER7:34
what I'm saying
AGENT8:26
it to you. Remember, you're still gonna have a bill, it's just the bill now is gonna be much cheaper than what you're paying. So, you're just paying for the energy. The catch here is, is that your property needs to qualify. So even though you tell me everything may be good, what happens is if you do decide to move forward, there's something that's called a site inspection that takes place where they inspect everything, just to make sure that the property's good and if the property for any reason doesn't pass, we would have to advise you and let you know as to why it didn't pass, which is why I was curious as to why that other guy told you you didn't pass, but then didn't give you a reason to it. That's something that we have to do. So let's just say for instance, if we check your roof and it turns out that your roof uh needs to get reinforced for the paddles. That's something that we need to advise you and let you know, or your property couldn't qualify for it. Does that make it a little bit more sense, Majid?
HOMEOWNER8:34
So what's qualify what you mean, so what you're saying basically I qualify not based on income
AGENT0:23
Yeah,
HOMEOWNER0:33
or
AGENT03:52pm
yeah, it's
HOMEOWNER1:15
it's
AGENT0:33
not
HOMEOWNER2:24
based
AGENT2:24
based
HOMEOWNER2:24
on the
AGENT0:21
on
HOMEOWNER3:22
roof
AGENT2:24
income
HOMEOWNER03:52pm
quality.
AGENT8:58
or anything like that. The only thing is you would need to have a good standing credit score of 670 or higher. And the reason why they asked for that is because traditionally, homeowners will make their payments on time have a good standing credit score of 670 or higher, or if you have any past bankruptcies or foreclosures within the past 7 years, that would also automatically disqualify you. So you're good on that end, right?
HOMEOWNER9:03
Yeah, no, I'm not worried about my credit. I have excellent
AGENT03:53pm
Mhm
HOMEOWNER9:10
AGENT0:33
No,
HOMEOWNER10:41
company that does that or
AGENT0:21
so
HOMEOWNER0:53
what?
AGENT11:19
this program's government endorsed, meaning that any solar company can actually come up to you and offer you this program, which is why I said was it's kind of strange how you looked into solar before, but they advised that you didn't qualify. There, there always has to be a reason as to why. Um, so if they ever did give you the reason, you know, that would give me a better understanding, but from what you're telling me right now, I don't see why not. You shouldn't be able to qualify. Your roof's in good standing condition. Um, it has no leaks or damage. Your main panel unit should be in good standing shape as well, especially if you redid everything, um, so it definitely sounds like you could be a good fit. The next step is just sitting down and seeing if it worked out for you.
HOMEOWNER11:25
All right, I guess we can meet with someone if you wanna send somebody
AGENT8:26
Sure,
HOMEOWNER0:21
here
AGENT11:27
yeah, I mean, what,
HOMEOWNER2:46
right.
AGENT11:31
what time works better for you? Is it typically mornings or afternoons that work better for you, Majid?
HOMEOWNER11:35
I mean, usually afternoon
AGENT0:23
Yeah.
HOMEOWNER11:36
when I'm home from work or, you
AGENT0:23
Yeah
HOMEOWNER11:38
know, it depends it's
AGENT03:55pm
Mhm
HOMEOWNER11:41
on a Monday, uh, usually
AGENT11:31
Afternoon
HOMEOWNER11:42
afternoon I get
AGENT8:26
Sure.
HOMEOWNER11:36
home from
AGENT0:23
Yeah,
HOMEOWNER0:53
work.
AGENT11:44
no problem. I mean, I
HOMEOWNER0:23
Yeah.
AGENT11:49
can do, let's see here. And what time do you usually get home after work? Is it after 4, after 5, after 6?
HOMEOWNER11:57
Well, it depends again, uh, usually, yeah, I'll be home by 5 o'clock for
AGENT0:21
OK.
HOMEOWNER03:55pm
sure, but then 06.
AGENT12:00
I mean, what I can do then if
HOMEOWNER0:21
you
AGENT0:21
you
HOMEOWNER2:24
know.
AGENT12:13
get home around that 6 o'clock time frame. I can definitely go ahead and mark you down for like 6:30 just because the latest consultation we have does run all the way up until 7, and I do see a spot here. The 6:30 or 7 p.m. work better for you, Majid?
HOMEOWNER12:18
Uh, probably 6:30. Well, hang on,
AGENT0:21
Uh,
HOMEOWNER8:26
which
AGENT11:41
Monday
HOMEOWNER12:20
day is on now we're talking?
AGENT0:23
Yeah,
HOMEOWNER0:21

AGENT03:56pm

AGENT1:01
Oh,
HOMEOWNER10:37
earlier.
AGENT12:29
perfect then. OK, so Monday, let me see.
HOMEOWNER0:23
Yeah.
AGENT12:37
Uh, and for Monday, I do have it looks like here, a 11 o'clock available. Would 110 be good for you? 11 a.m.?
HOMEOWNER0:23
Yeah
AGENT4:22
Perfect,
HOMEOWNER03:56pm
7's
AGENT03:56pm
Imogene.
HOMEOWNER0:23
good.
AGENT13:24
Awesome.
HOMEOWNER03:56pm
Monday 11th.
AGENT12:48
Let me go ahead and mark you down then for this upcoming Monday at 11. Now, for that California Edison bill that you get, do you get it online or in the mail?
HOMEOWNER12:55
Uh, I was getting it online, but now I think I get it in the mail because I changed
AGENT1:25
Gotcha
HOMEOWNER12:58
uh because I couldn't, I wouldn't get this online
AGENT0:33
No
HOMEOWNER03:56pm
on soon
AGENT11:44
problem
HOMEOWNER03:56pm
enough
AGENT4:22
at all.
HOMEOWNER03:56pm
sometimes that
AGENT11:44
problem,
HOMEOWNER2:43
would
AGENT13:04
man. What I can do for you is I'm gonna send you a text message just letting you know that you're all set for Monday
HOMEOWNER0:23
yeah.
AGENT13:15
at 11. If you have the chance, please send over page 3 of your bill. It just shows a bar graph that we can use to conduct the savings report for you and also save you some time during the consultation, OK?
HOMEOWNER13:18
OK, I'll look for it and
AGENT13:24
Awesome
HOMEOWNER13:19
I'll, I'll scan you page
AGENT0:23
Yeah,
HOMEOWNER2:01
3
AGENT13:21
page 3, it has a bar graph
HOMEOWNER0:21
OK.
AGENT13:24
on it. You can't miss it, so it should be right there. Um, but awesome then, so you're all set. I got you down for Monday at 11. Now we do work as a first come, first serve, so that just means that since you're taking that time, another homeowner can't take it. So I just wanna make sure that that 11 o'clock time frame works for you, Majid.
HOMEOWNER13:40
Yeah, uh, Monday
AGENT4:22
Perfect.
HOMEOWNER13:41
11 o'clock would be
AGENT13:24

