Listen forAlready researched SunRun and Sunder, knew what a PPA was. Asks the company question AND about solvency. The profile most likely to catch an agent overstating something.

On on the, on the roughly. But, uh,
AGENT8:59
Well.
HOMEOWNER10:06
But yeah, but what company do you work with? And what is your, what, what happens if your company goes out of business? I guess I should ask you that. Well, whoever you represent.
AGENT10:31
I have a question. Yeah, no, good question. So what we are? We're a solar brokerage. So we connect you with the best Solar Company in your area, depending on, of course, reviews and installations and stuff like that. So we work with a handful of them, uh, we do work along with Sunrun. Uh, but that's not our main person that we do use. Uh, we've been in business with this other person for 30 plus years. So it's Paul metal light reach, we work with, we also work with Energy, Service Partners and a handful of others. But yeah. When the
HOMEOWNER10:35
Paul Meadow, Paul Meadows. The company that Sunrun Farms all their ppas out to
AGENT10:43
Oh, really? Yeah I I know I just connected with the best 1 in the area, the 1 that looks like it's in your area would be the Paul metal light reach.
HOMEOWNER10:58
See that. If you could do, if you could do 17 C, that would might cover the 24s. You know what I'm saying? Because you start out lower.
···
HOMEOWNER8:18
Hello.
AGENT0:04
Hey Jay, how are you? Josh here, reach back out.
HOMEOWNER0:06
Um, okay. Go ahead.
AGENT0:16
Good good. Yeah. Uh, I'm not too sure if you remember. I sent you over a couple of those links in regards to uh, that charge. You were talking about from California. Edison, did you ever get a chance to look at those?
HOMEOWNER0:32
Oh yeah, I'm familiar with it now and you know, they're going to put it 245% and then they're going to for those of us who aren't solar customers, they're going to reduce our kilowatt hours by between 5 and 7 cents.
AGENT0:57
Yeah, so that's on top of the 24, they're charging everyone, right? So everyone's getting charged that 2415. So that doesn't mean that bill goes down that much because roughly the average for California Edison's around 30 cents. So even if it does drop, let's just say the maximum which is 7 cents. Um moving to solar is still the better option in regards to saving you money compared to sticking with California, Edison so
HOMEOWNER1:45
You're going to have to put the numbers together and show me that because my numbers don't. Um, my my numbers say that the I I pretty much break even on the 24s and and, and the, the reductions and kill what our cost with Edison and, but if I, but if I add that $4 to your bill, whatever your bill is Then I then it it it makes a break even if, without that, that change in the way they bill. I I I think going, I was going to go solar and I was thinking it was pretty much, it was, you know, it would be, I, I'd lose a few bucks a year at the beginning, but the convenience would be worth it. And then after about 6 months, I might make a few bucks, um, a few bucks a year, not not not any big number, right? Um,
AGENT1:53
So it it really all depends exactly on how much you are averaging with California, Edison on a monthly. So do you know how much you averaged with them?
HOMEOWNER1:55
380, kilowatt hours.
AGENT2:00
Uh, in regards to a dollar signs like how much would you say you pay monthly for it?
HOMEOWNER0:38
Right now.
AGENT0:16
Yeah.
HOMEOWNER2:07
If I if I average it out for the year, it's about $107 because of the climate credits and stuff.
AGENT2:50
I'm not going to sit here and lie to you saying, you're going to see up to that 40 50, where the big homeowners save on write the 1 that's been like 300 plus, since you're averaging around 107, usually what we get customers under in regards to solar could be that 80 to 100 dollar range, but that depends on the size of the system and exactly what you need. So the fact that you're spending around 107 potentially could land you on that lower end system. Um in regards to like how many panels you need them, things like that but of course it really all depends at that point and like if you decide to move forward with like a battery pack and little things here and there, so
HOMEOWNER2:57
Oh, I definitely need a battery that you can't with, with the new Ms with an M3 battery. You without a battery, it's a joke. It's a waste.
AGENT3:10
Oh, yeah, it is. It is, I, that's why I, I always recommend California, Edison homeowners to get it. Um, but a lot of people think like, oh, you're just trying to give me a battery pack. I'm like, no, like you, you, you really should move forward with it because you're not getting your money's worth. Yeah.
HOMEOWNER3:29
Yeah, I I've run, I've run the numbers on this and I've got a whole spreadsheet, I put together and and the, the, you know, if I, if I take my, I'm starting at 107 now and I and I escalated up and I'm escalating, you know, I'm giving Edison significant increases over the years. I think I did an average for the next 10 years and I was giving them like
AGENT3:33
Yeah, correct. That's roughly. What they land around.
HOMEOWNER3:55
Oh, uh, 8 to 10% a year to, you know, increase and then I gave 3 and a half percent on a PPA, with 1 of the solar outfits, which is what most of you guys want per year. And I, but I started, they started at 107 and you started at, um, at most of the most of your competitors are, are wanting to go with 8 panels and they're looking, they're looking at, uh, roughly $130 a month to including the battery.
AGENT12:08pm
Yes. Correct.
HOMEOWNER3:58
And also including including upgrading my panel.
AGENT10:52
Mhm.
HOMEOWNER4:29
And, and, um, if I take that, and then I start escalating that up. Um, it it, it's, it's pretty much break. Even until I throw in that 24, 24 dollars, because when the 24 hours goes in and on Edison side, it it it you know, it doesn't do much to my Edison right because it's going to wipe the the decrease in kilowatt hour, use cost is going to is going to pretty much cover the 24 bucks, so they continue on. But but you the solar guy gets hit with an extra 24 bucks and then that really puts me in the negative.
AGENT10:52
Mhm. Yeah.
HOMEOWNER4:43
Now, if you can tell me or show me in the numbers that I'm wrong, I'm I'm, I would like to have solar, but I have to believe that it's gonna accomplish something other than just making me feel good because I have solar.
AGENT5:42
No. Yeah, of course. I mean it sounds like you definitely did all your homework. So in regards to the system itself, you're right. If you're looking at around that minimum system, of 8, panels plus a battery pack, plus the main panel unit upgrade that could land you. Now, now that you say that you need a new main panel unit, anywhere between that, like a 100 to 150 on the high end, which of course, if California, Edison is dumping the 24 dollar increase on everyone including solar owners, right? That's when you're going to see a jump up a little bit. Now, what I could tell you that could potentially save you money in the long run is with California. Edison they went up 22% last year, they went up 20% this year and with the fires that just happened, I'm not too sure if you're aware but they are getting a lawsuit now saying that, you know, they're in charge rely in fact, reliable for it. So if that's the case in that ends up coming to fruition that, you know, they're going to get charged for it. They are going to charge California Edison homeowners for it and more than likely, what's going to happen is they're going to bump up their rate increases.
HOMEOWNER5:58
No, I understand all that. You know, you also know that they're they're planning on going back and reversing the ns2 agreements, right? And they're going to start, they're going to start hitting the people that were under Nims too. They're going to start start decreasing the payback for them.
AGENT6:10
Yeah. I mean people who are locked in under them too. I'm not too sure if they're allowed to do that since they're under a contract. Um, but with nem 3, I know that they give them a terrible right rate in regards to energy being pushed back.
HOMEOWNER6:13
M M3 is like 30 30 cents on the dollar. I think something like that.
AGENT6:58
Yeah, no. No no, yeah, no, you're good. Sorry about that. My headset cut out for a second. But yeah I I mean definitely it's it's something that you know you already did your research on. So the thing is with California Edison, right. It's a big. What if in regards to those rate increases, uh, simply because of everything that's happening right now. So I I don't like to give you numbers based on what ifs. Right. I like to give you based off facts and from what you're already doing, it sounds like you already have it under uh, you know, a dollar per dollar basis. Now it just all really depends on sitting with someone and seeing. If that number actually comes, you know, to fruition. Um, have you ever sat with someone before in regards to the Solar projects?
HOMEOWNER7:10
Oh, a number of times over the years, but on the PPA only, recently PPA. I've sat with someone from Sun Run and someone from Sundar and they're both, they're both coming in with pretty much the same numbers. Um,
AGENT10:52
Mhm.
HOMEOWNER7:35
And I you know, the the big sticking point for me right now is that $44 because the fact that it's it's going to the reduction in kilowatt hour cost is on the Edison side which will pretty much Wipe Out the 24. And the silver guy has to get it just pure, you know the full amount added to their monthly and they start at higher anyway, right? Because you're
AGENT7:41
Do you know how much you are averaging price per kilowatt right now? Like it, is there a baseline where you're at? For California? Edison.
HOMEOWNER7:47
On Edison right now. I believe I'm at about 35.
AGENT12:12pm
35. Okay.
HOMEOWNER7:53
because if you think this is a 38,
AGENT12:12pm
Yeah, hello.
HOMEOWNER8:18
Hello. Oh okay. Okay, give 1 it went silent. Yeah, so yes, third
AGENT12:12pm
So 3410.
HOMEOWNER8:31
34 cents is what it comes out to and I'm pretty consistent user. I mean the 380 a month is per. You know this this a pretty good number that's it doesn't vary much up or down. Yeah.
AGENT8:52
Yeah, okay. So uh yeah, I mean, if you're averaging right that 34 cents, let's just say the maximum they deduct off, it would be that 7, you're still at 27 cents. I know it's solar. You can get locked in anywhere from 17 to 22 cents. So like I mentioned, it's just a matter of fact of seeing which route works best for you so run you know they are fairly decent.
HOMEOWNER8:59
Well, if you could, if you can walk me in at 17 to 22, then we have something to talk about, but your competition is not willing to go anywhere close to that.
AGENT0:16
Yeah.
HOMEOWNER9:03
The lowest the competition is given me is like 25.
AGENT9:40
25 know. Yeah, I know for a fact that our company, we can definitely lock homeowners in anywhere from that 17 to 22 cents range. So, uh, I know that's something we can definitely do, it's just a matter of now, right? Sitting with you and seeing, if those numbers make sense because, uh, yeah, it, it's for California. Edison, we lock homeowners in between that 17 to 22 cents range. Uh, the size of the system, the type of panels, you get a little extra things like that. So that's depends on like exactly what you want, but I'm not the energy. Yeah, yeah. So you want that minimum 8 panel, plus the battery pack and the main panel unit upgrade.
HOMEOWNER9:55
Yeah, and the Babe paddle upgrade there. There is they they added that in to their numbers. So they they were, they, they came up with like 3700 or something to have it upgraded. And then, uh, they just divided it over 25 years and they came up with an extra 10 bucks a month on the
AGENT9:56
Gotcha, gotcha.
HOMEOWNER9:58
On on the, on the roughly. But, uh,
AGENT8:59
Well.
HOMEOWNER10:06
But yeah, but what company do you work with? And what is your, what, what happens if your company goes out of business? I guess I should ask you that. Well, whoever you represent.

AGENT11:13
Yeah, yeah, exactly. That's why. Yeah, that's why I wanted to reach back out to you because I know we can get people within that range. So it's just a matter of right of speaking to the energy console and seeing exactly where you land now, in regards to the price per kilowatts. So if if you like day, I can definitely set
HOMEOWNER11:16
Do you, how does it make that decision, though? What's it going to make that decision based on?
AGENT11:27
Uh, again like I like I mentioned it's based on the system uh the type of brand that you want the type of wattage panel that you need and stuff like that. So I'm pretty sure you're well aware. Yeah, 200 watt panel, okay. Yeah, I mean
HOMEOWNER11:30
And and and I definitely want to Tesla battery. I don't want those interface things.
AGENT11:46
Gotcha. Okay, so that's the only thing we don't do our Tesla batteries. Um, the reason being we don't do Tesla batteries, they haven't been in the game for that long, so they're not proven yet. So if you know, you do want that Tesla battery. Unfortunately, we don't work with Tesla,
HOMEOWNER11:58
Well, here's my problem. I want to back up the whole house and and all the circuits except the air conditioning and I understand that and the Tesla they can do the Tesla battery. They can do that with the end face batteries. They can't.
AGENT12:21
Mhm. Well, I, I know what the different types of batteries that we provide. There's different tier packages to it. So depending on the tier that you choose, I believe it's above a tier 2 and higher that that's able to run your home right? In case of a blackout or anything like that. Tier 1 I believe doesn't do it but I'm not too sure that's something that the energy consultant knows a little more about but I know there's different tiers to the battery system.
HOMEOWNER0:16
No.
AGENT0:16
Yeah.
HOMEOWNER12:38
Well, I'm willing to talk to him, I guess, I mean, I, I've gone, like I said, I just recently, did pretty deep dives into both Sun Run and Sunder energy. Um, those were the 2 companies that I, that I've talked to within the last 2 weeks. Um,
AGENT0:16
Yeah.
HOMEOWNER13:12
Yeah, if the 24 bucks wasn't there it would be break even for me, but I'd be willing to do it for Break. Even because these that way I don't have to. Um right now I have a backup generator. I used to power like 5 or 6 circuits in my house so I wouldn't have to be like I did this weekend run outside at 4 a.m. in the morning and and and plug in my generator because, you know, would be a seamless switch over. So from that standpoint, it would be worth the effort but but I'm not my wife and I talked about it last night, you know, it's not
AGENT10:52
Mhm.
HOMEOWNER13:19
We're willing, we're willing to spend a little maybe lose a little money during the year.
AGENT9:56
Gotcha.
HOMEOWNER13:27
To have that. But but not when you feel that 24 bucks in because then all of a sudden we're losing, like, you know, 2 and 300 bucks a month and it doesn't worth it.
AGENT13:44
No, yeah, I completely agree. So I I mean definitely I'm on the same page as you, right? You want to see which 1 best works for you. So I can definitely go ahead and send someone out your way. Just to go ahead and break everything down for you and explain it. Um, would tomorrow work for you? Like, uh, around this time around 12:00 or 12:30
HOMEOWNER13:51
I yeah, I guess. I mean, he has to come out. He can't just talk to me on the phone, or
AGENT14:15
Yeah, he would need to come out simply because they break everything down right there in front of you and they want to show you right there in person, right? Because a little bit they they could potentially do it over the phone, but the thing is things get lost in translation numbers do and everything like that. So in home would be best roughly right? You know how long they take around that 45 minute duration, sometimes a little longer but uh roughly that's how long the consultations usually lasts so I can definitely help you.
HOMEOWNER14:17
Yeah, yeah, I can do it tomorrow but let's do it. But let's do it at, um,
AGENT14:48
Oh yeah, 1:00. Let me just double check here. The schedule for you. Don't want to, you know, cram you in. So let me see. Yeah, I I could do tomorrow at 1 1 s.
HOMEOWNER14:51
How do I give you a thumbs up? Just reply back?
AGENT15:07
Yeah, just reply back. You know you can just say like oh receive stuff like that. Yeah. I usually just tell people give me a thumbs up so they don't have to type anything but yeah that that's usually yeah. Okay, all right Jake perfect. I mean I can definitely do this for you. I do just want to make sure we got the right address here. So what would be the correct address for you?
HOMEOWNER15:11
29.90 Reservoir Drive.
AGENT15:17
Okay, gotcha, perfect then. And then, of course, no trees or anything blocking the roof and the roof's in good standing condition.
HOMEOWNER15:30
No, it the roof's in good condition and I'm going to keep it simple for them. I want to put them all in the front of my garage, which is, which is west facing. I don't have any south facing and, uh, so it's being easy install because everything's right there.
AGENT15:54
Gotcha. Okay, perfect. And yeah, I could definitely go ahead and do that for you and I'm pretty sure your credit score is above 650 since you already looking in with other companies. Correct. Okay. Gotcha, perfect. Then. All right. Jay, so I'll send you a text message shortly. Then uh it's going to be set for tomorrow at 1. I do just want to make sure that 1 pm time frame is good for you simply because it is a right first come first serve. So I just want to make sure 1 is good.
HOMEOWNER15:58
Yeah, no, 1 Works. Uh, I have to, I have to leave here about 2:15, so he needs to be on time.
AGENT16:01
Gotcha. No. Yeah, I'll make sure they're on time. Don't worry about that. J.
HOMEOWNER12:20pm
Okay, thanks.
AGENT16:07
Okay, sounds good. Do you have yourself a great day? I'll send you that text Mr. Shortly, we look forward to meeting you tomorrow at 1.
HOMEOWNER12:20pm
Okay, bye.

