Listen forNot a preference — disbelief. “I don't see how I can get solar power without having to purchase it,” then “I don't know how it's possible,” twice. She isn't rejecting the model, she doesn't believe it exists. ⚠ The agent's explanation invokes taxpayer funding — see compliance notes.

HOMEOWNER12:04pm
About as much as you said, and nothing more.
AGENT12:04pm
Nothing more. OK. Well, that's why I was giving you a call, Mrs. Lazor cause our job is just to go ahead and explain it to you, see if you're a good fit for the program and then if you are we just select a better time and day to go over all those details with you and answer any questions you may have, OK?
HOMEOWNER12:04pm
Um I don't see how I can get solar power without having to purchase it.
AGENT12:04pm
Yeah, no, that's a really good uh observation there. And I can definitely explain how. So how you're able to get it is because these are government-funded programs. So it's just as long as yourself and your property are able to qualify for it. That's how you're able to get the system installed and the only thing you take on is a cheaper energy bill. So to give you an example, Mrs. Lazar, if you're paying, let's just say $200 towards your energy company now. As long as your property qualifies, you get the system installed and then now you just pay a cheaper energy bill and that energy bill is locked in and fixed. So instead of paying $200 to your energy company, you can now pay a low bill of anywhere between like 80 to 120. Just really depends. So let's just say we lock you in at 100. Now you're paying a nice fixed bill of $100. Does that kinda make sense?
HOMEOWNER12:05pm
Mm I know what you're saying.
AGENT12:05pm
Mhm.
HOMEOWNER12:05pm
I don't know how it's possible.
AGENT12:05pm
OK. Uh, I could break it down a little bit more then. So how it's possible is cause these programs are funded through taxpayer dollars. So your taxpaying dollars are mine, people who live in apartments, trailers, everyone's taxpaying dollars now. A portion of that is being funneled into these programs. So what the government's doing is they're allowing homeowners like yourself to see if your property is able to qualify cause as long as it does, that's how you're able to get the system installed because it's already paid for through taxpaying dollars. Now the only thing you pay for is the energy that you use. So it's exactly like how you're doing right now with California Edison, except you eliminate that bill and you just pay a cheaper bill now. That's all. That kind of cleared up a little bit more, Mrs. Lazar.
HOMEOWNER12:06pm
Well, you'll have to install

AGENT12:02pm
Hello, Claire
HOMEOWNER12:02pm
Who are you calling for
AGENT12:02pm
Claire, is this Claire
HOMEOWNER12:03pm
No, what is this about, please?
AGENT12:03pm
Yeah, um, well, uh, are you clear or no? This is for Claire.
HOMEOWNER12:03pm
Claire is my husband.
AGENT12:03pm
Oh, OK. I, I was reaching out because uh I'm not sure if we spoke to you or Claire. It was about helping you lower your current energy bill.
HOMEOWNER12:03pm
Does this involve purchasing uh solar power.
AGENT12:03pm
No. So it is in regards to solar, but you no longer need to purchase it. It's just as long as the property is able to qualify. So that's I believe what my team member was speaking to Claire about.
HOMEOWNER12:03pm
I am the person that was spoken to. My husband,
AGENT12:03pm
OK.
HOMEOWNER12:03pm
Claire has aphasia. He cannot speak.
AGENT12:03pm
OK. Got you then. Uh, so we're speaking to you, uh, are you Mrs. Lazor?
HOMEOWNER12:03pm
I'm Mrs. Lazura, yes.
AGENT12:03pm
Mrs. Lazarre. OK, Mrs. Azor. Well, that's what my team member was talking to you about yesterday then I believe they called towards a little bit towards the end of the day, like around 6 o'clock. They, they were just talking about how we're able to help homeowners lower their bill without you paying for the solar anymore, so you just simply take on a cheaper energy bill and that's it. Did they talk to you a little bit about that?
HOMEOWNER12:04pm
About as much as you said, and nothing more.
AGENT12:04pm
Nothing more. OK. Well, that's why I was giving you a call, Mrs. Lazor cause our job is just to go ahead and explain it to you, see if you're a good fit for the program and then if you are we just select a better time and day to go over all those details with you and answer any questions you may have, OK?