Listen forHe installs solar for a living and does the unit economics out loud. Adam doesn't bluff on detail he doesn't have.
ObjectionHow it was handledHomeowner's reaction
···
HOMEOWNER3:12
So they obviously produce more, so like if it produces $85 worth of kilowatts of power that month.
AGENT01:04pm
Uh-huh
HOMEOWNER3:22
I still have to pay you. $50 and then you get the 85 plus my 50. to cover your cost of solar panels.
AGENT4:15
Oh, no, no. So the way that this specific program works, uh, it's, it's a little bit different than how the other ones work. With this one, you're actually not paying for the actual panels. What it is you're doing is you're paying for the electricity that you're producing through them. So it's kind of like what you do right now already, right? The, the, the utility company delivers the power to you. They charge you for it. Instead of you doing that, you're gonna be producing your own electricity and that's how you're gonna be able to reduce the cost of your bill because now you don't have to pay any of those extra fees uh that they charge you The, the thing is, right, as, as good as it all sounds, uh, these newer programs, um, you know, it's, it's obviously a great program, but not everyone can qualify for it. Ultimately, what our job is to do is really just ask you a couple questions I don't take longer than a minute. Uh, just to see if you're a good fit for it, that way if you are right on a different day, we could be able to show you a proper breakdown of what that would look like.
HOMEOWNER0:54
OK
AGENT4:21
OK. So, like, for example, are, are you the homeowner on title here on Green Lane?
HOMEOWNER01:05pm
I am.
AGENT4:26
Awesome. Is there anyone else on title with you like spouse or family member?
HOMEOWNER4:32
Um, I don't think my wife's on, my, my wife lives here.
AGENT01:06pm
Uh-huh.
HOMEOWNER4:34
I don't think she's on a deed with me.
AGENT4:42
OK, no worries. That's not a problem at all. Uh, as far as like the sunlight exposure, would you say that you get exposed to a lot of sunlight on the roof?
···
HOMEOWNER01:01pm
Hello
AGENT01:01pm
Hey, Vicky
HOMEOWNER1:39
Yeah
AGENT0:09
How's it going, Chase? My name is
HOMEOWNER0:15
uh
AGENT0:15
uh, I'm calling because I believe you just got off the phone with a team member of mine in regards to the new energy program. How's your day going?
HOMEOWNER0:17
that's going all right.
AGENT0:26
Uh, the reason I'm reaching out is because there's a letter the utility company sent out that they're raising the rates to maintain the power grid. I'm not sure if you got the chance to read about that one yet?
HOMEOWNER01:01pm
I have not, no
AGENT0:37
No worries. So, right, that being said, essentially that's just that you're gonna be seeing an increase on your power bill. Uh, but do you recall how much you paid on the most recent power bill?
HOMEOWNER01:02pm
What's that
AGENT0:47
Uh, do you recall like how much you paid on the most recent electricity bill?
HOMEOWNER0:51
Uh, I think it's right around 75 bucks.
AGENT0:54
OK, got you. And in the summertime, do you ever notice it go up higher than that?
HOMEOWNER0:57
I all depends on how much I welded.
AGENT1:18
Awesome. OK. Well, the reason we're calling is because right now what it is we're doing is we're helping homeowners in the area. Avoid these rate increases and potentially qualify for these newer government indoor solar programs that are designed to help you to eliminate the current power bill you're paying and just swap it out for a cheaper monthly solar bill as long as you can get approved for it, of course.
HOMEOWNER1:25
So what you're doing is you're trying to sell solar panels.
AGENT1:39
So we're, yeah, we're helping homeowners qualify for these newer solar programs that are designed to do exactly what you're already doing right now. Uh, the only difference is, is you would now be eliminating your current bill with the utility company and just paying for a cheaper monthly solar bill.
HOMEOWNER1:44
And what kind of monthly solar bill is that?
AGENT1:58
Yeah. So instead of you paying right, like your your current utility provider. The monthly solar bill that you're paying would be to the solar company. And it's always anywhere up to 30 to 40% cheaper than what you're paying right now. The, the thing
HOMEOWNER1:18
for
AGENT0:09
is,
HOMEOWNER0:09
how
AGENT2:00
oh sorry, go ahead.
HOMEOWNER2:04
for how long? Like the life of the solar panel.
AGENT2:15
So the agreement is in place for 25 years, so you would be locked and fixed at that rate. That way you know exactly how much you're paying, and we can help you avoid those rate increases in the summertime.
HOMEOWNER2:22
So it's a solar panel generates enough power to cover my electricity
AGENT0:15
Uh
HOMEOWNER2:26
and who also gets to kick back you guys then, correct?
AGENT2:36
Uh, so that would be with the uti well, yeah, essentially, yeah, because the solar company would now be the one that you're paying the, the power to. So
HOMEOWNER6:39
But I
AGENT4:15
this
HOMEOWNER2:40
still have to pay you monthly for 25 years.
AGENT2:52
so no, you, you would just be paying uh one monthly bill, right? So you're, you're not gonna be paying the utility company and the solar company. That bill is getting eliminated and you're just swapping it out uh for a cheaper bill to the solar company.
HOMEOWNER3:01
I understand that, but uh, I mean, I worked in the, I work in the solar panel. uh, industry. Like we install solar panels.
AGENT01:04pm
Oh awesome
HOMEOWNER01:06pm
I do on my
AGENT01:06pm
OK. Gotcha.
HOMEOWNER01:06pm
garage, yes.
AGENT4:54
And as far as that goes, um, let me see. So would you say that there's any leaks or damages on it, on, on either part of the roof?
HOMEOWNER4:57
I would hope not
AGENT5:07
OK, no worries. And the main qualification here, right, since these programs are government endorsed. They just wanna make sure you have a standing credit score of above 660. Do you feel like you'd meet that requirement?
HOMEOWNER01:06pm
I should, yes
AGENT5:42
Awesome. Well, based on the information you gave me, uh, Jason, it looks like potentially you could be a good fit for this program, right? The next step for us is super simple. It's really just about finding a different day, uh, where you have a spare 30 minutes where we can have what's called a 30 minute in home consultation and assessment. What that consists of is we'd be able to show you a free savings report. We can break down to you the information on how these newer programs work and how you can take advantage of them. And ultimately, right, see if we can help you get approved to help you lower it. As far as like your availability on a different day for about 30 minutes? Are you usually more free in like the morning times or afternoon?
HOMEOWNER5:45
Uh, usually in the afternoon.
AGENT5:52
Awesome. But from what I see, afternoons wise, is that looking like sometime after like 2, maybe after 3.
HOMEOWNER6:00
Um, is that the latest you go? Because I normally work till about right around like 4, 4:30.
AGENT6:06
Oh, no worries. So we work as late as 7. If you like, what I can do is I can play it safe and put you for 6, let's say like on Friday.
HOMEOWNER6:09
Uh, yeah, we could give that a try.
AGENT6:17
OK, yeah, if Friday at 6 works, I could definitely do that for you. The only thing that I would ask is as far as the power bill goes, you do that one online or by mail?
HOMEOWNER6:20
Um, I'm not sure how
AGENT0:09
I
HOMEOWNER6:23
she I think she pays it online.
AGENT6:39
OK. As long as, even if you guys need assistance right pulling up the online power bill, we could do that. If you even have like a, a paper copy of it, that would work too. Doesn't necessarily have to be the most recent. But if there is a one, maybe even within the last couple of months, that could work too.
HOMEOWNER0:54
OK
AGENT6:55
Awesome. So what I'm gonna do then right now is you can expect a text message from me letting you know it's set for Friday at 6. the only favor I would ask of you is within the text I send, if you can give me like a like on the message or a thumbs up. That way I know you received it, that'll be great.
HOMEOWNER0:54
OK,
AGENT1:18
Awesome,
HOMEOWNER6:06
I can
AGENT5:42
man.
HOMEOWNER6:17
do that
AGENT6:59
Great speaking with you, man. Have a great rest of the week.
HOMEOWNER01:08pm
Yup, you too
AGENT7:02
Yes, sir. Bye-bye