AGENT0:29
OK, got you. Uh, Leanna this year, they're gonna be doing a lot of upgrades to the power grid. Uh, that's the reason they said they raised their rates in January and so we're calling to see if you're already paying more than $120 a month for your power.
HOMEOWNER0:33
Um, what company are you calling from?
AGENT0:35
Local Energy partners.
HOMEOWNER0:38
And what are you selling
AGENT0:43
Well, we're not selling, but what we're trying to do is help homeowners go solar, uh. Yeah, go ahead
HOMEOWNER0:51
I, I had a, I had a phone call like this from Next era Energy. Is this the same concept?
AGENT1:05
Uh, I'm not sure, uh, I don't think I've heard of Nexera Energy. Um, I mean, if I, if I could just briefly explain with us, uh, as long as you get qualified for the program, uh, you don't pay for the panels and you don't pay for installation, uh,
HOMEOWNER0:46
Yeah
AGENT1:18
and then basically we'd come out there and install the panels and you would just see a reduction in your energy costs anywhere from 30 to 40%. Normally the more you pay, the more you save. Um, does that make sense so far?
HOMEOWNER1:24
Yeah, and so, what, who do I end up paying the power bill too?
···
HOMEOWNER02:13pm
Hello
AGENT0:15
Hi, Leana
HOMEOWNER0:46
Yeah
AGENT0:15
Hi, Leana. My name is Christian. Uh, we're reaching out to you because your utility provider sent out a notice. It was about the changes for this year. Did you happen to see it come in?
HOMEOWNER0:15
No
AGENT0:29
OK, got you. Uh, Leanna this year, they're gonna be doing a lot of upgrades to the power grid. Uh, that's the reason they said they raised their rates in January and so we're calling to see if you're already paying more than $120 a month for your power.

AGENT1:26
Paxton Energy
HOMEOWNER1:33
And what is the rate agreement, like, how does, what, how is that structured?
AGENT1:47
Yeah, got you. So, um, that's a great question. I don't have that answer for you. I'm not a consultant. Uh, my job is just basically looking for people who are using enough power in their home, uh, would you pay more than $120 a month for your power?
HOMEOWNER0:46
Yeah,
AGENT0:46
Yeah,
HOMEOWNER0:46
yeah
AGENT1:51
OK, got you. And does that go up in the summertime too or like during
HOMEOWNER02:15pm
Yes.
AGENT1:52
the peak months.
HOMEOWNER0:46
Yeah.
AGENT2:20
OK, got you. So you're definitely using enough power in your home, uh, for this to be, uh, for you to see some savings with our program. Uh, my job is just to basically set you up for an energy consultation that take anywhere from 30 minutes on the faster end, 45 minutes on the, on the longer end and basically we send out a consultant where they explain the program and show you exactly how much you would save and then if it all makes sense to you and you know, you like the number s then they would help you submit an application to get approved.
HOMEOWNER2:32
Um, OK. Yeah, this is what, exactly what Nextera Energy did and we set up an appointment and they didn't show up. So I just it sounds like
AGENT2:35
Oh no, what happened? They didn't show up?
HOMEOWNER2:39
yeah, no, they just didn't show up and so I just, yeah.
AGENT2:41
That's, uh, that's
HOMEOWNER1:47
Hm
AGENT2:54
really weird. OK. Um, yeah, Leanna, I mean, uh, we, I, like I said, I, I've never heard of them before. Uh, I know we work with PAs and Energy, uh, they're, uh, with the Better Business Bureau, got an excellent uh customer service
HOMEOWNER02:16pm
Peter.
AGENT2:59
track record. I mean, you were interested in uh solar before obviously would you be willing to meet with us?
HOMEOWNER02:16pm
Yes, sure
AGENT3:12
OK, awesome. I do just have to ask you a few quick questions, uh, just to make sure that, uh, we're, uh, basically they're just qualifiers so that I know that we could send you a consultant. Is that OK?
HOMEOWNER02:17pm
Yup
AGENT3:17
OK, so you are the homeowner on the title for 848 Cameron, right?
HOMEOWNER02:17pm
Correct.
AGENT3:25
OK, awesome and then for your house, are there any trees that are blocking the sun exposure on your roof.
HOMEOWNER3:28
Not substantially
AGENT3:28
uh substantially, OK. But you, uh, when you say not substantially, like maybe they do sometimes a little bit.
HOMEOWNER3:38
Um, yeah, like on the back side of the house a little bit.
AGENT3:51
OK, got you. Now, I'm not saying this would be, is this is necessary, but if it was like if the consultant found it necessary to basically trim the tree a little bit. Would you be OK with that? We wouldn't charge you for this. This is just
HOMEOWNER1:51
Mm
AGENT3:59
to make the solar panels work better. I'm not saying it's necessary, but, you know, they would basically see it uh when, when they're there in person. Would you be OK with that?
HOMEOWNER4:01
Yeah, yeah, that's fine
AGENT4:08
OK, awesome. Um, as far as the quality of your roof, would you say it's in good condition? Are there any leaks or damages?
HOMEOWNER4:15
No, there's no leaks, but it does need to get replaced. Um, and so we've been putting off thinking about solar
AGENT0:29
OK
HOMEOWNER4:18
cause we need to probably replace the roof before we do that.
AGENT4:28
Gotcha. OK. Um, with, uh, with our program, I know that uh for some people that do need uh help with the roof,
HOMEOWNER2:35
Oh
AGENT4:41
uh, the program does involve like a little bit of roof repairment. Um, if, uh, if that was something that was deemed necessary by the consultant? Was that, uh, something you guys would be looking, uh, open to look
HOMEOWNER0:46
Yeah.
AGENT0:29
at.
HOMEOWNER02:18pm
Mhm.
AGENT4:47
OK, awesome. And then for your credit score, is it above 670?
HOMEOWNER4:49
Yeah, it should be
AGENT4:52
Awesome and you don't already have solar on your house, right?
HOMEOWNER0:15
No
AGENT5:06
OK, awesome. Uh, yeah, Leana, well, it definitely sounds like uh, uh, you're a good fit for the program. Again, the next step is just to find a better time to meet with you, uh, is a weekday better for you or a weekend?
HOMEOWNER5:10
Um, probably a weekend cause that's when my husband would be around too.
AGENT5:12
OK, awesome. Is he also on the title?
HOMEOWNER02:19pm
Yes
AGENT5:23
OK, great. Yeah, ideally, we would, uh, definitely like to meet with both of you, if that's OK with you? just because we understand, uh, you know, decisions like this are normally the spouse should be involved,
HOMEOWNER3:17
Right
AGENT5:45
um, so definitely, uh, awesome that you wanna have them there. I'm looking at the calendar right now. Let me see here. so first Saturday, um, oh, OK, so our guys pretty booked for Saturday. I think he could do, he could do 2 p.m. Are you guys available for 20 p.m.?
HOMEOWNER5:47
Uh, this Saturday
AGENT02:19pm
Mhm.
HOMEOWNER0:33
Um
AGENT5:53
You said weekend, right? Did I hear you right?
HOMEOWNER02:19pm
uh, what
AGENT5:56
You, you did say weekend, right?
HOMEOWNER5:57
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
AGENT0:29
OK
HOMEOWNER5:59
Um, let me look at my calendar. Yeah, well, I could do this Saturday.
AGENT6:08
OK, great. Uh, Saturday 2 p.m.?
HOMEOWNER02:20pm
Yup.
AGENT6:18
OK, awesome. And then lastly, uh Liana is, as far as your um utility bill goes, do you get it in the mail or do you get it online?
HOMEOWNER6:18
Online
AGENT6:27
Online, OK, great. Uh, the only reason I'm asking is because I'm page 3, the account, uh, your annual usage for the entire year, right, is on page 3 of that.
HOMEOWNER02:20pm
Mhm
AGENT6:48
If you wanna send that, I'm gonna send you a confirmation text message right now if you wanna just send that over to me in a text message so we could prepare the savings report in advance and save you some time during the consultation. This is an absolutely necessary, but it will be necessary that you at least have it in person if you're not gonna send it over because the consultant will need that to design the solar system for your property.
HOMEOWNER0:29
OK
AGENT6:52
OK, awesome, Leanna. OK, great. Do you have any more questions for me?
HOMEOWNER02:20pm
Mm nope
AGENT7:04
OK, awesome. And then, uh, you said this uh Saturday for 2 p.m. uh is gonna work for you and your husband, we said, right? I just wanna make sure that uh that's the best time for you guys.
HOMEOWNER02:21pm
Yup
AGENT3:12
Awesome
HOMEOWNER0:29
And
AGENT0:15
Leana
HOMEOWNER7:08
obviously, you have my address.
AGENT7:12
Yeah, and I, I verified that with you, right? 848 Camden?
HOMEOWNER7:14
Yeah, Cambon Circle,
AGENT7:14
Cambon.
HOMEOWNER02:21pm
yup
AGENT7:22
Got you. OK, Leanna, well, great. Uh, we got you in for uh Saturday at 2 p.m. and then uh hopefully it all works out for you.
HOMEOWNER7:24
OK, thank you so much
AGENT02:21pm
OK Leana bye
HOMEOWNER02:21pm
Bye.