ObjectionHow it was handledHomeowner's reaction
···
HOMEOWNER3:22
Mm
AGENT5:32
no, yeah, I mean, that's why I feel like this option would probably be best for you if, um, it makes a lot more sense in the sense of, uh, I guess from like a financial standpoint, um, just because you can take advantage of, I guess you can call it an incentive of replacing the roof without coming out of pocket for it.
HOMEOWNER5:37
I mean, uh, you know that saying, it sounds too good to be true, right?
AGENT5:39
And no, absolutely, that then
HOMEOWNER0:55
It's
AGENT5:48
that's the thing. Not everyone can qualify for it. So that's why it does sound too good to be true. That's kind of like the catch is that if, if you don't qualify, then you wouldn't be a good fit for it.
HOMEOWNER03:55pm
mhm
AGENT5:58
Um, but the main qualification is to have a standing credit score above 660 and to have uh a lot of sunlight exposure on the roof with like no trees covering it.
HOMEOWNER6:12
mm, I, I think we have like one tree that might like in the morning, it kind of covers it, but I think overall, it should be actually not bad, but um
···
HOMEOWNER03:49pm
Hello
AGENT0:08
Hey, Mr. Johnson Hey,
HOMEOWNER0:55
Yeah
AGENT0:18
how's it going, Mr. Johnson? Uh, my name is Adam. I'm not sure if you remember me. We spoke very briefly about a week ago. Uh, it was in regards to, uh, the solar program. How's your day going?
HOMEOWNER03:49pm
Yeah. Good,
AGENT0:28
Good,
HOMEOWNER03:49pm
thanks
AGENT0:28
good. Uh, I know that you advised that you were meeting with a company, um, I, I believe it was, I think it was like last week that you ended up saying you were gonna meet with them. Um,
HOMEOWNER1:06
Yup
AGENT0:42
I was calling back because I know obviously you wanted to get an option from them. I was reaching out because what we're able to do is provide you a separate quote. That way we can show you and compare apples to apples to see what's the best fit for you and your family.
HOMEOWNER0:55
Yeah, we're, we're, we're not gonna, we're not gonna go that route right now. I just got, uh, uh, too much. I can't, uh, I need to get a new roof before I even think about this, and I'm just not in a it's not the right time for me
AGENT1:03
Sure, absolutely. So it seems like obviously what's holding you back is the uh the concern of like replacing the roof, coming out of pocket for it, things like that.
HOMEOWNER1:06
Yup, pretty much
AGENT1:31
Yeah, no, that makes a lot of sense, man. Uh, the one thing I can, you know, leave you with is that I don't know if the other company advised you, but uh there is an option right now that's available as long as you can qualify, where you're able to replace the roof without having to come out of pocket that 15, 20,000 to replace it. You're now able to replace the roof and bundle that in with the solar at a lower fixed cost. Um, of course, as long as you can qualify for it.
HOMEOWNER1:36
When you say qualify, what do you have to do to qualify?
AGENT1:42
Well, I, I'm assuming you would be a good fit for in terms of qualifying if you just met with a company, but just to
HOMEOWNER3:22
Mm.
AGENT1:51
reconfirm, uh, the main qualifications, right, is to, the main one is really just to have a standing credit score of above 660. Do you feel like you'd meet that?
HOMEOWNER1:52
Oh, yeah, no problem.
AGENT2:00
Awesome. And as far as for me to set the expectation proper for you. Uh, do you recall like how much you were paying on the most recent power bill?
HOMEOWNER03:51pm
500 or so
AGENT2:08
OK, so that obviously, it's really high then. OK, so yeah,
HOMEOWNER0:55
Yeah.
AGENT2:49
in, in a situation like this where we're able to do is we're actually able to help you to basically eliminate the, the, what happens is, is instead of you paying your current power bill at a higher cost, that one's going to be eliminated and swapped out for a cheaper bill. Now what happens with the roof is you're able to replace that and get the solar at a lower fixed cost, and you're still gonna see savings since you're, your payment is really high. So what we're able to do is help you cut down on it. And then, of course, you wouldn't have to come out of pocket for the roof. So now you're killing two birds with one stone. Now, this is something that the energy consult can get more into detail for you. Obviously, uh, on a different day that you have more available for about 30 minutes.
HOMEOWNER2:51
Yeah, just real quick.
AGENT0:18
Sure.
HOMEOWNER3:01
The one thing that turned me off is that there was um I don't know what he called it, but it was like a 3.9%. charge
AGENT0:18
The
HOMEOWNER3:05
every year it goes up or something like that, can't,
AGENT0:18
I
HOMEOWNER3:08
but um, yeah. You
AGENT0:18
I,
HOMEOWNER0:28
know
AGENT0:55
yeah,
HOMEOWNER03:52pm
what I'm talking
AGENT9:11
hear
HOMEOWNER0:18
about
AGENT3:17
you Yeah, so actually, funny enough, so I, I'm glad you brought that up. So you're tagging what you're referring to is the yearly rate increase, so that's the, the rate escalator.
HOMEOWNER03:52pm
Yes
AGENT3:22
It's see, so that's what turned you off from, from moving forward with it. Is that about right?
HOMEOWNER3:25
Uh, that was part of it, yeah.
AGENT3:57
OK. Well, uh, the really cool thing, um, is that right now there's a a newer option that we actually just got introduced to. So what it is is you're able to own the system and you're able to not have a, an annual rate increase. So the fixed payment that you would now be getting with the solar. That's gonna be the same payment throughout the entire term. So there's no 3.5% or 3.9% as a rate increase every single year. This is actually a newer option that got introduced. I want to say a couple months back, but
HOMEOWNER03:53pm
Mhm
AGENT4:07
homeowners are starting to take into consideration this program because now you're literally fixed, so your payment's not gonna go up throughout any point in time in the throughout the term.
HOMEOWNER4:15
So what kind of um what I say, uh so what is coming out of my pocket for this?
AGENT0:08
So
HOMEOWNER03:53pm
Nothing.
AGENT4:31
yeah, so it, it works very similar, right? It's no money out of pocket, essentially qualifying is the key factor based on the main qualification, it seemed like you were a good fit. Um, of course, these programs are homeowner based, so you would have to be the homeowner and I believe you advised you were on uh on Grove Street.
HOMEOWNER03:54pm
Correct, yes
AGENT4:50
Yeah. Yeah, so with this program, right, it works very similar. It's no money out of pocket. You're, you're able to have ownership of the system. What we do is basically very similar to how you've been approached before. Uh, we have a consultopye breakdown the program for you. They, they give you a better insight of how it would look now with this new version that's out that way it
HOMEOWNER03:54pm
Mhm
AGENT5:01
makes a little bit more sense for you, uh, and then obviously, we show you a free savings report, help you guys, you know, cut down on that bill and help you guys with the roof since I'm sure roof coats are very expensive right now.
HOMEOWNER5:07
Yeah, but I think you said something like 15 to 20. I think it's looking more towards 35 to 40.
AGENT03:54pm
Wow.
HOMEOWNER0:55
Yeah
AGENT5:17
Yeah, I mean, yeah, no absolutely, man. I mean, I wouldn't move forward with, with trying to get solar if I have to fix the roof, that's, that's insanely expensive. Um, definitely,
HOMEOWNER3:22
Mm
AGENT5:32
no, yeah, I mean, that's why I feel like this option would probably be best for you if, um, it makes a lot more sense in the sense of, uh, I guess from like a financial standpoint, um, just because you can take advantage of, I guess you can call it an incentive of replacing the roof without coming out of pocket for it.
AGENT5:17
Yeah. I
HOMEOWNER0:08
so
AGENT6:20
mean, that ultimately what we're able to do is we, we draw um uh a layout on the overall aerial site view that we get that design beforehand that way of course we don't waste any of your time, make sure it's a good fit, um, based off what we're seeing online, at least from what I just checked just in case. Uh, it doesn't seem like it should be an issue. I do see that it's at the very corner, um,
HOMEOWNER03:56pm
Mhm
AGENT6:46
so it shouldn't be too much of a problem. Um, but these are things that we can break down to you obviously on a different day and further detail for about 30 minutes that way you can see the, the benefit of why homeowners are making the transition to this newer program.
HOMEOWNER6:51
I mean I don't know how you guys can do this or whoever does it,
AGENT03:56pm
Uh-huh.
HOMEOWNER7:03
at least the other company was basically saying, I'm going to buy power from them pretty much, right? That's they're, I'm not I don't know, I don't think I'm paying Edison. I'm paying this
AGENT0:18
The,
HOMEOWNER0:28
company.
AGENT0:18
the
HOMEOWNER03:56pm
Does that
AGENT0:18
solar
HOMEOWNER03:56pm
sound right?
AGENT7:10
company. Yeah, so I know what program you're referring to. So the program you're referring to specifically is the power purchase agreement.
HOMEOWNER03:56pm
Yes,
AGENT0:08
So
HOMEOWNER03:56pm
that's the one.
AGENT03:56pm
exactly,
HOMEOWNER1:06
Yup.
AGENT7:23
right. So I'm very knowledgeable with that program. Um, this program works very similar. The only difference with this one is that you'd gain full ownership and that you won't have an annual rate increase on it. So that's
HOMEOWNER0:55
Yeah,
AGENT0:42
what
HOMEOWNER7:28
that's, uh, the, the annual increase is what turned me off. I mean, like,
AGENT0:55
yeah.
HOMEOWNER7:34
no, I'm not gonna do that. I'm not, you know, by the end of 10 years, I'm right back to where I was.
AGENT0:55
Yeah.
HOMEOWNER0:08
So,
AGENT7:57
Yeah, I mean, there's different benefits with different programs. Obviously, right people that that they value different things when it comes to solar. Some people, it's just a savings aspect. Other, it's like the long term, right? Obviously the long term also uh is important to take a look at. Um, this one kinda has the best of both worlds. The thing is, right, not everyone can get approved for it. That's ultimately why we're reaching out.
HOMEOWNER8:01
so say I go and I say, yeah, I wanna do this, then
AGENT03:57pm
Chip.
HOMEOWNER8:08
what you guys go like, oh well, we'll check some things and we'll get back to you. That, that kinda how it works?
AGENT8:23
So, so the way that it works is basically my job it's really just to help find a better day and time, uh, on a different day that you have about a spare 30 minutes where we can have them pop by and and show you this different option. What they do is they sit down with you, they take a look at the bill with you, and they're gonna
HOMEOWNER03:57pm
Mhm
AGENT8:41
show you a breakdown comparison of what you're paying with Edison. What you'll be paying with them in the future and then how you can cut down and avoid all those rate increases, uh, with solar. So that's ultimately the way that we work it. I don't know if there's typically a time that you have more available, maybe more on like a morning time or an afternoon time for about 30 minutes on a different day.
HOMEOWNER3:08
Um yeah
AGENT8:51
Cause from what I'm seeing, uh, uh, uh, I'll be really honest with you, uh, Mr. Johnson, from what
HOMEOWNER03:58pm
Mhm
AGENT9:01
I'm seeing, I know we're getting a little bit tied up, um, but as far as like availabilities goes typically it takes roughly 30 minutes, 45 on the longer end if you have more questions. Um, but from what I'm seeing, I know that they are available specifically in the area uh on the weekend. I don't know if you have any availability maybe sometime tomorrow or Sunday.
HOMEOWNER9:16
No, not this weekend, but I, I can do it next week if that's
AGENT0:18
OK.
HOMEOWNER0:18
OK.
AGENT9:24
Sure. Let me double check cause I, I, we have different consultants. I just wanna make sure that I don't give you one that's not in the area. Um,
HOMEOWNER3:22
Mm.
AGENT9:41
let me see here. As far as next week goes, from what I'm seeing, we do have an opening. We're pretty free on Monday and Tuesday. Monday, I would say is more flexible. Uh, as far as like timing goes, are, are you usually more free mornings or is it more like
HOMEOWNER0:18
No,
AGENT03:59pm
afternoons?
HOMEOWNER9:43
afternoon for sure.
AGENT9:43
Uh afternoon for sure. OK. Let me double check here. Afternoon, is that looking like sometime after 4, some after 2?
HOMEOWNER9:50
After 4
AGENT10:07
OK. What I'm seeing here is that if anytime after 4 does work, I do see that we have an opening at, let me check here. From my understanding, it's a a 6 p.m. If a 6 p.m. works for you, we definitely have that open. We work as late as 7 o'clock.
HOMEOWNER10:14
Um OK, that sounds OK.
AGENT10:30
OK, awesome. So again, my name's Adam. I'm the verifications manager. Ultimately what I'm gonna do for you is I'm gonna send you a confirmation text letting you know it's set for Monday at 6. If you can do me the kind favor right up just giving me a like or thumbs up on it. That way I know you received it. That'll be great.
HOMEOWNER1:06
Yup.
AGENT10:36
And uh yeah, the only thing we need present man is just the powerful. As long as you have that, we'll take care of everything for you.
HOMEOWNER10:38
Yup, I can get that
AGENT10:40
Awesome, man. Great speaking with you. I hope you have yourself a great weekend.
HOMEOWNER10:48
And, yeah, you just on Monday, just like remind me if you can send me a text like hey, don't forget you have a 6 o'clock or something.
AGENT4:50
Yeah, yeah,
HOMEOWNER1:31
That's
AGENT0:55
yeah,
HOMEOWNER2:49
something
AGENT0:18
if you
HOMEOWNER10:30
you can do?
AGENT10:57
absolutely, man. Yeah, what, what I'll go ahead and do for you is, uh, why don't I go ahead and send you a text like in the morning on Monday morning just to give you that reminder.
HOMEOWNER10:59
Sure, that's fine
AGENT11:00
Awesome, man. All righty. Have yourself a
HOMEOWNER11:00

AGENT10:40

HOMEOWNER0:20
well,
AGENT0:37
but
HOMEOWNER1:11
he said that basically, they can get me. no money out of my pocket that can get me solar panels and stuff. I don't, I don't believe it, but
AGENT0:37
yeah
HOMEOWNER03:18pm
I talk to him
AGENT1:35
No, yeah, absolutely. I mean, obviously, right, it seems like you're paying a high amount and you just want to see an option that can help you lower your bill. Um, well, we're helping homeowners with is with the government endorsed solar program. Now the way that the program works is very similar. But let me ask you this. Is it fair to say that the goal you're looking for to get out of this is to get the most amount of savings on your bill.
HOMEOWNER1:43
I'd say that's fair. I'd like to not pay $800 a month for electricity.
AGENT2:16
Sure. Well, the reason I ask, right, is just because obviously, it's a good thing that you're looking into these programs. The one thing I always recommend, right, is to get different um options, right, different opinions. That way you can compare apples to apples and see what's the best fit for you and your family. Now, what we do is we're with Local Energy Partners, what we do is serve as a brokerage so our job is specifically to connect you with the best possible deal that's out there for you. That way, you get the most amount of savings. So, one thing I always recommend, right, is definitely meet with that company that you're looking into.
HOMEOWNER03:19pm

AGENT2:34
What, and what we're able to do is on a different day, we can have a consultant pop by do the same thing, but we can help you compare apples to apples with what you received. That way we can help you make sure, uh, obviously, that you're getting the best possible savings and best fit for you and your family. Would that sound fair? I
HOMEOWNER2:38
Yeah, but I'm, I'm uh let me do this thing today and
···
HOMEOWNER0:08
Hello
AGENT0:06
Hey, Mr. Johnson.
HOMEOWNER0:08
Hello, I'm sorry
AGENT0:10
Hi, my name is Adam. I'm,
HOMEOWNER03:17pm
Mhm.
AGENT0:18
I'm calling because you spoke to a team member of mine, uh, a couple of days ago, it was in regards to the energy program. How's your day going?
HOMEOWNER0:20
It's going well
AGENT0:28
Good, good. I, I believe you asked that they had asked you if you're paying like over 100 or $120 on your power bill. Does that kind of sound right?
HOMEOWNER0:37
Yeah, but um I've already got somebody coming over today. So I think maybe we already had this conversation
AGENT0:44
Oh, I'm not too sure. I mean, uh, so you mentioned someone was going by. What, what exactly was it for, if you don't mind me asking?
HOMEOWNER0:47
The, the power program or something,
AGENT0:18
Was
HOMEOWNER2:34
same thing.
AGENT0:49
it in regards to solar?
HOMEOWNER03:17pm
Uh-huh
AGENT0:55
OK. Well, def definitely must be a different company because uh we had reached
HOMEOWNER0:06
Oh
AGENT1:00
out to you two days ago. Obviously, it looks like you're looking into the solar. Um,
HOMEOWNER0:20
well,
AGENT0:37
but
HOMEOWNER1:11
he said that basically, they can get me. no money out of my pocket that can get me solar panels and stuff.
Mhm
Yeah, but I'm, I'm uh let me do this thing today and
AGENT0:37
Yeah.
HOMEOWNER2:41
then if uh you wanna call me back tomorrow,
AGENT0:44
Sure.
HOMEOWNER2:44
maybe we'll do that and maybe we won't have that.
AGENT2:46
Yeah, absolutely. We can definitely do that.
HOMEOWNER0:18
OK.
AGENT03:19pm
Perfect.
HOMEOWNER03:19pm
Sounds good.
AGENT03:19pm
Awesome. OK.
HOMEOWNER03:19pm
Bye.
AGENT0:18
OK.

something like that.
AGENT1:03
Oh, OK. Gotcha. So the company that went out to you, was it in regards to just Windows or what was it about?

we're calling to you about are the new solar programs are available, so I'm reaching out because Valentin, you may qualify for a government program that can reduce your electricity bill by 40%. So for your property here, uh, I know you do mention that nothing in life is free, and I, and I want to point that out that you're correct. What happens is you just eliminate the bill right now that you're paying with Edison. And you switch it for a cheaper bill. So you're still gonna have a bill. HOMEOWNER04:53pm
Doing good
AGENT0:26
Good, Valentina. I was just giving you a call, of course, seeing if you got the notices from California Edison. It was on the back of your bill or you actually might have seen it on the news too. It was about the rate increases this year. Did you happen to catch those?
HOMEOWNER0:33
OK, but uh, how, how this thing works? Because uh somebody showed up yesterday.