HOMEOWNER0:18
Uh-huh
AGENT0:16
OK
HOMEOWNER1:22
So what company are you with
AGENT1:29
Uh, I'm with Local Energy Partners. So what we do is we just help homeowners take advantage of these new solar programs that are just designed to
HOMEOWNER0:23
Mhm.
AGENT1:47
help you save on your energy bills. So no longer do you need to take out a loan. There's no down payment and there's nothing for the installation cost. So it's just a matter of, if your property qualifies, that's how you're able to get the system and you eliminate the bill with IID and you just pay a cheaper, more sustainable solar bill. Does that,
HOMEOWNER1:51
But,
AGENT0:23
mhm
HOMEOWNER1:51
um, but I mean, there has to be cost somewhere.
···
HOMEOWNER10:41am
Hello
AGENT10:41am
Hi, Mrs. Valdez.
HOMEOWNER10:41am
Who's calling
AGENT0:16
Yeah, this is Josh. Uh, I was calling because you spoke to someone on my team last week. It was regarding the new energy program. Does that kind of ring a bell?
HOMEOWNER0:18
Oh yes, yes. Uh-huh.
AGENT0:23
Mhm. Yeah, I, I just wanted to read out to you. I know you said this week typically works a little better for you. I, I
HOMEOWNER0:18
Uh-huh.
AGENT0:29
believe they were talking to you as well. You're advising that your bills typically above $100 as well, correct?
HOMEOWNER0:32
Oh, yes, way above $100.
AGENT0:38
Way above. OK. Gotcha. And then for your energy provider, are you with California Edison or LADWP?
HOMEOWNER10:41am
No, I'm with IID
AGENT10:41am
Oh, IID. OK. Got
HOMEOWNER0:23
Mhm.
AGENT0:52
you. That's right. OK. Well, no problem then. Well, that's why we're giving you a call cause um the rate increases as well. Did they kind of touch on that about what's going on with ID Edison and LADWP.
HOMEOWNER4:12
I'm sorry
AGENT0:59
uh, about the rate increases. So pretty much what's going on IID they're annually
HOMEOWNER0:23
Mhm
AGENT1:02
going up anywhere between 8 to 10%. So that's why we're reaching out to because homeowner's bills are getting really, really expensive now. And my job is
HOMEOWNER0:16
Yeah
AGENT1:18
really simple, Mrs. Valdez. It's just to ask you a couple of questions here just to see if if you'll be a good fit for this program and then if you are, we set up a better time of day to go over those details for you, OK?
HOMEOWNER0:18
Uh-huh
AGENT0:16
OK
HOMEOWNER1:22

AGENT0:23
mhm
HOMEOWNER1:51
um, but I mean, there has to be cost somewhere.
AGENT1:57
No, yeah, you're, you're still gonna have a bill. It's just gonna be cheaper than what you're currently paying. The reason why you're not
HOMEOWNER0:23
No,
AGENT1:57
paying for like
HOMEOWNER0:16
I,
AGENT0:16
in
HOMEOWNER2:03
I'm saying for the, for the solar panels. The cost has to come from someone, somewhere.
AGENT2:31
Yeah, exactly. That, that's what I was just about to get into right now. The reason why you're not paying for the installation and there's no down payment for it because this program where it says stems from is taxpayer dollars. So homeowners, tax-paying dollars are funding these programs. So what the government's doing, they're allowing homeowners now to see if your property is able to qualify cause as long as you're able to qualify, that's how you're able to get it installed. It's because it's already being paid for through taxpayer dollars.
HOMEOWNER2:34
And where is your company located at?
AGENT2:35
Uh, we're located out in Los Angeles.
HOMEOWNER1:02
Where?
AGENT2:40
Los Angeles, specifically Granada Hills area.
HOMEOWNER10:43am
Montana
AGENT2:43
Los Angeles, yeah, Los Angeles,
HOMEOWNER0:18
Oh,
AGENT0:38
California,
HOMEOWNER2:35
Los
AGENT0:16
yeah.
HOMEOWNER10:43am
Angeles. OK,
AGENT0:16
Yeah,
HOMEOWNER10:43am
OK, OK. I'm sorry.
AGENT2:55
it's OK. So, I mean, we're just helping homes out, trying to get, you know, a little bit more control of their energy bills with these types of programs. So that's why I said
HOMEOWNER0:23
Mhm
AGENT3:04
my job's really simple. It's just ask you a few questions to see if you would be a good fit and then if you are we just set up a better time and date to where they can go over all the details for you, OK?
HOMEOWNER0:16
OK
AGENT3:12
Mhm. OK. Uh, property that is, uh, do you have any like big trees or tall buildings
HOMEOWNER0:23
No
AGENT10:44am
that, no,
HOMEOWNER1:47
Nothing.
AGENT3:20
like that? OK. Gotcha. And then for the roof condition, any leak, damages you're currently aware of, anything like that? Nothing. OK.
HOMEOWNER10:44am
No, nothing
AGENT3:30
Perfect. And if anyone else that's on the title of the home with you that owns it like a sort of a family member or is it just yourself?
HOMEOWNER10:44am
Uh, me and my
AGENT0:16
You
HOMEOWNER3:33
husband
AGENT3:33
and your husband. Perfect. Not an issue at all. And then, I see, of course, for these programs since they are government endorsed homeowners would just have a good standing credit score of at least 660 or higher. So good on that end as well, correct. OK.
HOMEOWNER3:48
I believe so, yes My husband,
AGENT10:44am
Oh, OK,
HOMEOWNER0:18
yes
AGENT4:08
perfect then. Awesome. Well, I mean, it definitely seems like your guys' home could be a good fit for this program and just so you have understanding of how it works kind of like how I mentioned it is a solar program that as long as your property gets approved get that system installed without paying anything for the installation and it's just helping reduce your bill by up to
HOMEOWNER10:45am
By up to what?
AGENT0:16
uh,
HOMEOWNER4:12
I'm sorry, you're cutting
AGENT0:18
oh,
HOMEOWNER10:45am
off.
AGENT4:15
I'm sorry, it was up to 40%. It helps
HOMEOWNER0:23
Mhm.
AGENT4:25
reduce that bill. And then for and bill your pain as Valdez. Uh, would you say, you say you're paying above $100 but does it ever go past like 200, around that range.
HOMEOWNER4:31
Oh yeah, my monthly bill right now in the summer is like $424.
AGENT4:32
Oh wow. OK. Do you have anything like
HOMEOWNER0:16
Yeah.
AGENT4:34
a pool on the property, your vehicle,
HOMEOWNER0:23
No
AGENT4:36
anything? No, wow. OK,
HOMEOWNER0:23
no
AGENT4:40
that's a pretty high bill then for not having like a pool or anything. OK.
HOMEOWNER4:41
No, well, we, we're all electric.
AGENT0:16
Ah,
HOMEOWNER4:43
It's stove electric,
AGENT0:38
gotcha.
HOMEOWNER10:45am
washer, dryer,
AGENT0:38
Gotcha.
HOMEOWNER6:47
everything.
AGENT5:07
That makes a lot of sense then. OK. No problem then, Mrs. Valdez. Well, the next step like how I mentioned it is really simple. It's showing up that better time and date for it in 30-minute consultation and assessment. just to see if we're able to help reduce that bill for see if the property is able to qualify. Um, for you and your husband just typical like mornings or afternoons work better for you guys?
HOMEOWNER5:12
No afternoons, uh, and I'm saying after 5 o'clock.
AGENT5:19
A OK. Gotcha. Uh, let me see here. check cause I know they're in the area. And you men
HOMEOWNER5:22
You're breaking
AGENT0:18
oh,
HOMEOWNER1:02
up
AGENT5:26
I'm sorry. Uh, you mentioned that after 5 o'clock typically works best for you guys?
HOMEOWNER0:18
Yes
AGENT5:38
Yes, OK. So I do have, it looks like here, this upcoming Thursday. at 6 p.m. Would that be a good time for both of you and your husband?
HOMEOWNER5:38
Thursday at 6.
AGENT0:23
Mhm.
HOMEOWNER5:46
actually, if you can do 7 cause we get home at 5,
AGENT0:18
Oh,
HOMEOWNER10:46am
by the
AGENT0:16
OK.
HOMEOWNER5:48
time we do dinner and
AGENT0:38
Gotcha.
HOMEOWNER10:46am
have dinner,
AGENT0:16
Yeah.
HOMEOWNER0:16
yeah.
AGENT6:05
Let me see here cause that's 7 o'clock is the last time frame, but I just wanna make sure no other homeowner has it. So give me one second. Yeah, I, I could do Thursday at 7 p.m. So that's not an issue at all. And then Mrs. Valdez, for that, Bill, do you, you get, do you typically get it online or in the mail?
HOMEOWNER4:31
In the
AGENT0:16
In
HOMEOWNER6:05
mail
AGENT6:11
the mail. Perfect. Just as long as you have the most recent one present then because that's what the consultant's
HOMEOWNER0:23
Mhm
AGENT6:13
gonna need to show you how
HOMEOWNER0:16
Yeah
AGENT6:18
much you can save on your energy bills. So just as long as you have the most recent one, that would be great, OK?
HOMEOWNER6:19
OK. What is your
AGENT0:16
Uh,
HOMEOWNER6:47
name
AGENT6:47
my name's Josh. I'm the verification manager and then I'm gonna send you a text message with all that information as well, like who would be going to your property and everything like that. So I can send that over to you right after this call. So within like 5 to 10 minutes. And then I just wanna make sure as well that Thursday at 7 is the best time for you and your husband just because we do work as a first come first serve. So since you're taking that time at 7, another homeowner won't be able to take advantage. Uh, just wanna make sure that 7 is the best time for you guys.
HOMEOWNER6:51
Yeah, that's fine. And then what's the company name again? I'm
AGENT0:16
Yeah,
HOMEOWNER6:51
sorry, I'm gonna write
AGENT0:16
of
HOMEOWNER10:48am
that down.
AGENT7:00
course, so mine is Energy Partners and the company that will be going out to you, I can send that in the text message as well so that you're able to view their website and everything like that.
HOMEOWNER7:09
OK, what's the
AGENT0:16
Uh,
HOMEOWNER6:47
name
AGENT0:16
that
HOMEOWNER0:23
now
AGENT7:06
would be Pas and Energy. Those are the installers that we do work with.
HOMEOWNER0:18
Uh-huh.
AGENT0:23
Mhm.
HOMEOWNER7:09
OK. What's the name?
AGENT7:12
Uh, Paxton, P A X T O N, Energy.
HOMEOWNER7:15
OK, Paxton Energy. OK.
AGENT7:17
Mhm. And then I'll send you all
HOMEOWNER0:16
OK.
AGENT7:24
those links as well just so that you're able to click them and view them, you know, pretty sure you want to take a look at them as well so I can send that all over to
HOMEOWNER0:16
Yeah
AGENT7:26
you. And then I'll also send you the
HOMEOWNER0:16
OK
AGENT7:30
consultant's name who will be going out to you to talk to you about the program and how it all works. Awesome then,
HOMEOWNER10:48am
Sounds
AGENT3:30
perfect,
HOMEOWNER1:18
good.
AGENT1:18
Mrs.
HOMEOWNER10:48am
Thank
AGENT1:18
Valdez.
HOMEOWNER0:16
you.
AGENT7:39
No problem. I'll be sending you that text message shortly then and you're all set for this Thursday at 7:00 p.m. No
HOMEOWNER0:16
you
AGENT7:41
problem. You have a wonderful day.
HOMEOWNER1:57
Have a
AGENT0:16
You
HOMEOWNER1:18
good
AGENT7:44
too.
HOMEOWNER0:16
one
AGENT7:44
Bye-bye.