Uh, it seems like I told the guy, you know, it's, it's, it all depends
AGENT1:48
Correct,
HOMEOWNER0:33
because
AGENT1:16
yeah
HOMEOWNER2:16
sometimes he's like 80
AGENT0:13
OK
HOMEOWNER2:18
and things is like 100,
AGENT04:55pm
Mhm
HOMEOWNER2:22
sometimes 100. like he saw one of 197.
AGENT04:55pm
Gotcha. So, OK.
HOMEOWNER0:33
but
AGENT04:55pm
It varies.
HOMEOWNER04:55pm
yeah. yes
AGENT2:38
OK. Well, no problem. I understand that Bill's very especially here in California, right? Because summer months tend to be really high. So that's probably your high bills. And then, of course, your average bills are anywhere between that $80 to like $100 range, correct?
HOMEOWNER0:33
Yes.
AGENT2:48
OK. Well, Valentino, you are paying a high amount for your energy and with the rate increases that California implemented, so I'm not too sure if you know this
HOMEOWNER2:38
Mm.
AGENT2:50
year, California Edison
HOMEOWNER0:13
OK
AGENT3:15
raised their rates by 15%. So that 80 to 100 you're paying can easily jump up to 130, 150 now. And then even on the higher end, you can probably be passing 200. So that's why we're giving homeowners a call because it's just as long as yourself and your property are able to qualify Valentine. That's how you're able to get the system. The only thing you pay for is for the cheaper energy costs, and that's it. So, for the property,
HOMEOWNER2:38
Mm.
AGENT3:20
do you have any like big trees or tall buildings that provide shade over your roof by any chance?
HOMEOWNER3:24
No, but that's the thing, that's another thing, you know.
AGENT04:56pm
Mhm.
HOMEOWNER3:28
I'm afraid to put uh, go on so because uh uh you know, I hear a lot of bad things about it,
AGENT1:03
Oh, OK.
HOMEOWNER0:41
you know.
AGENT3:37
If you don't mind me asking, what bad things have you heard? Like, do you have any friends or family members that got into solar?
HOMEOWNER3:40
Yeah, I, I do have friends and then
AGENT04:56pm
Mhm
HOMEOWNER3:45
they have like one of my friends and uh and uh son Fernando Valley that he, they, they put a lien on his house
AGENT1:03
Oh,
HOMEOWNER04:56pm
and I said,
AGENT1:03
OK, gotcha.
HOMEOWNER1:16
yeah,
AGENT3:55
How long ago
HOMEOWNER1:16
yeah.
AGENT3:55
was, how long ago did he get his solar, if you don't mind me asking? Do you have
HOMEOWNER1:25
Um,
AGENT0:03
a
HOMEOWNER4:00
yeah, I like, yeah, I, I think it's like in the beginning when they first start.
AGENT4:02
uh, OK. That makes a lot of
HOMEOWNER1:16
Yeah
AGENT4:06
sense then, Valentin cause programs, even 3 years ago. So if they didn't,
HOMEOWNER04:56pm
Uh-huh
AGENT4:52
if they didn't get solar within 2 to 3 years, programs before that, it did put a lien on the property. With this new program, there's no loan involved, so there's no loan you need to take out. There is no down payment. There's nothing for the insulation and no lien on the property. The reason being there's none of those things is because since these are government-backed programs, meaning that since the government is helped funding these programs, homeowners are now able to qualify for them just as long as yourself and your property qualify. So as long as yourself and your property qualify, Valentine. Like I mentioned, that's how you're able to get the system, but then the only thing you pay for is the energy that you use. So it's exactly like how you're doing right now with Southern California Edison. You know how you purchased
HOMEOWNER04:57pm
Uh-huh
AGENT4:55
energy from them. So
HOMEOWNER1:16
Yeah
AGENT5:02
instead of purchasing energy from them, you eliminate that bill and you just have a cheaper solar bill. So to give you an example,
HOMEOWNER7:25
All right
AGENT5:12
yeah, to give you an example, if you're paying like 200, we can get you as low as $100 sometimes even less. It just really depends. So that's why I was just calling to see if you're a good fit, OK?
HOMEOWNER5:17
Uh, let me, let me, let me talk to my wife about it first.
AGENT0:13
OK.
HOMEOWNER5:22
It's a, it's a, it's a way to, uh, call you back or?
AGENT5:40
Yeah, so this number here, this is my main office line and I'll be more than happy to, you know, give you a call with your wife if that's something you want me to explain to her because even though these programs sound good. A lot of homeowners don't qualify for them because of their property. So is it OK if I ask you a few questions before you talk to your wife just to see if you are, and then if
HOMEOWNER1:03
Oh
AGENT5:42
you aren't, you don't have to talk to her about it.
HOMEOWNER7:25
All right
AGENT5:50
OK. Uh, I know you said for your roof, you have no trees, but what about the roof condition? Are there any leaks or damages?
HOMEOWNER5:54
Uh no, not so far, no.
AGENT5:59
None? OK, perfect. And then for the type of roof you have, is it shingles, concrete tile, clay tile. Do you happen to know?
HOMEOWNER6:01
It's a concrete tile.
AGENT6:12
Concrete tile. Perfect. That's not an issue. We definitely worked with concrete tile before. And then for the property, do you and your wife own it together? Like is she on Tidal with you or is it just yourself?
HOMEOWNER04:59pm
I think a bot.
AGENT6:25
Both. OK, perfect. That's not an issue at all. And then since these programs are government endorsed Valentin, you would just need to have a good standing credit score of at least 660 or higher, so I'm guessing you're good there too, correct?
HOMEOWNER6:28
Uh, I haven't checked that,
AGENT04:59pm
OK, no worries.
HOMEOWNER0:33
but,
AGENT04:59pm
Any, any
HOMEOWNER0:26
uh,
AGENT6:31
like bankruptcies
HOMEOWNER0:26
uh.
AGENT6:33
or foreclosures in the past 7
HOMEOWNER0:26
no,
AGENT04:59pm
years? No?
HOMEOWNER5:54
no, no,
AGENT04:59pm
OK. No worries.
HOMEOWNER0:26
no.
AGENT6:40
Just because if you did have a bankruptcy or foreclosure within 7 years, they would automatically
HOMEOWNER0:26
Uh.
AGENT6:41
disqualify you from the program, meaning that
HOMEOWNER1:03
oh
AGENT6:44
they wouldn't even give you a chance. So it sounds like you
HOMEOWNER0:03
I
AGENT04:59pm
should be
HOMEOWNER0:26
see
AGENT6:50
good there. Shouldn't be an issue. And I know this last question's silly, but no existing solar on the property, correct?
HOMEOWNER04:59pm
Uh-huh
AGENT6:53
No? OK. Well, Valentina,
HOMEOWNER0:26
no
AGENT7:03
I know you saw, said you still need to speak to your wife to see if this is something you guys wanna do, and I'll be the same way, especially, you know, me and my wife will make decisions together. Go ahead, speak to your
HOMEOWNER1:16
Yeah
AGENT7:24
wife if you like, I can have this tentatively set up for you like on Tuesday or Wednesday so it gives you some time just because I know we're going into uh the July 4th year, so homeowners are gonna be busy. I can tentatively set it for you like in the afternoon like around 5:30 or 6. Speak to your wife. I can give you a call Monday just to make sure that that time works for you, OK, Valentine?
HOMEOWNER7:25
All right, that sounds
AGENT0:56
That
HOMEOWNER0:26
good.
AGENT7:27
sounds good. Perfect then. Uh,
HOMEOWNER1:16
Yeah.
AGENT7:30
for the time, would a Tuesday or Wednesday be better for you and your wife?
HOMEOWNER7:34
To uh call me back or
AGENT7:50
Uh, this is just a tentatively set a time, just so that you don't lose your spot because a lot of homeowners are booking for Tuesday and Wednesday, and I would hate for you not to take advantage. So I can give you a call Monday, um, but for the time with the Tuesday or Wednesday work for you? It doesn't mean you're gonna sit down. It just means that that time is safe for you.
HOMEOWNER7:55
Uh, you know, I, I like to talk with her first
AGENT0:13
OK
HOMEOWNER7:57
and then uh maybe I don't want to set up right now because, uh,
AGENT1:16
Yeah,
HOMEOWNER0:41
you know,
AGENT05:00pm
no, it's good,
HOMEOWNER0:26
uh.
AGENT8:03
it's good. No worries then. I'll give you a call Monday. What time Monday would work for, for me to give you a call?
HOMEOWNER8:06
uh, I get off of work at 4,
AGENT0:13
OK.
HOMEOWNER05:00pm
so maybe
AGENT2:07
around
HOMEOWNER8:09
4:30.
AGENT8:09
4:30. Perfect, Jonathan, go ahead and speak to your wife. Remember, these programs don't cost you guys anything. It's just a matter if you're, if you're able to, uh, if your property is able to qualify. So just explain that to her and then I can give you a call on Monday, OK?
HOMEOWNER0:13
OK
AGENT8:22
Awesome, Valentine. You have
HOMEOWNER0:13
All
AGENT0:03
a
HOMEOWNER2:07
right
AGENT05:01pm
great day
HOMEOWNER0:13