···
HOMEOWNER3:49
No, no, which solar company?
AGENT2:30
Oh yeah,
HOMEOWNER3:51
What's the name of the company?
AGENT5:13
so, uh, my company is Local Energy Partners, and we work with multiple solar companies, not just one, and it actually just depends, like, which solar company that you're gonna be with, it depends on your area and a lot of things your household, your roof. So we just connect you with the best solar company that's gonna provide you with the best quality of solar based off your environment, like where your party is based on your area too, which is we're picking the closest solar company to you, OK? And these are a lot of things, so this is something that I, I couldn't really tell right now over the call, but this is something that my expert, which is uh my local energy consultant can actually go over with you. You could just tell you the details of the program from A to Z, Answer any questions that you might have, um, get you the estimate of how much exactly you're gonna be seeing out of savings. and get you the exact solar company that you're gonna be with, right? But before I get to pass you to him. I just wanted to make sure that you could be a great fit for this program. Like before anything happens, right? So, based off the questions that I asked you about um earlier, like, the ownership, um, your electric bill, if it's over 120. If there's any trees that are blocking the sunlight, um, if the roof is in a good space and all of that, would you think that you maintain those qualifications?
HOMEOWNER5:16
Oh yes, yes, all that is good.
AGENT5:24
OK, and I asked you like, uh, since it's a government indoors program, you have to maintain a decent credit score of 660 or more. Would you maintain that one too?
···
HOMEOWNER11:41am
Hello
AGENT11:41am
Heyva
HOMEOWNER0:43
Yeah
AGENT0:41
Hi, how's it going? This is Martha. I hope I didn't catch you at a bad time. It's just that we have, we had talked about last week It was regarding um a notice that was sent to you. It was regarding changes to the structure of your electric bill. And then I told you if you guys are paying over $120 a month for electricity on a monthly basis. There's this uh government endorsed program that you might qualify for that could help you reduce your bills by up to 40%. And then you ask me to call you back at a different timing, but when I did, it just seemed to me that you weren't able to get to the phone, so, are you available by now?
HOMEOWNER0:43
Yeah, please tell me
AGENT1:12
OK. Well, again, so, uh, basically, so by the time we talked, uh, I told you that there's this government endorsed program that can help you reduce your electric billing by up to 40%, and not only that, but it helps you avoid being affected by the sort of rate increases that could happen by the near future. And that of my only job is just to make sure if you could be a great fit for this program. You mind if I ask you like 4 or 5 questions just to see if uh you and your household could, could get approved for this program.
HOMEOWNER1:17
You tell me what is required for approval then I can give any answers.
AGENT1:22
Right, so what is required for the program? Like, what is required from you?
HOMEOWNER1:27
No, no, no. What are the qualification for the program, then I can answer any questions.
AGENT2:02
Right, so the qualifications is uh first you have to be paying over $120 a month on an average basis and you have to maintain a decent credit score of 660 or more, since it's a government endorsed program. Uh, we also need to maintain um uh, like there's no trees that could be blocking the sunlight from the roof. And also you need to maintain a steady roof. By that means that there's um no leakings, no holes, no damages, nothing. And you have to be owning the property that's in um 175,130 La Bonita Way. So what do you think
HOMEOWNER2:34
Is this,
AGENT0:41
that you
HOMEOWNER0:41
is
AGENT11:43am
need all?
HOMEOWNER2:05
this a solar or something?
AGENT2:30
Oh yeah, it's actually a solar program. I mean, it's quite different than all the programs that you probably looked into. or maybe read into, uh, cause it's just specified for homeowners who don't wanna take a loan for them to get the system installed. So, what I mean by that, if you were able to get you to qualify, you're just purchasing for power at a cheaper rate. Like you're just buying electricity at a cheaper rate. Is that confusion
HOMEOWNER2:34
Oh, this is, this is what you install solar panels on the home. That's what this is.
AGENT2:57
Right, it's a solar program. I mean, it's a government indoor solar program, but it's really different environment than all the programs we looked into cause it's just like specified for homeowners would never want to take a loan for them to get the assistance, so you're not paying for the installation. You're not paying for the equipment of the solar or anything. You're only paying for the bill that comes from the solar itself. And
HOMEOWNER0:41
It's
AGENT0:41
it's
HOMEOWNER0:41
the
AGENT5:13
gonna
HOMEOWNER2:59
least technically it's a lease.
AGENT3:03
it's not a lien, no, there's no lien to the property. It's just
HOMEOWNER11:44am
Leslie, it's
AGENT2:02
oh
HOMEOWNER0:41
a
AGENT0:43
yeah,
HOMEOWNER0:43
lease.
AGENT3:32
it's uh sort of a kind of a lease, but it's, it's just like way different than the lease itself, cause you're not paying for two things. You're not paying for the least and the bill. No, we're just letting you pay for one thing, which is the bill itself. So we're just swapping the electric bill that you're paying right now for your electric company to a cheaper solar bill, and you're not paying at least every month for the solar. Does that make sense
HOMEOWNER3:34
But which company is this? Which solar company is this?
AGENT3:35
Does solar what? Sorry?
HOMEOWNER11:45am
Hello?
AGENT3:41
Yes, I can hear you. You said something. I couldn't hear that.
HOMEOWNER3:44
which, which, which solar company is this?
AGENT3:46
You hit so you're not interested?
HOMEOWNER3:49
No, no, which solar company?
AGENT2:30
Oh yeah,
HOMEOWNER3:51
What's the name of the company?
AGENT5:13
so, uh, my company is Local Energy Partners, and we work with multiple solar companies, not just one, and it actually just depends, like, which solar company that you're gonna be with, it depends on your area and a lot of things your household, your roof. HOMEOWNER5:16
Oh yes, yes, all that is good.
AGENT5:24
OK, and I asked you like, uh, since it's a government indoors program, you have to maintain a decent credit score of 660 or more. Would you maintain that one too?
HOMEOWNER11:47am
Yeah. Yes.
AGENT5:41
OK. Well, yeah, so far, we're all good for this program. So, um, my job is just to get you like a local energy consultant for like a 30 minute um assessment just to see if we can get you approved. But like, uh, Byron, would you prefer mornings or afternoon
HOMEOWNER0:41
Uh
AGENT5:48
Like, are you more typically
HOMEOWNER1:12
like
AGENT11:47am
of a morning
HOMEOWNER0:41
uh
AGENT5:51
person? Are you more of like an abstinent.
HOMEOWNER5:55
no, no, no, it depends on my schedule. It's, it's on, it's on my schedule right? so
AGENT5:41
mm.
HOMEOWNER5:56
depends on the date,
AGENT1:12
OK
HOMEOWNER0:41
so
AGENT6:01
Can you give me a minute so I can check uh our schedule so I can see what days.
HOMEOWNER0:43
yeah.
AGENT6:16
All righty OK. So today's, uh, I think today is Tuesday, right? So, checking here for Tuesday, no, not Tuesday, I'm sorry. Um, for Wednesday. we have um
HOMEOWNER6:18
Can you, uh, check for Friday?
AGENT6:30
Friday. OK Um, so Friday is basically 17th. So for Friday, I think we're available by the morning, like from 9
HOMEOWNER1:17
What
AGENT0:41
to
HOMEOWNER0:41
time?
AGENT6:37
12:30. Would there like a specific uh date from 9 to 12:30 work out for you?
HOMEOWNER6:42
Uh, I think 12 p.m. would work better on Friday.
AGENT6:50
12 p.m. Can we make it 11:30 just to be in more of a safe zone. 11:30 OK,
HOMEOWNER0:43
Yeah.
AGENT7:01
OK, I got your schedule here, Baram for 11:30. By this Friday, which is the 17th of July. Uh, now, do you typically get your bills, uh, in the mail or do you get them online?
HOMEOWNER7:01
online.
AGENT7:24
OK, perfect. So if you could please like send that over in a text that you will receive uh after this call. I'll be just sending you a text to confirm everything. They can have it in the back of your mind. So if you could send the 3rd page of your utility bill, the one that has the bar graph and everything. The energy consultant will need it to prepare, prepare like an energy savings for you. Um, you know, so we can just make it easier, OK?
HOMEOWNER7:36
I'll probably, uh, hold off on that until I see the details from him. uh, and then we'll go from there. So once he's once I meet with him then I can share uh further information.
AGENT7:41
OK, so you wanna, like, when you meet them, you wanna show them everything, right? You don't want to send home.
HOMEOWNER3:41
Yes,
AGENT8:55
Of course,
HOMEOWNER3:41
yes
AGENT7:45
no problem, but please, please just have it ready for the consultation. So when they pass by
HOMEOWNER0:43
Yeah,
AGENT0:41
you
HOMEOWNER0:43
yeah,
AGENT1:12
like,
HOMEOWNER0:43
yeah
AGENT8:06
OK, go. So where I got you scheduled here for this Friday, uh 11:30. OK, now before I let you go, since this program works as a first come, first serve, right? So if you don't make it to the appointment, another homeowner won't be able to take advantage of it. I'm just asking like, is there like any reason you wouldn't be able to make it to the appointment, just making sure.
HOMEOWNER8:11
No, at the moment looks good, but then just let me know in case I need to reschedule
AGENT11:49am
Gotcha
HOMEOWNER8:12
how do I reach back
AGENT1:12
Well,
HOMEOWNER0:41

AGENT8:17
yeah, you can call me back on this number. I think it's present to you on the screen. The one that starts with 818.
HOMEOWNER6:01
Can you
AGENT1:12
OK
HOMEOWNER8:20
can you just text me
AGENT8:27
Yeah, I'll call you back in the morning of Friday. Like I think I could call you by 10? Would that work for you? OK.
HOMEOWNER11:50am
Yes, that'll
AGENT1:12
OK,
HOMEOWNER11:50am
be perfect. If
AGENT1:12

HOMEOWNER8:32
you can please call me on Friday just to confirm because based on my schedule if some have moved
AGENT0:41

AGENT8:55

HOMEOWNER8:37

AGENT8:55
Of course
HOMEOWNER8:43

AGENT8:55
Of course, yeah, OK, I'll I'll give you a call back by Friday 10 a.m. Actually, I'm gonna send you a text right now too. If you could like thumb up or maybe give a reaction so that way I could know if it actually like lend it to you, OK? All right.
HOMEOWNER8:59
Yeah, yeah, just, yeah, otherwise just call me on Friday. I think that'll that'll work,
AGENT6:16
All right.
HOMEOWNER0:43

I'll, I'll,

AGENT9:03

AGENT9:05

you
AGENT4:27
what I'm gonna do, I'm

AGENT4:32
yeah, my name is Josh. I'm the verification manager here at Local Energy Partners.
HOMEOWNER4:32
local energy partners
AGENT11:42am
Mhm, correct.
HOMEOWNER0:09
or
AGENT4:36
All right, perfect.
HOMEOWNER0:18
OK
AGENT4:43
So I could definitely set you up then for Saturday at 11. Now, it's for your utility bill, do you get it online or in the mail, Chad?
HOMEOWNER4:45
uh, both, I believe
AGENT5:02
Both? OK, cause what I'm gonna do right now, I'm just gonna send you a text message. It's just to of course confirm for Saturday at 11. So what you can do whenever you have some free time is actually just send me a screenshot of your latest utility bill that would actually save you some time during the consultation because that's how they're gonna draft up the savings report for you, OK?

AGENT0:09
Your order every prequalified and uh I have which is in hoping her time. Hi, hello, is
HOMEOWNER0:49
Well,
AGENT0:49
this Chad?
HOMEOWNER1:00
yeah.
AGENT0:18
Hey, Chad, this is Josh. I was giving you a call here. I believe you spoke to someone on my team yesterday regarding the new energy program. How are you
HOMEOWNER0:09
Uh,
AGENT11:38am
doing today?
HOMEOWNER11:38am
not too bad.
AGENT0:28
Awesome, Chad. Awesome. I was just giving you a call seeing if you got that notice in the mail. It was just regarding the recent rate increases. Did you happen to see that by any
HOMEOWNER0:09
I
AGENT1:58
chance?
HOMEOWNER11:38am
Uh, no, not yet.
AGENT0:49
No? OK. Well, just to fill you in on what's going on, um, major energy companies, what they're doing is they're raising rates on homeowners by 15% this year. So what that just pretty much means, just means your energy bill will be going up, but let me ask you this, Chad. Uh, how much are you currently paying for your latest energy bill?
HOMEOWNER0:53
Um around 100 bucks
AGENT0:53
Around $100?
HOMEOWNER1:00
Yeah.
AGENT0:58
OK. Gotcha. And does it tend to go up more during the summer months or during the winter?
HOMEOWNER1:00
Yeah, the summer
AGENT1:05
Summer. And then if you had a ballpark on how much you, you would pay during the summer? What would that look like for you?
HOMEOWNER11:39am
Uh, 2 to 2 to 300
AGENT1:10
Wow, OK. So it takes a pretty big jump then, correct?
HOMEOWNER1:00
Yeah.
AGENT1:26
Gotcha. OK. Well, I know what these rate increases, Chad, your bill's definitely gonna go up from here on out, and that's why we're calling because there are brand new government endorsed solar programs and they're very simple now, they're just helping homeowners. transfer away from
HOMEOWNER0:09
I
AGENT1:33
their energy company into a much cheaper, more sustainable solar bill. Um, just all that makes sense so far?
HOMEOWNER1:00
Yeah
AGENT1:49
Yeah, OK, Chad. Well, uh, my job, it's really, really simple. It's actually just to go ahead and see if you are a good fit for these programs and then of course if you are we just select a better time and date to our consul can go out and go over all the details with you, OK?
HOMEOWNER2:11
All right
AGENT1:58
OK. Uh, for your property here, do you have any big trees or tall buildings that provide any shade over your roof by any chance?
HOMEOWNER2:04
Um, no, not too much
AGENT2:11
Not too much? OK. Gotcha. All right. And then for the type of roof that you do have, is it shingles? Is it tile, is it concrete?
HOMEOWNER11:40am
Uh shingles
AGENT2:18
Shingles. OK. Perfect. And is there any current leaks or damage on the roof right now or no?
HOMEOWNER0:28
No
AGENT2:29
None. OK. Awesome. And then, of course, for the property here in, in 29 Palms, is there anyone else that's on Title with you like a spouse or a family member, or is it just yourself?
HOMEOWNER2:30
Uh, just myself
AGENT2:43
Just yourself. OK, perfect. Uh, and then, of course, Chad, for these programs, since they are government endorsed, you would just need to have a good standing credit score of at least 670 or higher. So I'm guessing you're good on that end as well, correct?
HOMEOWNER11:40am
Yeah, I'm good
AGENT2:50
OK, awesome then, Chad. And then silly question, but is there any existing solar system on the property or no, you're good there too? You're good? OK.
HOMEOWNER1:00
Yeah
AGENT3:18
Awesome then, Chad. Well, uh, from what you answered, it definitely seems like you could be a good fit, but like I mentioned, next step is just really, really simple. It's just about selecting that better time and date to where the consultant can actually go out to you, break down the program, answer any questions or concerns you may have. And then ultimately see, right, if you are a good fit for it. Um, when it comes down for your availability, just typically like morning times or afternoon times work better for you?
HOMEOWNER3:22
Uh, afternoons better for me after 5.
AGENT3:22
After 5?
HOMEOWNER0:09
Uh
AGENT3:31
OK. Gotcha. So I know for tomorrow, we are pretty booked up. in the afternoon. Uh, what about

Now we do work as a first come, first serve, so what that means is since you're taking that time at 11, another homeowner won't be able to. So I really just wanna make sure that that time frame works out for you on Saturday, correct?
HOMEOWNER0:18
OK
AGENT5:25
Awesome perfect then Chad. so I'm gonna send you that text message in the meantime, just give me a like or a thumbs up just to let us know that you received it, OK?

HOMEOWNER0:44
OK.
AGENT2:10
we can draw up the, the report prior and then just come by prepared, um, and I just wanted to reconfirm the address. So it was on 2246 Passel Rosetta, correct?
HOMEOWNER0:50

Perfect. OK. So then right now, you can expect the text maybe within the next 10 minutes or so. And then, uh, right there is where you can send the bar graph portion of the bill.
HOMEOWNER2:24
OK. Is there any way you can um come earlier than 10th?
AGENT2:44

What

HOMEOWNER3:04
I just have, I, I still work. I have a lot
AGENT0:50
Yeah
HOMEOWNER3:15
of things to do. So, um I just had a lot to do on Thursday, so I didn't know. I

Hello
AGENT0:13
Hi Carol
HOMEOWNER2:20
Yes
AGENT0:13
Hi Carol. My name's Josh. I was just giving you a call. I believe you just spoke with someone on my team regarding the new energy program. Is that correct?
HOMEOWNER2:20
yes
AGENT0:20
Yeah, OK, sure, perfect. I believe, uh, they advised that you're paying above $100 on your energy bill per month, is that? Got you. And did they talk to you about the rate increases as well and what's going on?
HOMEOWNER0:13
OK
AGENT0:48
Mhm. So, uh, I was just reaching out, of course, since you know the rates are going up this year, meaning that everyone's bills are gonna take a jump. My job's very simple, Carol, it's just to go ahead and see if you are a good fit for this new program. It, it just helps you avoid the rate increases and of course reduce your bill by up to 40%, so I can ask you a few questions just to see if you'd be a good fit, OK?
HOMEOWNER0:20
Yeah
AGENT0:56
OK. Uh, for your property, are there any big trees or tall buildings that provide shade over your roof by any chance?
HOMEOWNER0:48
No
AGENT1:02
No? OK. And then what about your roof condition? Any major leaks, damages, anything along those lines?
HOMEOWNER1:10
No, and I'm on level pay and still I'm paying 100 and 47 a
AGENT1:18
Oh
HOMEOWNER0:20
month.
AGENT1:18
wow. Wow, that's definitely a large amount then. And Cinder level page, does it ever tend to go higher than that, or is it kind of just staying at that range all the time.
HOMEOWNER1:24
Well, it was 123 last year,
AGENT0:20
Ah,
HOMEOWNER12:00pm
a month.
AGENT1:26
got you, and it shot up. OK.
HOMEOWNER0:25
and,
AGENT12:00pm
It went
HOMEOWNER0:25
and
AGENT1:27
up because of the
HOMEOWNER0:13
so
AGENT0:25
rate
HOMEOWNER12:00pm
it jumped.
AGENT1:40
increases. Yeah. So for sure, the rate increases are taking into effect and a lot of homeowners are feeling it, and there's gonna unfortunately be another one, right? So no problem there. And then full roof condition you mentioned is good, right? No leaks or damages there? OK, perfect.
HOMEOWNER0:13
the
AGENT1:46
And then is there anyone else that owns the property with you that's on Title Caro, like a spouse?
HOMEOWNER0:48
no
AGENT1:58
No? OK. Just yourself. No worries. And since these programs, Carol, they are government endorsed. Homeowners would just need to have a good standing credit score of at least 660 or higher, so I'm guessing you're all good on that end, correct?
HOMEOWNER2:20
Yes
AGENT2:20
Perfect, and Carol. Awesome. So just to give you a good idea of what this program is just so you have a good understanding. It is a government endorsed solar program that helps you get a solar system installed without paying anything at all for the installation, and it's meant to help reduce your bill by up to 40%. Does that kinda make sense so far? Yes, OK. Well, my job's really simple then. It's just to set up an in-home consultation where a consultant can actually stop by, show you exactly how much you can save and ultimately see if your property is able to move forward with solar. Um, when it comes down to your availability, Carol, that's typically mornings or afternoons work better for you?
HOMEOWNER2:37
Afternoons
AGENT2:52
Afternoons. OK. Perfect. Just let me go ahead and double check here. So I do have afternoon times available would, when you say afternoon, does after like 3 o'clock or 4 o'clock work better for you?
HOMEOWNER3:06
After 3
AGENT3:06
After 3. OK, perfect. Cause I do have, let me just see here. I have a 4 o'clock available for tomorrow. Would that be a good time for you, Carol?
HOMEOWNER2:20
Yes
AGENT3:15
Perfect. OK. So what I'm gonna do, I'm gonna go ahead and set it up for you for tomorrow at 4. Now for the utility bill that you get, do you typically get that online or in the mail?
HOMEOWNER3:15
in the
AGENT0:13
In
HOMEOWNER3:15
mail
AGENT3:32
the mail. Perfect. So just as long as you have your latest utility bill present, Carol. They're just gonna need that cause they're gonna show you uh how much you spend throughout the year. And then, of course, they're gonna do the math and see exactly how much you can save compared to what you're spending right now, OK?
HOMEOWNER0:13
OK
AGENT3:51
Awesome then, Carol, perfect. So you're all set then for tomorrow at 4:00 p.m. Now, we do work as a first-come, first serve, so what that typically means is since you're taking that time at 4, another homeowner won't be able to take advantage of that time. So I really just wanna make sure that 4 p.m. best works out for you, Carol.
HOMEOWNER12:03pm
Yes, 4 p.m. is

HOMEOWNER11:28am
Um let's see. The lower my energy.
AGENT11:28am
Mhm.
HOMEOWNER11:28am
OK, who is this with?
AGENT11:28am
Yeah, I'm with Local Energy Partners. So right now there's programs that are available for homeowners like yourself. They just help homeowners reduce their current bill by up to 40%. So my job was just ask you a few questions to see if you're a good fit Mrs. Bell and if you are, then we set up a better time and date where someone can stop by and see if they're able to help you reduce your current bill.
HOMEOWNER11:28am
Yeah, it would probably be a better time because I have a call out that I have to take and I don't want to cut you off.
AGENT11:29am
Oh OK
HOMEOWNER11:29am
If, if, if it rings in,
AGENT11:29am
Gotcha,
HOMEOWNER11:29am
but
AGENT11:29am
gotcha.

yeah, but yeah, we, yeah, we have Duquesne right now. Is that, is that

Exactly
HOMEOWNER11:29am
who that's, that's who, OK, yeah, uh, yeah, I'm, I'm definitely interested.
AGENT11:29am
Mhm
HOMEOWNER11:29am
I just have to see what, see what is it? CCF or whatever the hell it is
AGENT11:29am
Correct. Yeah, with Ducane
HOMEOWNER11:29am
they
AGENT11:29am
Li,
HOMEOWNER11:29am
charge.
AGENT11:29am
they did raise their rates by 15%, so a lot of homeowners are feeling that impact, I'm pretty sure you are as well. But uh if you have an extra 2 minutes, I just need to ask you a few questions here and then, of course, uh, just pick a better time and date we can help you out. We, we send someone to stop by, but I understand if you have a phone call coming, I can give you a call a little later as well.
HOMEOWNER11:29am
Yeah, yeah, you can do that. Um, let's see, I, nope, I just have Columbia gas in front of me. I don't

AGENT11:27am
Hi, Mrs. Bell. This is Josh. How was your 4th of July weekend?
HOMEOWNER11:27am
Oh, nice. Yup. Yup, it was nice. How about you?
AGENT11:27am
It was really good. I enjoyed it, you know, all the time with the family is always well, so I can't complain.
HOMEOWNER11:27am
That's great. You don't shoot, shoot off any fireworks?
AGENT11:27am
No, me personally, no. I, I, I don't shoot off that many. I, I just watch them, you know, I don't, I don't like burning my money like that.
HOMEOWNER11:27am
I know, I, I thought, I, that's what I said too. I said, people can't eat and then people can't fill the gad thing up, but they're blowing their money
AGENT11:28am

AGENT11:28am
you go
HOMEOWNER11:28am
with you.
AGENT11:28am
Yeah, I live like, you know, the local churches or whoever is throwing a fireworks, I go over there and I, I let them do it.
HOMEOWNER11:28am
Yup, you have to like I'll, I'll sit there and watch you blow your money up.
AGENT11:28am
exactly. Awesome then. Well, Mrs. Bell, I know uh you wanted me to give you a call back right after the 4th of July. It was about potentially helping you lower that energy bill of yours? Do you recall our conversation that we had a little bit?
HOMEOWNER11:28am

No,
HOMEOWNER11:29am
is,
AGENT11:29am
it's OK
HOMEOWNER11:29am
I, I know what I'm looking for. I mean, if I see it on there, but uh yeah, it'd probably be better um that way, but yeah, if I can say I definitely
AGENT11:30am
Of course Yeah, I know that we
HOMEOWNER11:30am
um
AGENT11:30am
can definitely try and help you out there. Just a quick question for you then, uh, for your property, do you have any like big trees or tall buildings that provide shade over the roof by any chance?
HOMEOWNER11:30am
we just have, have the one on the one side of the house,
AGENT11:30am
On one side, OK.
HOMEOWNER11:30am
but that's it.
AGENT11:30am
Gotcha. No problem. Then, would you say it covers a large portion or just a small portion of your roof.
HOMEOWNER11:30am
Small,
AGENT11:30am
Small, OK.
HOMEOWNER11:30am
small portion.
AGENT11:30am
Awesome. And then no leaks or damages on the roof right now, correct?
HOMEOWNER11:30am
No, nope, nope,
AGENT11:30am
No.
HOMEOWNER11:30am
nope, we're all
AGENT11:30am
Gotcha.
HOMEOWNER11:30am
good.
AGENT11:30am
And then anyone else
HOMEOWNER11:30am
That sounds
AGENT11:30am
entitled with you,
HOMEOWNER11:30am
good
AGENT11:30am
spouse
HOMEOWNER11:30am
so
AGENT11:30am
or
HOMEOWNER11:30am
far.
AGENT11:30am
family member, anyone like that?
HOMEOWNER11:30am
Uh, my husband's here.
AGENT11:30am
Perfect. Awesome. No
HOMEOWNER11:30am
and
AGENT11:30am
worries.
HOMEOWNER11:30am
then when my, my kids are, are married, but when they come home, my daughter stays, you know, cause she lives out of town,
AGENT11:30am
Uh, so that, yeah,
HOMEOWNER11:30am
she
AGENT11:30am
that
HOMEOWNER11:30am
stays.
AGENT11:30am
light bill definitely, uh, or the energy bill definitely
HOMEOWNER11:30am
Yeah
AGENT11:30am
goes up on you. OK. No problem then. And then, of course, for these programs you would just need to have a good setting credit score of at least 660 or higher, so guessing you're good on that end as well, correct?
HOMEOWNER11:30am
Yeah, yeah,
AGENT11:30am
OK
HOMEOWNER11:30am
right, definitely, I should be. Yup,
AGENT11:31am
Uh.
HOMEOWNER11:31am
my credits I
AGENT11:31am
Awesome
HOMEOWNER11:31am
pay, pay
AGENT11:31am
then.
HOMEOWNER11:31am
my bills,
AGENT11:31am
Perfect, Mrs.
HOMEOWNER11:31am
so
AGENT11:31am
Do,
HOMEOWNER11:31am
yup.
AGENT11:31am
yeah, next step's really simple. It's just a better time and date that works for you so you can stop by, break it all down,
HOMEOWNER11:31am
Yeah,
AGENT11:31am
show you
HOMEOWNER11:31am
I'm
AGENT11:31am
how much.
HOMEOWNER11:31am
not sure.
AGENT11:31am
Mhm.
HOMEOWNER11:31am
Yeah, um, because yeah, today's bad because he's off and I was running around doing stuff that I had to take care of for his dad
AGENT11:31am
Yeah
HOMEOWNER11:31am
and uh so, yeah.
AGENT11:31am
No worries. I
HOMEOWNER11:31am
and
AGENT11:31am
mean,
HOMEOWNER11:31am
I
AGENT11:31am
if
HOMEOWNER11:31am
have some
AGENT11:31am
uh
HOMEOWNER11:31am
things I have to
AGENT11:31am
if,
HOMEOWNER11:31am
talk to.
AGENT11:31am
another day this week works or even the weekend, I do have Saturday. I know typically you know a lot of homeowners are free.
HOMEOWNER11:31am
know, but I don't wanna, I don't wanna bother you on your weekend.
AGENT11:31am
Oh no, it's
HOMEOWNER11:31am
You,
AGENT11:31am
OK.
HOMEOWNER11:31am
you
AGENT11:31am
We,
HOMEOWNER11:31am
need
AGENT11:31am
we,
HOMEOWNER11:31am
a day off.
AGENT11:31am
we work on Saturdays. We have Sundays off, right? So that's the good thing, but Saturday that
HOMEOWNER11:31am
Oh
AGENT11:31am
we could
HOMEOWNER11:31am
yuck
AGENT11:31am
help you out if that works out, or even like a Friday in the morning or afternoon because we do work as early as 9 a.m. all the way to 7:30 p.m. So, Monday through
HOMEOWNER11:31am
OK
AGENT11:31am
Friday and then Saturday it's from 9 a.m. to like
HOMEOWNER11:31am
Saturdays
AGENT11:31am
5.
HOMEOWNER11:31am
So, so you, you work all those hours?
AGENT11:31am
Correct, yes
HOMEOWNER11:31am
Well, when do you have time for yourself?
AGENT11:31am
On Sunday, yeah, they give us that Sunday off, so that's where I go ahead and I do everything there.
HOMEOWNER11:32am
That's nothing I mean, you can't go to any appointments or
AGENT11:32am
Yeah,
HOMEOWNER11:32am
anything.
AGENT11:32am
I mean, that's when we're available, right? That doesn't mean we usually get booked up at that time, but that's like the time frame, just in case, you know, you guys get home later, we're able to
HOMEOWNER11:32am
Yeah
AGENT11:32am
help you out then
HOMEOWNER11:32am
Right.
AGENT11:32am
and there. But there's time for me
HOMEOWNER11:32am
Yeah.
AGENT11:32am
for sure. I appreciate your concern though.
HOMEOWNER11:32am
Well, I, I do think about you
AGENT11:32am
Mhm
HOMEOWNER11:32am
because I've worked all my life and, and I know
AGENT11:32am
Mhm.
HOMEOWNER11:32am
what it's like. uh, when you're tied up all week, you wanna have time for yourself or your family, you know. But um, yeah, probably another time, um let's see, hmm, I, I really can't pinpoint. Probably later cause I'd usually run around in the
AGENT11:32am
Gotcha
HOMEOWNER11:32am
afternoon, so probably later
AGENT11:32am
Later
HOMEOWNER11:32am
like. yeah, like a 5 o'clock.
AGENT11:32am
Sure. Yeah, I do have
HOMEOWNER11:32am
But I, but I don't wanna keep
AGENT11:32am
No, no,
HOMEOWNER11:32am
you, I don't wanna keep you
AGENT11:32am
no
HOMEOWNER11:32am
after hours.
AGENT11:32am
no, no, no,
HOMEOWNER11:32am
If
AGENT11:32am
no,
HOMEOWNER11:32am
you're done
AGENT11:32am
that, that's
HOMEOWNER11:32am
at 5
AGENT11:32am
my time frame. So that's OK with me. I'm completely fine with it. At 5:30 or 6 o'clock even works better for you to give you a little bit more time. I'm OK with that.
HOMEOWNER11:33am
yeah
AGENT11:33am
So at 5:30 tomorrow
HOMEOWNER11:33am
OK
AGENT11:33am
works, I do have that open for you, Mr. Bell.
HOMEOWNER11:33am
Perfect. Yeah, you can try me tomorrow. Um,
AGENT11:33am
Perfect
HOMEOWNER11:33am
or if it, if it doesn't work, then maybe uh another day during the week because I, I, like I
AGENT11:33am
Mhm
HOMEOWNER11:33am
say, I'm sorry, I can't really pinpoint
AGENT11:33am
No, it's OK. Uh
HOMEOWNER11:33am
um because I don't, I'm, I'm very spontaneous.
AGENT11:33am
it's OK. Well, how about this
HOMEOWNER11:33am
So
AGENT11:33am
then? We can do tomorrow around 6 just so it gives you a little bit more time. Uh, I'll go ahead, I'll send you
HOMEOWNER11:33am
OK.
AGENT11:33am
a text message right after this call just confirming everything so you can reach out to me then and there, but I'll put you down for tomorrow at 6. And then what would make it actually go a little quicker, Mrs. Bell, as well, is if you have your latest Duqueeight bill, that would actually save us a lot of time.
HOMEOWNER11:33am
Mm
AGENT11:33am
So at 6 o'clock when I, when, uh, when the consultant arrives, they'll have everything ready and prepared for you cause you just need to hand them over that bill. They'll answer any questions you have. And then, of course, we can
HOMEOWNER11:33am
But what, what, what do you mean a consultant arrive? What
AGENT11:33am
uh
HOMEOWNER11:33am
do
AGENT11:33am
yeah,
HOMEOWNER11:33am
you mean here?
AGENT11:34am
so they go to you in person, they show you the full breakdown of what it looks like and how
HOMEOWNER11:34am
Oh,
AGENT11:34am
much you can save.
HOMEOWNER11:34am
no, I don't, no, I don't want anybody
AGENT11:34am
Oh, OK.
HOMEOWNER11:34am
coming here.
AGENT11:34am
Got you where you're looking to do like more of like uh
HOMEOWNER11:34am
No,
AGENT11:34am
over
HOMEOWNER11:34am
no,
AGENT11:34am
the phone
HOMEOWNER11:34am
no, no,
AGENT11:34am
or like a
HOMEOWNER11:34am
uh-huh
AGENT11:34am
Zoom type of thing.
HOMEOWNER11:34am
Or you could just, yeah, just, just call me. No, I don't want anybody
AGENT11:34am
Got
HOMEOWNER11:34am
coming
AGENT11:34am
you, Mrs.
HOMEOWNER11:34am
here
AGENT11:34am
Bell. OK, well, let me see.
HOMEOWNER11:34am
Cause I don't, I don't know really what I'm gonna be doing is
AGENT11:34am
Oh,
HOMEOWNER11:34am
what I'm saying
AGENT11:34am
OK.
HOMEOWNER11:34am
and I
AGENT11:34am
Gotcha.
HOMEOWNER11:34am
don't want
AGENT11:34am
Yeah, it was just like up
HOMEOWNER11:34am
yeah.
AGENT11:34am
in the air.
HOMEOWNER11:34am
No, just, just give me a phone call. Just text, text me or something
AGENT11:34am
Mhm.
HOMEOWNER11:34am
and, and, you know, just give me a phone call because all
AGENT11:34am
OK,
HOMEOWNER11:34am
right.
AGENT11:34am
no problem, Mrs. Bell. Was it something to where like it was only tomorrow you're busy or was it like later in the week, like you could do or maybe the weekend?
HOMEOWNER11:34am
Yeah, we, we can, you can try anytime like around 5 or 6, that's fine.
AGENT11:34am
OK, got you. And that was just to give you a call, or is that OK for the consultant to stop by.
HOMEOWNER11:34am
No, no, it's just to give me a call. I don't want anybody coming
AGENT11:34am
Got you.
HOMEOWNER11:34am
here.
AGENT11:34am
OK, well, let me see if that consult can definitely do that for you, Mrs. Bell. So, if anything, I gotta try and have them reach out today if 6 o'clock works and then we can go ahead and see if they can just give you a call, OK?
HOMEOWNER11:35am
OK.
AGENT11:35am
OK.
HOMEOWNER11:35am
All
AGENT11:35am
Sounds
HOMEOWNER11:35am
right.
AGENT11:35am
good,
HOMEOWNER11:35am
Thank
AGENT11:35am
Mrs.
HOMEOWNER11:35am
you.
AGENT11:35am
No, no problem.
HOMEOWNER11:35am
All right. OK. You have a good
AGENT11:35am
Yeah
HOMEOWNER11:35am
rest of the day,
AGENT11:35am
I
HOMEOWNER11:35am
OK?
AGENT11:35am
will. Thank you. You too
HOMEOWNER11:35am
And don't you work too
AGENT11:35am
I'll
HOMEOWNER11:35am
hard.
AGENT11:35am
try not
HOMEOWNER11:35am
You, you
AGENT11:35am
to
HOMEOWNER11:35am
hear me? I'm, I'm, I'm being
AGENT11:35am
OK
HOMEOWNER11:35am
your mother now.
AGENT11:35am
That's fine
HOMEOWNER11:35am
You take time for
AGENT11:35am
No
HOMEOWNER11:35am
yourself.
AGENT11:35am
problem. OK,
HOMEOWNER11:35am
right
AGENT11:35am
Bell, you enjoy the rest of your day. Mhm.
HOMEOWNER11:35am
Thank you. Bye-bye