HOMEOWNER12:54pm
What's that again please
AGENT12:54pm
Uh, do you have at least a 660 credit score or higher?
HOMEOWNER12:54pm
Oh, I think so, yes, mhm.
AGENT12:54pm
Well, you haven't had any like late payments or
HOMEOWNER12:54pm
No, no,
AGENT12:54pm
anything like that
HOMEOWNER12:54pm
no,
AGENT12:54pm
recently?
HOMEOWNER12:54pm
no.
AGENT12:54pm
OK, perfect. And then you wouldn't happen, it's a silly question, but you wouldn't happen to have an existing solar system on your home, would you?
HOMEOWNER12:54pm
Uh what again please
AGENT12:54pm
Uh, an existing so solar system on your home, right?
HOMEOWNER12:54pm
No, no, no, no.
AGENT12:54pm
OK, perfect. It's a silly question, I know, but they, they have me ask. Um, so,
HOMEOWNER12:54pm
OK.
AGENT12:54pm
so far everything looks like you'd be a good fit for the program. Uh, the next step is, is what I would do is uh set you up with an energy consultant for
HOMEOWNER12:54pm
away.
AGENT12:54pm
an in-home 30 minute uh assessment and what they basically would do, um, is that they're gonna, they'll come by, they'll break down how the program
HOMEOWNER12:54pm
I
AGENT12:54pm
works. They'll show you exactly what you, you'd be able to save with the program and then ultimately
HOMEOWNER12:55pm
I
AGENT12:55pm
see if they can help you get approved for it. Um,
HOMEOWNER12:55pm
hate but
AGENT12:55pm
it's about
HOMEOWNER12:55pm
they
AGENT12:55pm
a 30
HOMEOWNER12:55pm
were very
AGENT12:55pm
minute con uh consultation,
HOMEOWNER12:55pm
we got here.
AGENT12:55pm
um, do you, are you typically more, you and your wife, I'm sorry, more typically
HOMEOWNER12:55pm
open
AGENT12:55pm
available mornings, afternoons,
HOMEOWNER12:55pm
Oh
AGENT12:55pm
what typically works better for you?
HOMEOWNER12:55pm
yeah, I'm here usually in the morning. I'm, I'm usually here all day long, really. I'm
AGENT12:55pm
OK
HOMEOWNER12:55pm
retired, so I don't work from, but
AGENT12:55pm
Got it.
HOMEOWNER12:55pm
my wife, uh, works, uh. sometimes, sometimes she works from home and sometimes she works at uh her office, but most of the time she works at home, so.
AGENT12:55pm
OK, got it. So, um I do have some availability tomorrow morning if that works. Maybe
HOMEOWNER12:55pm
Mm.
AGENT12:55pm
like around 9 or 10 a.m.
HOMEOWNER12:55pm
No, I don't think tomorrow would work for me or not. No.
AGENT12:55pm
OK. Is it, is it morning wouldn't work or is it
HOMEOWNER12:55pm
Mm
AGENT12:55pm
just
HOMEOWNER12:55pm
mm,
AGENT12:55pm
tomorrow that probably would be a little tough.
HOMEOWNER12:55pm
no, just tomorrow I don't think would work
AGENT12:55pm
OK. Let me check for Friday here. Give me one second.
HOMEOWNER12:55pm
Well,
AGENT12:55pm
Um
HOMEOWNER12:55pm
Friday won't work either. I, I'm
AGENT12:56pm
oh, no,
HOMEOWNER12:56pm
pretty
AGENT12:56pm
OK
HOMEOWNER12:56pm
much the rest of this week won't be any good.
AGENT12:56pm
OK, no worries. Um, how about this next, uh, this Monday, upcoming Monday.
HOMEOWNER12:56pm
Uh we could
AGENT12:56pm
I
HOMEOWNER12:56pm
shoot
AGENT12:56pm
do
HOMEOWNER12:56pm
for
AGENT12:56pm
have
HOMEOWNER12:56pm
that, I guess.
AGENT12:56pm
Yeah, for Monday, I have, I know it's 4th of July weekend, so obviously I'm sure, I'm sure you have maybe some, some plans.
HOMEOWNER12:56pm
Uh, maybe not Monday. You better wait till the middle of the week then maybe.
AGENT12:56pm
OK, let's see here Um, OK, so I have a 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday and then I also have a 40 p.m.
HOMEOWNER12:56pm
I
AGENT12:56pm
what would work better
HOMEOWNER12:56pm
On Tuesday.
AGENT12:56pm
Mhm
HOMEOWNER12:56pm
uh probably at 4 p.m. would work better.
AGENT12:56pm
Or them. OK, perfect So I'll set you up here for 4 p.m. Um, I'll send you over, what I'm gonna be doing after this is I'm gonna be sending you over a confirmation text and then
HOMEOWNER12:56pm
have
AGENT12:56pm
if you could just do me a favor, um, if,
HOMEOWNER12:56pm
and
AGENT12:56pm
uh, you know, on, on, on your bone, I'm
HOMEOWNER12:56pm
did
AGENT12:56pm
sure your wife can probably uh get a hold of this, but, uh, we
HOMEOWNER12:57pm
the
AGENT12:57pm
just, we're just gonna need a, a copy of the utility
HOMEOWNER12:57pm
like
AGENT12:57pm
bill. You can either have it ready for the consultation,
HOMEOWNER12:57pm
I start getting like
AGENT12:57pm
or if you can send a picture of it, it also will save some time. Uh, but that just lets us know
HOMEOWNER12:57pm
that.
AGENT12:57pm
how much energy you're actually using.
HOMEOWNER12:57pm
it would not come
AGENT12:57pm
Does that
HOMEOWNER12:57pm
in Yeah,
AGENT12:57pm
make sense
HOMEOWNER12:57pm
I, I'd have to have her check to get it though, you know.
AGENT12:57pm
OK. Yeah,
HOMEOWNER12:57pm
cause she
AGENT12:57pm
it's a
HOMEOWNER12:57pm
handles
AGENT12:57pm
long
HOMEOWNER12:57pm
all the bills and everything. I don't know.
AGENT12:57pm
yeah,
HOMEOWNER12:57pm
right
AGENT12:57pm
so long as you actually have it for the, for the meeting, that's totally fine.
HOMEOWNER12:57pm
Well, I don't know when they come out. I think they come out, uh right now towards the end of the month and first of the month. when
AGENT12:57pm
Yeah, yeah
HOMEOWNER12:57pm
is when we get it, so.
AGENT12:57pm
Yeah, so you
HOMEOWNER12:57pm
it
AGENT12:57pm
should
HOMEOWNER12:57pm
probably
AGENT12:57pm
have it.
HOMEOWNER12:57pm
would work, yeah.
AGENT12:57pm
Perfect
HOMEOWNER12:57pm
probably would work, I think.
AGENT12:57pm
Awesome. And then I just wanna make sure, just so I can have, have this correct for the con the energy consultant. Uh, your name, you said it was Jo Joanne or?
HOMEOWNER12:57pm
John
AGENT12:57pm
Joan Is that J O A N?
HOMEOWNER12:57pm
Jo J O H N.
AGENT12:57pm
Oh, John, got it. OK. And uh last name?
HOMEOWNER12:58pm
H O Y T
AGENT12:58pm
H O
HOMEOWNER12:58pm
H O
AGENT12:58pm
Y
HOMEOWNER12:58pm
Y as in Yankee. T.
AGENT12:58pm
Got it. Perfect. OK. Uh, John, we're, we're all set for Tuesday at 4:00 p.m.
HOMEOWNER12:58pm
OK.
AGENT12:58pm
Um, I'm gonna send you over that confirmation text and uh we'll take it from there. If you have any questions in the meantime, just feel free to reach out to me. My name's Andrew.
HOMEOWNER12:58pm
OK
AGENT12:58pm
OK? All
HOMEOWNER12:58pm
way.
AGENT12:58pm
right, John.
HOMEOWNER12:58pm
All right. yeah, mm
AGENT12:58pm
Thank you for your time. You have a great day, OK?
HOMEOWNER12:58pm
Um, bye.