Yeah, um, well, uh, are you clear or no? This is for Claire.
HOMEOWNER12:03pm
Claire is my husband.
AGENT12:03pm
Oh, OK. I, I was reaching out because uh I'm not sure if we spoke to you or Claire. It was about helping you lower your current energy bill.
HOMEOWNER12:03pm
Does this involve purchasing uh solar power.
AGENT12:03pm
No. So it is in regards to solar, but you no longer need to purchase it. It's just as long as the property is able to qualify. So that's I believe what my team member was speaking to Claire about.

HOMEOWNER12:03pm
I'm Mrs. Lazura, yes.
AGENT12:03pm
Mrs. Lazarre. OK, Mrs. Azor. Well, that's what my team member was talking to you about yesterday then I believe they called towards a little bit towards the end of the day, like around 6 o'clock. They, they were just talking about how we're able to help homeowners lower their bill without you paying for the solar anymore, so you just simply take on a cheaper energy bill and that's it. Did they talk to you a little bit about that?
HOMEOWNER12:04pm
About as much as you said, and nothing more.
AGENT12:04pm
Nothing more. OK. Well, that's why I was giving you a call, Mrs. Lazor cause our job is just to go ahead and explain it to you, see if you're a good fit for the program and then if you are we just select a better time and day to go over all those details with you and answer any questions you may have, OK?

Um I don't see how I can get solar power without having to purchase it.
AGENT12:04pm
Yeah, no, that's a really good uh observation there. And I can definitely explain how. So how you're able to get it is because these are government-funded programs. So it's just as long as yourself and your property are able to qualify for it. That's how you're able to get the system installed and the only thing you take on is a cheaper energy bill. So to give you an example, Mrs. Lazar, if you're paying, let's just say $200 towards your energy company now. As long as your property qualifies, you get the system installed and then now you just pay a cheaper energy bill and that energy bill is locked in and fixed. So instead of paying $200 to your energy company, you can now pay a low bill of anywhere between like 80 to 120. Just really depends. So let's just say we lock you in at 100. Now you're paying a nice fixed bill of $100. Does that kinda make sense?
HOMEOWNER12:05pm
Mm I know what you're saying.
AGENT12:05pm
Mhm.
HOMEOWNER12:05pm
I don't know how it's possible.
AGENT12:05pm
OK. Uh, I could break it down a little bit more then. So how it's possible is cause these programs are funded through taxpayer dollars. So your taxpaying dollars are mine, people who live in apartments, trailers, everyone's taxpaying dollars now. A portion of that is being funneled into these programs. So what the government's doing is they're allowing homeowners like yourself to see if your property is able to qualify cause as long as it does, that's how you're able to get the system installed because it's already paid for through taxpaying dollars. Now the only thing you pay for is the energy that you use. So it's exactly like how you're doing right now with California Edison, except you eliminate that bill and you just pay a cheaper bill now. That's all. That kind of cleared up a little bit more, Mrs. Lazar.
HOMEOWNER12:06pm
Well, you'll have to install
AGENT12:06pm
Uh-huh
HOMEOWNER12:06pm
energy panels.
AGENT12:06pm
correct. Yeah So the
HOMEOWNER12:06pm
and who pays for that?
AGENT12:06pm
yeah, the program does. So there's no loan you need to take out, no down payment, nothing for the installation costs and no lien on the property. It's as long as you and your property qualify, that's how you're able to get it. So, not everyone could qualify because sometimes it prevents them from moving forward, whether it be them or their property, right? If you have a bad roof, a bad main panel unit, anything that could go wrong. The slightest thing could disqualify you from the program. So that's why I was reaching out today just to see if you're a good fit and then if you are, that's when we send someone out to you to talk to you a little bit more about it and show you a full breakdown. That kind of make a little bit more sense, Mr.
HOMEOWNER12:07pm
Yeah,
AGENT12:07pm
Lazar.
HOMEOWNER12:07pm
except that this is really bad timing and my husband's in the hospital
AGENT12:07pm
Oh,
HOMEOWNER12:07pm
and I'm
AGENT12:07pm
OK. I'm
HOMEOWNER12:07pm
have
AGENT12:07pm
so sorry
HOMEOWNER12:07pm
to go
AGENT12:07pm
to.
HOMEOWNER12:07pm
see him, um,
AGENT12:07pm
Mhm.
HOMEOWNER12:07pm
uh, how long is the program available?
AGENT12:07pm
Well, that's the thing. We don't know how long this program's gonna stick around because since it's government endorsed they can pull funding on it at any time, so it could be here for a year. It could be here up until next week. It can be here up until tomorrow. Well, usually
HOMEOWNER12:07pm
And it's the funding runs out, then am I liable for the balance?
AGENT12:07pm
uh, yeah, so correct. So once you get it installed, the only thing you're paying for is the energy that you use. So you're not paying for the installation or anything like that. So once it's on top of your house, you're fine. You don't have to worry about anything except making your energy bill payment just like how you do right now with your utility company, the same exact
HOMEOWNER12:07pm
OK.
AGENT12:07pm
thing.
HOMEOWNER12:07pm
Can we get on with the necessary qualifications. I
AGENT12:07pm
Sure
HOMEOWNER12:07pm
only have a few minutes.
AGENT12:07pm
Of course, yeah, I'll be really quick for you. So, for your property, do you have any big trees, tall buildings that provide shade over
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
No
AGENT12:08pm
your roof? No? OK.
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
no
AGENT12:08pm
And then roof condition, any major leaks, damages that you're aware of, anything like that?
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
No, but it is asphalt shingle, and it
AGENT12:08pm
OK.
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
is about time that I have to replace the asphalt shingles again.
AGENT12:08pm
Gotcha. So I'm
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
But
AGENT12:08pm
guessing,
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
so far there's
AGENT12:08pm
uh-huh.
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
no leaks.
AGENT12:08pm
no leaks, no damage, but it's probably close in need of replacement. So I'm guessing it's around 15 to 20 years old around that range.
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
Yeah.
AGENT12:08pm
Yeah, OK
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
that sounds about right
AGENT12:08pm
Gotcha. Well, just to let you know, we don't even come close to a roof that's not structurally strong enough to sustain the system so that if that is the case, that is something that the energy consultant can actually talk to you about during the consultation as well. OK, Mrs. Lazar?
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
OK
AGENT12:08pm
OK. And I'm guessing for the property here, it's you and your husband that are untitled, both of you guys?
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
Well, yes, he's normally here, but he's in the hospital right now,
AGENT12:08pm
Got you.
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
and
AGENT12:08pm
No, it's
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
my
AGENT12:08pm
OK
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
son also lives with us.
AGENT12:08pm
OK, no worries. And the only reason why I ask if it's you and your husband on Tidal just because uh if there is more than one person that is on the title of the home, we'll look for both of you guys to be there, so that shouldn't be an issue at all.
HOMEOWNER12:09pm
I have his power of attorney.
AGENT12:09pm
OK, no problem then, Mrs. Lazarre. And lastly, of course, for the program since like how I mentioned it is government indoors. Homeowners just need to have a good standing credit score of at least 660 or higher, so I'm guessing you're all good there as well, correct?
HOMEOWNER12:09pm
I am not certain about that. I'd be on the edge.
AGENT12:09pm
On the edge.
HOMEOWNER12:09pm
I
AGENT12:09pm
OK
HOMEOWNER12:09pm
just had to take out a mortgage on the home. so that might have lowered the credit rating a little.
AGENT12:09pm
Gotcha. No worries. I mean, if you did have to do that, were you, uh, did you have to like do any bankruptcies or foreclosures in the past 7 years, anything like that or no?
HOMEOWNER12:09pm
No, no,
AGENT12:09pm
No.
HOMEOWNER12:09pm
no.
AGENT12:09pm
OK. Gotcha. And then, if you did take out a mortgage, that shouldn't be an issue just as long as you're making all your payments on time. So like if for your mortgage or whether it be a credit card payment, all that stuff, as long as you're doing all that on time, you should be well above 660 or at least for sure above like around 680, 700 around there. So everything's good there,
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
Mm
AGENT12:10pm
correct?
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
As far as I know
AGENT12:10pm
OK, perfect, Mrs. Lazarre. So the next step, like I mentioned, it's really simple. It's just selecting that better time and date where the consultant can actually stop by. They talked to you for 30 minutes, so it's a 30 minute assessment. They just show you how much you can save, answer your questions, and then see if your property can qualify. Uh, I know right now currently your husband is in the hospital. So, uh, if there's a time and date that works best? Is this like a morning or afternoon work better for you?
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
Afternoon and it would uh make it as far out as, as practical because I'm not
AGENT12:10pm
Mhm.
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
sure when he'll be coming home.
AGENT12:10pm
Gotcha. And I'm, guessing your husband will wanna be there for the consultation as well, correct?
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
Uh, he could care less.
AGENT12:10pm
OK.
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
He had a he had a stroke and I do
AGENT12:10pm
Oh,
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
everything.
AGENT12:10pm
OK. I'm so sorry to hear that. I really hope everything is OK with your husband. Um, if you like, I, I know you're going back and forth between, you know, your home and the hospital. Uh, I can check in with you sometime next week just because I know the, they're gonna be there up until next week, Friday. So I can keep checking in with you if you like, we can set up like a tentative time for next week Thursday in the afternoon.
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
Uh, that is too soon. It would have to be at least a week longer than
AGENT12:11pm
OK.
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
that.
AGENT12:11pm
No problem, Mrs. Lazar. Let me just check here. I wanna make sure that they're gonna be there for you before I said anything. So give me one quick second as I check the calendar and then I'll let you go here. So, uh, let's see, next week, that's the 17th, and then the following week would be the 24th. So I can shoot for 2 weeks for the 24th. Uh, I do see that there'll
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
What
AGENT12:11pm
be
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
day of the week is that?
AGENT12:11pm
uh, that would be a Friday, so the end of the week, the end of the week
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
That
AGENT12:11pm
of
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
would
AGENT12:11pm
June.
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
be, that would be a relatively good time.
AGENT12:11pm
Good time. Perfect. So, and I know you mentioned afternoon time works. Were you looking after 3 o'clock, 4 o'clock, 5 o'clock?
HOMEOWNER12:12pm
After 4.
AGENT12:12pm
After 4. OK. So I can set you up for 2 weeks from now, which would be Friday the 24th at 5 p.m. So what I'm gonna do, Mrs. Azora, I can send you a, uh, text message just letting you know you're all set and then what I can do as well just to make sure that that time worked out just because it is 2 weeks away. I can definitely go ahead and give you a call that same week, like on Monday or Tuesday, just to make sure that that time still works for you, OK?
HOMEOWNER12:12pm
Yes, I would appreciate that.
AGENT12:12pm
Perfect, Mrs. Lazarre. So
HOMEOWNER12:12pm
Mm
AGENT12:12pm
let me go ahead and do that for you. In the meantime, if you have your latest utility bill, do you typically get that online or in the mail?
HOMEOWNER12:12pm
online
AGENT12:12pm
Online, OK. Cause when I send the text message over to you, what can also save you some time as well if, if you're able to take a, a screenshot or a picture of page 3. It has a bar graph. If you're sending that over to us via text message, we can actually get started on the savings report for you early so that when they do meet with you, it would be even less time, OK?
HOMEOWNER12:13pm
Well, I'm currently in a payment arrangement
AGENT12:13pm
Mhm.
HOMEOWNER12:13pm
with Edison.
AGENT12:13pm
OK, that's fine
HOMEOWNER12:13pm
So, uh, the amount I'm paying
AGENT12:13pm
Mhm
HOMEOWNER12:13pm
is not reflecting a normal bill
AGENT12:13pm
No, it's OK. That's why we're asking for page 3 because on page 3, it has a bar graph. That bar graph shows your energy usage for the year. So even if you're on a payment plan, that bar graph shows us how much energy you're using on a monthly basis, and that's how we can calculate how much energy you're using for the entire year. OK, Mrs. Lazar?
HOMEOWNER12:13pm
OK. Now, does this system that you have have a storage generator.
AGENT12:13pm
Yes, correct. They have, uh, what they're called battery packs, yes.
HOMEOWNER12:13pm
Yeah, OK. All right.
AGENT12:13pm
Perfect. Awesome then, Mrs. Laura. I'll send
HOMEOWNER12:13pm
Um
AGENT12:13pm
you a text message shortly then, uh, for you being set up the 24th at 5. whenever you have some time, I know you're pretty busy right now going back and forth, but if you could please send that utility page over with the bar graph. That would be great. And then I can check in with you that same week to make sure everything's good, OK?
HOMEOWNER12:14pm
and what is the name of your company
AGENT12:14pm
Yeah.
HOMEOWNER12:14pm
again?
AGENT12:14pm
Uh, I'm with Local Energy Partners, so what I can do as well, I'll send a link over to you regarding the company and the installers that we use, just so that you can get familiar with them as well, OK?
HOMEOWNER12:14pm
Thank you, I would appreciate that.
AGENT12:14pm
No problem, Mrs. Zora. And again, I hope everything is OK with your husband and everything works out. And I'll be texting you shortly, OK?
HOMEOWNER12:14pm
All right, thank
AGENT12:14pm
No
HOMEOWNER12:14pm
you
AGENT12:14pm
problem. Bye-bye

yeah, local energy partners, a team member of mine asked if you're paying over like $100 or $120 on the power bill. the
HOMEOWNER12:09pm
I think that's about what I'm paying.
AGENT12:09pm
Sure. That, well, that's exactly why we're reaching out, right? Essentially what it is we're doing is we're helping you cause you may qualify for this government endorsed program that could help you lower your bill by up to 40%. Uh, as long as you can get approved for it.
···
HOMEOWNER12:09pm
Hello
AGENT12:09pm
OK Hey, Daniel?
HOMEOWNER12:09pm
Who's this
AGENT12:09pm
Hi, my name is Adam. I'm calling because you spoke to a team member of mine yesterday. It was in regards to the new energy program. How's your day going?
HOMEOWNER12:09pm
New energy program. Yesterday,
AGENT12:09pm
Yeah,
HOMEOWNER12:09pm
I didn't
AGENT12:09pm
they
HOMEOWNER12:09pm

AGENT12:09pm
they had asked you if you're

HOMEOWNER12:09pm

HOMEOWNER12:10pm
Mhm.
AGENT12:10pm
Um, essentially what it is, right, it's a, it's a new government endorsed solar program that's just made for you to eliminate your current power bill. uh, and swap it out
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
Uh-huh.
AGENT12:10pm
for a cheaper monthly solar bill, typically up to 40% cheaper than what you're currently paying as long as you can qualify. Does that make sense?
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
OK. So, who owns the equipment?
AGENT12:10pm
Yeah, good question. So there's different programs available for you, right? There is this program that I shared with you, the solar company would be maintaining the system and you'd just be paying for cheaper energy. Uh, had you looked into like solar options in the past?
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
No. So, who owns the equipment?
AGENT12:10pm
Yeah, so that would be the solar company with this specific program.
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
OK, what happen if I sell my house?
AGENT12:10pm
Yeah, good question. So let's say you plan to sell within the next year, whatever the case may be, uh, it's fully transferable. So you don't have to pay it off or anything like that. It just transfers onto the next homeowner and they take over the savings.
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
So they don't have to pay for the system?
AGENT12:10pm
Yeah, so, so what happens is, is the monthly bill that you're paying, right, the, the savings that you would be getting, they would
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
Uh-huh.
AGENT12:11pm
now be paying those savings. So they're not gonna be paying a more expensive power bill. They're just going to be paying a cheaper one. So it's kind
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
OK,
AGENT12:11pm
of like
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
let's say you
AGENT12:11pm
go ahead
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
OK. Let's say you install the system,
AGENT12:11pm
Yeah
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
OK? We are in the summer, it's not raining. Winter comes and it rains and it's rained because of the installation of the system. Who's
AGENT12:11pm
Uh-huh.
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
responsible to
AGENT12:11pm
So the solar company, so you don't have to worry about any of the maintenance simply because they will be helping take care of all that stuff with you, right? Like for example, if you need to clean them or anything like that. Um, the only thing you're responsible for is just paying a cheaper bill. That's it. So as long as you can get approved for it, we'd be able to break that down to you how that works. Uh, but as far as maintenance goes, you don't have to worry about anything of that.
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
OK, so what do you need from me now
AGENT12:11pm
So to qualify, we just need, I just need to ask you a couple quick questions. So like for example, you're the homeowner here on 9th Avenue, correct?
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
Yes
AGENT12:12pm
Awesome. Uh, as far as like the, the main qualification, the program is government endorsed, so they wanna make sure you have a standing credit score of above 660. Do you feel like you'd meet that?
HOMEOWNER12:12pm
No less
AGENT12:12pm
Gotcha.
HOMEOWNER12:12pm
quite nice, less
AGENT12:12pm
OK. No worries. I mean, as far as like qualifying goes, that would be a disqualifying factor. However, um, there is another way you can get approved where I don't know if you would happen to know anyone that does have above a 660, maybe like a family member, a friend that can help you, uh, with, with that as well.
HOMEOWNER12:12pm
OK
AGENT12:12pm
I'm not sure.
HOMEOWNER12:12pm
Mm.
AGENT12:12pm
Uh, do you feel like you have a family member that does have above a 660?
HOMEOWNER12:12pm
Yes
AGENT12:12pm
OK. I is it like a spouse? Is it like a
HOMEOWNER12:12pm
No, it's a sun
AGENT12:12pm
oh, a family member
HOMEOWNER12:12pm
my son
AGENT12:12pm
Oh, your son. Awesome. Yeah, not a problem. Yeah, he, he can help you as well to, for you guys to take advantage of the savings, right? So that's not an issue. Um, and then, of course, as far as like the, the sunlight exposure on the property? Is there any like trees covering it, anything like that, or is it kinda open?
HOMEOWNER12:13pm
Well, there is Swiss but the usually the solar company comes and does the a check, right? If you check, I put something
AGENT12:13pm
So, so what we do right is before anything, we make sure to check everything off for you, right? That way we save you guys some time. Um, but yeah, I mean, if, if you feel that there's minor trees, and it's not a big deal because we can, as long as it's not covering like the entire house, you're not a, that's not a problem. Um
HOMEOWNER12:13pm
No, it's not, it's not covering.
AGENT12:13pm
OK. Awesome, man. Uh, well, the next step for us, right, it's super simple. It's really just about finding a different day where we can have uh a consultant break this program down for you and your son. That way you guys can see a free savings report. Uh, typically it's on a different day. You have 30 minutes for them to come by. Um, if there was a time that you two are together, is that usually more of like a morning time or afternoon time, maybe even evening time.
HOMEOWNER12:13pm
Mm So we need, we would need to meet in the house, right?
AGENT12:14pm
So, yeah, so it's just a 30-minute in home consultation, um, basically, any day that you guys have 30 minutes of spare time, we'd be able to show you guys a free savings report and you know help you guys cut down on the bill.
HOMEOWNER12:14pm
OK. I would need to speak with my son and see
AGENT12:14pm
Uh-huh
HOMEOWNER12:14pm
when he's available.
AGENT12:14pm
Yeah
HOMEOWNER12:14pm
and call you back
AGENT12:14pm
Yeah, yeah, absolutely. Cause of course, right, he, he would need to be present, um, hip, does he stay on the property with you?
HOMEOWNER12:14pm
Mm, part time.
AGENT12:14pm
OK.
HOMEOWNER12:14pm
kind of all time
AGENT12:14pm
Uh OK. If you'd like, why don't I go ahead and do this. Go ahead and speak with your son. Um, just cause I know obviously he would need to be there present. Um,
HOMEOWNER12:14pm
OK
AGENT12:14pm
if there was a time that you had to say that you, that he is there together with you. Would that be even at like a 6 o'clock time or maybe even the 7 o'clock time.
HOMEOWNER12:14pm
Uh No, I'm not gonna be in the evening. It has to be can it be on a Saturday
AGENT12:15pm
Yeah, absolutely. We could, we work Saturdays from 9 to 6. So if a Saturday
HOMEOWNER12:15pm
OK
AGENT12:15pm
works for you, I can definitely pencil you guys in. Um, let's say Saturday if you had available would maybe like a 9 o'clock work for you guys?
HOMEOWNER12:15pm
No, it looks like more like between 1 and 2.
AGENT12:15pm
OK, perfect. Why don't I just play it safe for you guys? Why don't I go ahead and do this? Why don't I pencil you guys for let's say Saturday at 2. the only thing we would need present is the power bill. You, you've mentioned that you do that one online.
HOMEOWNER12:15pm
Yes, yeah
AGENT12:15pm
OK, awesome. So the only thing, right, I'm gonna do is I'm literally just gonna send you a text message after this calling, you know it's that. The only thing I ask of you is if you can give me a like or thumbs up on the message that way I know you received it.
HOMEOWNER12:15pm
OK.
AGENT12:15pm
Awesome. So I'll send it to you very shortly. You can expect it within the next 5 to 10 minutes. Awesome,
HOMEOWNER12:15pm
Fine.
AGENT12:15pm
man. All righty. Have yourself a great rest of the day.
HOMEOWNER12:15pm
Thank you,
AGENT12:15pm
Yes,
HOMEOWNER12:15pm
you
AGENT12:15pm
yes.
HOMEOWNER12:15pm
too