HOMEOWNER03:40pm
Hello
AGENT03:40pm
Hi, Mr. Cordenov.
HOMEOWNER03:40pm
Yes
AGENT03:40pm
Uh, hi, Mr. Cardenas. My name is Christian. Uh, we're reaching out to you because your utility provider sent a notice about the changes for this year. Uh, were you able to see it come in?
HOMEOWNER03:40pm
I have not
AGENT03:40pm
Gotcha. Uh, yeah, no worries, Mr. Cardenas. Basically, uh, what's happening is that this year they're gonna be upgrading all the older infrastructure. And so that's the reason they said they had to raise their rates in January. We're basically calling to see if you already pay more than $120 a month for your power.
HOMEOWNER03:40pm
And
AGENT03:40pm
back in
HOMEOWNER03:40pm
120 a month. Actually, we're right under it.
AGENT03:40pm
right on.
HOMEOWNER03:40pm
We really,
AGENT03:40pm
You're
HOMEOWNER03:40pm
uh, yeah, we're uh, we're actually in
AGENT03:40pm
fine
HOMEOWNER03:40pm
like shy on the 200.
AGENT03:40pm
OK, and you're with LADWP, right? So you're,
HOMEOWNER03:40pm
Right
AGENT03:40pm
you got like water. Is that for like the everything bundled in together or just strictly for electricity?
HOMEOWNER03:41pm
Oh, it's just the electricity
AGENT03:41pm
OK, got you. Do you see that go up in the summertime at all with AC usage?
HOMEOWNER03:41pm
Oh yeah, absolutely
AGENT03:41pm
OK, gotcha. Um, well, yeah, Mr. Carnes, this is why we're reaching out, uh, because right now if you could get qualified, this government endorsed program would allow you to get solar installed and you wouldn't have to pay for it. Uh, basically, it would reduce your, just the electricity portion of it. It would reduce that portion and anywhere between 30 to 40%. Uh, again, you would have to get qualified for it and it would be at no cost to you. Uh, but if that makes sense so far?
HOMEOWNER03:41pm
And what, what are, what are the key qualifications for this?
AGENT03:41pm
Yeah, so, uh, one, you would have to be the homeowner on the title, um, are you the homeowner on the title?
HOMEOWNER03:41pm
Right
AGENT03:41pm
OK, and then too, do you have any uh large trees on your property that are blocking the sun exposure on your roof.
HOMEOWNER03:41pm
Mm no
AGENT03:41pm
No? And then what about the condition of your roof? Is it in good condition? or do you have
HOMEOWNER03:42pm
Yeah
AGENT03:42pm
any like leaks or damages?
HOMEOWNER03:42pm
just replaces it.
AGENT03:42pm
You just replaced it? Oh,
HOMEOWNER03:42pm
Mhm
AGENT03:42pm
perfect.
HOMEOWNER03:42pm
mhm
AGENT03:42pm
So, good condition. And then uh your credit score is above 670.
HOMEOWNER03:42pm
Absolutely
AGENT03:42pm
Oh, beautiful. And then this last question is a little bit silly, but you don't already have existing solar on your property, right?
HOMEOWNER03:42pm
No, I do not
AGENT03:42pm
OK, yeah, uh, well, Mr. Garnes, it definitely seems like you're a good fit for the program. The next step from here would be to send you an energy consultant for about 30 minutes on the short end, maybe like 45 minutes on the long end, but what they do is answer all the questions, uh, give you a full breakdown of the program and then create a savings report so you can compare it to what it would look like against your bill. And then, you know, if you, if it all, uh if you like what you see, they'll help you submit an application to get approved. um
HOMEOWNER03:42pm
So the funding, the funding is coming from where?
AGENT03:42pm
the funding comes from taxpayer dollars. So California is making a big push right now. They're incentivizing, uh, homeowners towards green energy. And so that's why you could get it, as long as you qualified, you're, uh, no, no, you don't pay for the panels, you don't pay for installation. It's literally all you pay it's just a cheaper bill.
HOMEOWNER03:43pm
So there's not like an income qualifier or nothing along those lines.
AGENT03:43pm
No, sir
HOMEOWNER03:43pm
Yeah. OK, ma'am, my, my sound too good to be true, but OK.
AGENT03:43pm
Yeah,
HOMEOWNER03:43pm

AGENT03:43pm
I
HOMEOWNER03:43pm

HOMEOWNER03:43pm
the consult, the consultation can be over the phone?