Hey, Jeffrey, how's it going? Is now, I, I called you earlier. It was just regarding the solar program. Um, is now a better time to talk?
HOMEOWNER07:21pm
Yeah,
AGENT07:21pm
I know,
HOMEOWNER07:21pm
go
AGENT07:21pm
yeah,
HOMEOWNER07:21pm
ahead and tell
AGENT07:21pm
awesome.
HOMEOWNER07:21pm
me what you got.
AGENT07:21pm
Awesome. So, um, yeah, I mean, I just wanted to touch base with you. I don't know exactly how far we did get into the conversation last time when it did come to the the program itself when it comes to your utility bill, are you paying over 120 when it comes to the electricity itself.
HOMEOWNER07:21pm
Oh yeah.
AGENT07:21pm
Yeah.
HOMEOWNER07:21pm
Oh yeah, yeah. Edison's very greedy.
AGENT07:21pm
Yeah, very, very greedy. So I don't know if you are aware, but they actually did get approved for another 15% rate increase for this year. So I mean the bill's only gonna go higher. The way that this program works, Jeffrey, is that once you and your property are able to get approved, you're able to get a solar system installed into your home without coming out of pocket. So there's no down payment, there's no loan taken out, and there's also no lien put on the property. It's really just designed to help you eliminate that current bill with Edison and just replace it with a solar bill that's cheaper and fixed that way you don't have to worry about those rate increases and you know exactly how much you're paying. Does that make
HOMEOWNER07:21pm
OK.
AGENT07:21pm
sense And our
HOMEOWNER07:21pm
Sure
AGENT07:21pm
homeowners, they're seeing anywhere from about 30 to 40% in savings, as long as you are able to qualify, of course, and my job is very simple. It's really just to see if you would be a good fit for the program. and if you are, um, then that's when we would go ahead and just set up at a later time for somebody to go out and break down that program for you.
HOMEOWNER07:22pm
OK
AGENT07:22pm
So as far as the the home on 321 Copadeo Drive. Are you the homeowner on taro
HOMEOWNER07:22pm
Yeah
AGENT07:22pm
And is there anybody else on Tidal with you, maybe like a spouse or family member?
HOMEOWNER07:22pm
I would think so. Like my wife.
AGENT07:22pm
And is your wife? OK, awesome. And then as far as the roof itself, do you have any like leaks or damages or anything like that?
HOMEOWNER07:22pm
I just replaced all the under underlayment no, it's, it's a new roof basically.
AGENT07:22pm
Perfect
HOMEOWNER07:22pm
So it's a tile
AGENT07:22pm
Oh
HOMEOWNER07:22pm
roof.
AGENT07:22pm
perfect. That's awesome. And then as far as your property, do you have any like, um, how do I say, trees that are blocking your roof from getting any type of sunlight.
HOMEOWNER07:23pm
No
AGENT07:23pm
OK, awesome. And then, so this is a government endorsed program and they do require that you have a credit score of at least 680 or higher? Would you say that you do meet that requirement?
HOMEOWNER07:23pm
I'm sure I do
AGENT07:23pm
Awesome. And then just to clarify, you currently don't have any solar system installed into your home, correct?
HOMEOWNER07:23pm
That's correct
AGENT07:23pm
Awesome. So it definitely does sound like you could be a good fit for the program, Jeffrey. The next step, it's very simple. It's really to set you up for a 30 minute in home consultation so somebody can go out, break down the program for you, answer any questions you might have and then just ultimately tell you how much you would really be saving on a monthly basis? Are
HOMEOWNER07:23pm
Mhm
AGENT07:23pm
you usually available like in the mornings or in the afternoons?
HOMEOWNER07:23pm
I'm about 80 miles away on a regular basis, so my time is very limited there in Brea.
AGENT07:23pm
Mhm.
HOMEOWNER07:23pm
So we'd have to
AGENT07:23pm
Where where do you
HOMEOWNER07:23pm
so
AGENT07:23pm
usually,
HOMEOWNER07:23pm
we
AGENT07:23pm
oh what?
HOMEOWNER07:23pm
so we definitely have to set an appointment.
AGENT07:23pm
Yeah, yeah. So as far as that, do you know roughly how your schedule is looking maybe for like the next couple of days or maybe sometime next week.
HOMEOWNER07:24pm
Um, how about over the weekend?
AGENT07:24pm
Over the weekend, I do have some availability on Saturday and Sunday. Would you be more available like in the morning we do work up until 3 p.m.
HOMEOWNER07:24pm
Mm. probably like 3 p.m. on Saturday, on Sunday, 3 p.m.
AGENT07:24pm
3
HOMEOWNER07:24pm
on Sunday would
AGENT07:24pm
OK, let me see. Let me just, give me just one quick second, OK? And you said 3 p.m. on Sunday, correct?
HOMEOWNER07:24pm
that's correct What's the name of the company
AGENT07:24pm
Um, the company that I would be going out to would be Paxton Energy.
HOMEOWNER07:24pm
OK.
AGENT07:24pm
OK OK So let me see here. OK, so I should have some time for 3 p.m. on Sunday?
HOMEOWNER07:25pm
OK
AGENT07:25pm
Um, so I'll go ahead and put you down for that. Um, as far as your utility bill, do you receive that online or do you get it in the mail?
HOMEOWNER07:25pm
Mm, you know, I don't pay it, the wife does. I'm not
AGENT07:25pm
Your wife
HOMEOWNER07:25pm
sure.
AGENT07:25pm
pays it
HOMEOWNER07:25pm
Yeah.
AGENT07:25pm
Awesome. So, I mean, I'm sure you, I mean, you'll be able to figure out if it's if you get it online or in the mail after this call, what I'm gonna go ahead and do is I'm gonna just send you a quick text. It's just gonna go ahead and confirm all the details for you on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. If you can go ahead and just give me like a like or a thumbs up just to confirm it and just to know, so I know you received it. And then
HOMEOWNER07:25pm
OK.
AGENT07:25pm
at your earliest convenience, if you can go ahead and just send me a picture of the 3rd page of your utility bill itself, um,
HOMEOWNER07:25pm
Mhm.
AGENT07:25pm
it's just gonna be a bar graph. It's gonna break down your energy usage, um, for the past year, and
HOMEOWNER07:25pm
Right
AGENT07:25pm
that way we can go ahead and just start um creating that energy savings report for you and just ultimately save you some time on that consultation.
HOMEOWNER07:25pm
OK, very good
AGENT07:25pm
Awesome. So, and then I do just wanna clarify that this is a program that is first come, first served, and since you're gonna be able to take that time slot, it means another homeowner won't be able to take advantage. I do just wanna make sure that 30 p.m. would be perfect for you.
HOMEOWNER07:26pm
Yeah, I'll make
AGENT07:26pm
Yeah,
HOMEOWNER07:26pm
sure I'm there
AGENT07:26pm
awesome
HOMEOWNER07:26pm
OK
AGENT07:26pm
and then as far as that, I know you said your wife is on Tidal with you? Would she be present for that as well?
HOMEOWNER07:26pm
Mm, probably
AGENT07:26pm
Yeah, OK, awesome. Awesome, so I'll go ahead and send you that text over right now and then we'll go ahead and see you on Sunday all right Jeffrey?
HOMEOWNER07:26pm
OK, thank you.
AGENT07:26pm
Awesome,
HOMEOWNER07:26pm
Appreciate
AGENT07:26pm
yeah,
HOMEOWNER07:26pm
it.
AGENT07:26pm
have a good one
HOMEOWNER07:26pm
Bye-bye.
AGENT07:26pm
bye

HOMEOWNER03:28pm
That you only get to torture me.
AGENT03:28pm
OK, got you, Linda. Well, no problem. I can definitely set this up then for you for Wednesday at 5 and just to confirm the correct address too, it's the 12114 Ron Avenue in Granada Hills, correct?
HOMEOWNER03:28pm
Correct. What's the name of your company?
AGENT03:28pm
Yeah, so I'm reaching out from Local Energy Partners, and I can send you all the information via text message just to confirm everything as well, OK?
HOMEOWNER03:28pm
So, the name of your company is Local Energy Partners.
AGENT03:29pm
Correct. Yes. So what we send
HOMEOWNER03:29pm
OK.
AGENT03:29pm
out is we send out a consultant and I can send you the consultant's name along with the installers that we do work with so you know who will be going to your property as well.
···
HOMEOWNER03:25pm
Hello.
AGENT03:25pm
Hi, Linda
HOMEOWNER03:25pm
Yes
AGENT03:25pm
Hey, Linda. This is Josh. I was calling because you spoke with someone on my team regarding the new energy program on Friday. Do you recall that by any chance? OK. That's why I was just uh reaching out to you, Linda. I believe when you were speaking, uh with my energy consultant, other advising you if you're paying above $100 for your energy. Is that correct?
HOMEOWNER03:25pm
Of course
AGENT03:25pm
Gotcha. And then they talked to you about the rate increases with LADWP and what's going on there?
HOMEOWNER03:26pm
Are you confirming the appointment because you're gonna go through all this if you're coming. So I don't wanna hear it more than once.
AGENT03:26pm
Got you. Yeah, so I was just calling to see if you're a good fit for these new programs, Linda do you mind if I ask you a few questions then?
HOMEOWNER03:26pm
Well, it depends on how few, yes, I pay over 100. I can't imagine a person that doesn't
AGENT03:26pm
Gotcha.
HOMEOWNER03:26pm
I've already,
AGENT03:26pm
OK
HOMEOWNER03:26pm
uh, seen two people. Uh, they both seem to think I qualify,
AGENT03:26pm
Mhm
HOMEOWNER03:26pm
and I'm just getting a third opinion to see which will
AGENT03:26pm
Oh,
HOMEOWNER03:26pm
offer the best deal.
AGENT03:26pm
Gotcha. So you already had consultations before in the past, I'm guessing, correct?
HOMEOWNER03:26pm
I, I have
AGENT03:26pm
OK. Gotcha. Well, I can go straight to it then. I mean, we can definitely help you get that 3 quote coming in if that's what you're looking to do is compare and contrast. Is there a
HOMEOWNER03:26pm
Yup
AGENT03:26pm
specific like time and date that works best for you, like do mornings or afternoons work best?
HOMEOWNER03:26pm
We have an appointment. Do you not know that?
AGENT03:26pm
Um, so that might be with a different company then cause I'm reaching out from Local Energy Partners. Did you set one up with us or was it a different company?
HOMEOWNER03:26pm
OK, I've had seen two and I've talked
AGENT03:27pm
Mhm.
HOMEOWNER03:27pm
to, I talked to somebody at my door, uh, last week. Were you
AGENT03:27pm
Got
HOMEOWNER03:27pm
not
AGENT03:27pm
you.
HOMEOWNER03:27pm
at my door?
AGENT03:27pm
No, we, we don't send consultants out to doors, so that's probably a different
HOMEOWNER03:27pm
OK
AGENT03:27pm
company, more than likely. So I would
HOMEOWNER03:27pm
I
AGENT03:27pm
recommend
HOMEOWNER03:27pm
talked to one of your people.
AGENT03:27pm
yeah, yeah, so you did speak to someone over the phone, but no one went to you on the doors, uh, over the phone, they advised that I'll be calling you. So we try to reach out on Friday, but we didn't connect, so now we're reaching out today. So that's why I was just
HOMEOWNER03:27pm
OK.
AGENT03:27pm
giving you a call to see if you have a time and date that works best for you.
HOMEOWNER03:27pm
OK. Uh, Wednesday at 5.
AGENT03:27pm
Wednesday at 5, just let me double check here and make sure once you have 5. Uh, when 5 o'clock, yeah, I can definitely do Wednesday at 5 o'clock then. I can do that, no problem. And then for uh the utility bill, I'm guessing you get that online or in the mail, correct?
HOMEOWNER03:27pm
Uh yes
AGENT03:27pm
Got you. OK, perfect then. So, kinda of like last time or like how you've done with other companies as well. Just make sure you have your utility
HOMEOWNER03:28pm
Um
AGENT03:28pm
bill present, Linda, cause that's what they're gonna use to draft up the savings report for you, OK?
HOMEOWNER03:28pm
yeah
AGENT03:28pm
Awesome then, Linda, perfect. And then just to confirm, no leaks or damages on the roof, nothing like that?
HOMEOWNER03:28pm
no
AGENT03:28pm
No big trees blocking the roof at all, like no shading on it at all?
HOMEOWNER03:28pm
nope.
AGENT03:28pm
No,
HOMEOWNER03:28pm
I
AGENT03:28pm
OK
HOMEOWNER03:28pm
cut down the stage. I chose the toilet for the rows on the roof.
AGENT03:28pm
Gotcha. Perfect. And I'm guessing your credit score is in good standing condition, well above 660.
HOMEOWNER03:28pm
Oh my God, yes
AGENT03:28pm
OK, perfect then. Awesome then, Linda. And then is there anyone else that'll be joining you for the consultation, spouse, family member, anyone along those lines?
HOMEOWNER03:29pm
OK
AGENT03:29pm
Awesome then when the, perfect. So I'll send you that text message shortly then in the meantime, just go ahead and give me a like and a thumbs up on it just to let us know that you've received it, OK? Awesome then, Linda. So you're all set for Wednesday at 5 and we look forward to meeting you then.