HOMEOWNER03:44pm

AGENT03:44pm

AGENT03:44pm
Thursday.
HOMEOWNER03:44pm
So what's uh, so the, is it let me see, can, can it just be done online like regarding you guys coming in. I just replaced the roof, so that's out of the question there and then I
AGENT03:44pm
Yeah
HOMEOWNER03:44pm
have over a 200 plus panel, so that's good. So what else, cause if, if you guys have like the like the packet uh we you're preferring to, then maybe I could just review that and then kind of go from there.
AGENT03:44pm
you know what, yeah, let me, let, give me a quick second. Let me check with my supervisor, yeah?
HOMEOWNER03:44pm
OK
AGENT03:44pm
OK, I'll be right back
HOMEOWNER03:44pm
Mm.
AGENT03:45pm
page 3 page page page 1 1 1 and and and. Mr. Cardenas. Hello?
HOMEOWNER03:45pm
It looks
AGENT03:45pm
Yeah, so I just spoke with my supervisor. He said it can be done over the phone. Uh, we would just need some things from you like uh we would need page 1 and page 3 of your utility bill, uh, some pictures of your main panel unit from a few different angles and then like a picture of your roof. Would you, would you
HOMEOWNER03:45pm
OK
AGENT03:45pm
be OK with that?
HOMEOWNER03:45pm
Yeah
AGENT03:45pm
OK, give me one sec.
HOMEOWNER03:45pm
Mm
AGENT03:46pm
OK, yeah, uh, Mr. Cardenas, let's just, uh, uh, my
HOMEOWNER03:46pm
Um
AGENT03:46pm
supervisor here has been adamant about, uh, like you wouldn't have to do any of that stuff because we already have consultants in the area, um,
HOMEOWNER03:46pm
Mhm
AGENT03:46pm
and they will take care of that stuff for you if, if you would be OK with just meeting them for a quick 30 to 40 minutes.
HOMEOWNER03:46pm
Yeah, that's the thing. See, um, it really don't have that much time, not flexible as that, but I can, you know, when I do have the opportunity, I can grab all that information and send your way, even if that doesn't work out, then maybe you can consider you guys coming by and for whatever reason. I, I'm just, I'm just more interested on lick reviewing what you guys are offering, um, just don't wanna waste time, you know.
AGENT03:46pm
Yeah, yeah, no, no problem.
HOMEOWNER03:46pm
And mhm.
AGENT03:46pm
OK, so, so you're saying you have no problem
HOMEOWNER03:46pm
And like,
AGENT03:46pm
sending,
HOMEOWNER03:46pm
uh,
AGENT03:46pm
sending
HOMEOWNER03:46pm
yeah,
AGENT03:46pm
that
HOMEOWNER03:46pm
I'll take
AGENT03:46pm
information
HOMEOWNER03:46pm
the, I'll
AGENT03:46pm
over.
HOMEOWNER03:46pm
take the, I'll take all the um pictures that you guys are requesting um I'm an insurance agent, so it should be straightforward. I'm kinda very familiar with this background of it. So, with that being said, I could just forward everything to you guys. Uh, you guys can review it if you guys need to come out and take an additional picture or you want me to take another, another angle of a picture. I can do that. And then uh meanwhile, I could review everything that you guys are offering and kind of see if it works out for both of us and go from there.
AGENT03:47pm
OK, awesome. And then as far as like uh uh the virtual consultation, uh, you're saying Thursday is a better day for you?
HOMEOWNER03:47pm
Um, Thursday can work. Yeah, Thursday
AGENT03:47pm
Thursday
HOMEOWNER03:47pm
can
AGENT03:47pm
can
HOMEOWNER03:47pm
work.
AGENT03:47pm
work. Uh, would you,
HOMEOWNER03:47pm
Yeah.
AGENT03:47pm
Thursday was more open for us. Uh, did you want like in the afternoon or in the morning?
HOMEOWNER03:47pm
Uh, but preferably in the morning
AGENT03:47pm
In the morning, uh, like, uh, let's
HOMEOWNER03:47pm
got
AGENT03:47pm
call it
HOMEOWNER03:47pm
it
AGENT03:47pm
10 in the morning, 11.
HOMEOWNER03:47pm
Uh, let's do that
AGENT03:47pm
10 in the morning? OK.
HOMEOWNER03:47pm
Mhm
AGENT03:47pm
OK, cool. So I'm gonna put you down here for 10 in the morning for the virtual consultation and then uh right now when we hang up, Mr. Cardenas, uh, again, uh, I'm gonna send you a confirmation text message and then from by that number I'm gonna send you is my office line, uh, that's where you can send the pictures, um, so I'm
HOMEOWNER03:48pm
Mm
AGENT03:48pm
gonna get a, I'm gonna get from my supervisor. I'm gonna get a uh a small list of the pictures that we require and
HOMEOWNER03:48pm
Mhm
AGENT03:48pm
then um I'll send that over to you in the confirmation text message and then as soon as you could take those pictures for us and send them in and then we could start repairing the savings report so we have it ready to go for the consultation at 100 in the morning.
HOMEOWNER03:48pm
OK, that worked
AGENT03:48pm
OK, awesome, Mr. Cardenas. Well, nice talking to you, man, and uh best of luck to you.
HOMEOWNER03:48pm
All right. Goodbye.
AGENT03:48pm
Bye.

HOMEOWNER02:43pm
Average, the thing is over 200.
AGENT02:44pm
Okay, so since you're paying over that, I mean that's a that's a really high amount. Well what happened is, is with that amount that you're spending, you would now be locked in at around somewhere, around that range of what you're paying, but it's going to be locked in at that fixed rate and you're going to be getting a brand new roof on top of that. So, that would just be your monthly bill every single month. So the really cool thing in this situation is, if you can get approved for it, you can kill 2 birds with 1 Stone, right? You can get the brand new roof and the solar. Again, that's just the purpose of the consultation just to make sure that you can actually qualify for it.
HOMEOWNER02:44pm
To be too good to be true like that. I mean,
AGENT02:44pm
No exactly right. And that's that's the thing, right? The catch here is that unfortunately not everyone can qualify for these programs. Like for example, as far as qualifying goes, you would it is homeowner based. So are you the homeowner on Title Here on best cones Drive?
HOMEOWNER02:44pm
yeah, I
AGENT02:45pm
okay, and is there anyone else like on title of the property with yourself like a wife or, you know, a family member
HOMEOWNER02:45pm
Yeah, you're right.
···
AGENT02:40pm
Hello, Mr. T, I was just curious. Have you
HOMEOWNER02:40pm
Yes.
AGENT02:41pm
Hey, Mr. Ting. How's it going? Uh, my name is Adam. I'm not sure if you remember me, but we spoke a couple months ago uh, in regards to potentially helping you lower your power bill with the solar program. And I know that you advised you wanted me to reach out right now during this time of the year closer to the summer. Um I'm not sure if that kind of rings a bell though, I'm not sure if you remember that conversation.
HOMEOWNER02:41pm
Can recall right now. So
AGENT02:41pm
Okay, yeah, no, no worries. I mean we spoke a couple of months back. I want to say it was more back in March. Uh, we spoke in regards to helping you cut down on the power bill with the solar program and we had actually set up an appointment in regards to trying to meet, but we never really got the chance to just because obviously, right, scheduling conflicts, and things like that, but I was calling because
HOMEOWNER02:42pm
Um, so, how's that work? So do you install the panel on top of the roof?
AGENT02:42pm
Yeah, correct. So
HOMEOWNER02:42pm
My roof is about.
AGENT02:42pm
No. Yeah, absolutely. And and that's something I will call you mentioning. Um, so that's why with this program, what happens is, is it, let's say there's issues with the roof or it's really old and, and, and needs to be replaced.
HOMEOWNER02:43pm
Do you do you mean do you mean the solar panel lead, right?
AGENT02:43pm
Sorry, the solar panel what?
HOMEOWNER02:43pm
Leaves.
AGENT02:43pm
So yeah, I mean it's it works similar to Ali's the way that it works is you're not going to be renting the panels, you're just going to be purchasing the electricity portion that those panels produce. So in this situation, what would happen is since you your roof obviously is really old and it may need to be replaced.
HOMEOWNER02:43pm
uh,
AGENT02:43pm
Does that kind of clear it up? A little bit better for you.
HOMEOWNER02:43pm
okay, so it's just a calculate like how much per month?
AGENT02:43pm
Correct. Yeah. So like for example do you recall like how much you are spending right now on the electricity bill?
AGENT02:45pm
Okay.
HOMEOWNER02:45pm
Nope.
AGENT02:45pm
Okay, so that's not an issue. And then of course as well as like as far as sunlight exposure goes, would you say you get exposed to a lot of sunlight on the roof?
HOMEOWNER02:45pm
Right now, from the morning to Sunset.
AGENT02:45pm
Okay, but would you say like there's tall trees or anything like that? That's covering the roof. Okay, then yeah. I mean that's typically not an issue, right? The only reason we like to say that is because we would want to make sure that you can get the maximum amount of sunlight, right? Because obviously the more the better. Um, but yeah, I mean I it doesn't seem like it would be an issue because we can pull up an overall aerial site mute and it looks like you do get exposed to a lot of sunlight.
HOMEOWNER02:46pm
Uh, we can meet on Friday on morning if you're available.
AGENT02:46pm
Yeah, let me double-check here for you because I wouldn't want to give you a time. That isn't uh you mentioned morning time works better.
HOMEOWNER02:46pm
Okay, that's fine.
AGENT02:46pm
Okay. Okay, not a problem. I could definitely do that for you. Now, the only thing I do want to say is as far as the power bill goes, do you do that on online? Or do you do that by mail?
HOMEOWNER02:47pm
I have that on mail.
AGENT02:47pm
Okay.
HOMEOWNER02:47pm
I have the, the latest 1 right here with me. So,
AGENT02:47pm
Okay. Yeah, that's perfect. So what I actually have to do is I have to send you a confirmation text and you know, that it's set within the text that I send, if you could just to save yourself some time
HOMEOWNER02:47pm
Okay.
AGENT02:47pm
Okay, awesome. And then lastly, Mr. Tang. I always just like to recommend so I do want to make sure Friday at 9:00, is the best possible time for you. I do always like to ask, right? Because we do work as a first come first serve appointment basis. So I just want to make sure it works best for you, you're off.
HOMEOWNER02:47pm
Yeah, that's fine.
AGENT02:47pm
Perfect. Okay, sounds good then Mr. I'll go ahead and send you a text shortly as well. Letting you know, it's set if you can give me a like or thumbs up on the message that you get right now and uh, that way I know you received it, that'll be perfect.
HOMEOWNER02:48pm
Okay.
AGENT02:48pm
All right, you have yourself a great rest of the week. We look forward to hearing Friday night. Thank you.
HOMEOWNER02:48pm
All right. Okay bye.