HOMEOWNER12:05pm
Mm I know what you're saying.
AGENT12:05pm
Mhm.
HOMEOWNER12:05pm
I don't know how it's possible.
AGENT12:05pm
OK. Uh, I could break it down a little bit more then. So how it's possible is cause these programs are funded through taxpayer dollars. So your taxpaying dollars are mine, people who live in apartments, trailers, everyone's taxpaying dollars now. A portion of that is being funneled into these programs. That's all. That kind of cleared up a little bit more, Mrs. Lazar.
HOMEOWNER12:06pm
Well, you'll have to install
AGENT12:06pm
Uh-huh
HOMEOWNER12:06pm
energy panels.
AGENT12:06pm
correct. Yeah So the
HOMEOWNER12:06pm
and who pays for that?
AGENT12:06pm
yeah, the program does. So there's no loan you need to take out, no down payment, nothing for the installation costs and no lien on the property. It's as long as you and your property qualify, that's how you're able to get it. So, not everyone could qualify because sometimes it prevents them from moving forward, whether it be them or their property, right? If you have a bad roof, a bad main panel unit, anything that could go wrong. The slightest thing could disqualify you from the program. So that's why I was reaching out today just to see if you're a good fit and then if you are, that's when we send someone out to you to talk to you a little bit more about it and show you a full breakdown. That kind of make a little bit more sense, Mr.
HOMEOWNER12:07pm
Yeah,
AGENT12:07pm
Lazar.
HOMEOWNER12:07pm
except that this is really bad timing and my husband's in the hospital
AGENT12:07pm
Oh,
HOMEOWNER12:07pm
and I'm
AGENT12:07pm
OK. I'm
HOMEOWNER12:07pm
have
AGENT12:07pm
so sorry
HOMEOWNER12:07pm
to go
AGENT12:07pm
to.
HOMEOWNER12:07pm
see him, um,
AGENT12:07pm
Mhm.
HOMEOWNER12:07pm
uh, how long is the program available?
AGENT12:07pm
Well, that's the thing. We don't know how long this program's gonna stick around because since it's government endorsed they can pull funding on it at any time, so it could be here for a year. It could be here up until next week. It can be here up until tomorrow. Well, usually
HOMEOWNER12:07pm
And it's the funding runs out, then am I liable for the balance?
AGENT12:07pm
uh, yeah, so correct. So once you get it installed, the only thing you're paying for is the energy that you use. So you're not paying for the installation or anything like that. So once it's on top of your house, you're fine. You don't have to worry about anything except making your energy bill payment just like how you do right now with your utility company, the same exact
HOMEOWNER12:07pm
OK.
AGENT12:07pm
thing.
HOMEOWNER12:07pm
Can we get on with the necessary qualifications. I
AGENT12:07pm
Sure
HOMEOWNER12:07pm
only have a few minutes.
AGENT12:07pm
Of course, yeah, I'll be really quick for you. So, for your property, do you have any big trees, tall buildings that provide shade over
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
No
AGENT12:08pm
your roof? No? OK.
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
no
AGENT12:08pm
And then roof condition, any major leaks, damages that you're aware of, anything like that?
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
No, but it is asphalt shingle, and it
AGENT12:08pm
OK.
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
is about time that I have to replace the asphalt shingles again.
AGENT12:08pm
Gotcha. So I'm
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
But
AGENT12:08pm
guessing,
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
so far there's
AGENT12:08pm
uh-huh.
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
no leaks.
AGENT12:08pm
no leaks, no damage, but it's probably close in need of replacement. So I'm guessing it's around 15 to 20 years old around that range.
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
Yeah.
AGENT12:08pm
Yeah, OK
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
that sounds about right
AGENT12:08pm
Gotcha. Well, just to let you know, we don't even come close to a roof that's not structurally strong enough to sustain the system so that if that is the case, that is something that the energy consultant can actually talk to you about during the consultation as well. OK, Mrs. Lazar?
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
OK
AGENT12:08pm
OK. And I'm guessing for the property here, it's you and your husband that are untitled, both of you guys?
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
Well, yes, he's normally here, but he's in the hospital right now,
AGENT12:08pm
Got you.
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
and
AGENT12:08pm
No, it's
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
my
AGENT12:08pm
OK
HOMEOWNER12:08pm
son also lives with us.
AGENT12:08pm
OK, no worries. And the only reason why I ask if it's you and your husband on Tidal just because uh if there is more than one person that is on the title of the home, we'll look for both of you guys to be there, so that shouldn't be an issue at all.
HOMEOWNER12:09pm
I have his power of attorney.
AGENT12:09pm
OK, no problem then, Mrs. Lazarre. And lastly, of course, for the program since like how I mentioned it is government indoors. Homeowners just need to have a good standing credit score of at least 660 or higher, so I'm guessing you're all good there as well, correct?
HOMEOWNER12:09pm
I am not certain about that. I'd be on the edge.
AGENT12:09pm
On the edge.
HOMEOWNER12:09pm
I
AGENT12:09pm
OK
HOMEOWNER12:09pm
just had to take out a mortgage on the home. so that might have lowered the credit rating a little.
AGENT12:09pm
Gotcha. No worries. I mean, if you did have to do that, were you, uh, did you have to like do any bankruptcies or foreclosures in the past 7 years, anything like that or no?
HOMEOWNER12:09pm
No, no,
AGENT12:09pm
No.
HOMEOWNER12:09pm
no.
AGENT12:09pm
OK. Gotcha. And then, if you did take out a mortgage, that shouldn't be an issue just as long as you're making all your payments on time. So like if for your mortgage or whether it be a credit card payment, all that stuff, as long as you're doing all that on time, you should be well above 660 or at least for sure above like around 680, 700 around there. So everything's good there,
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
Mm
AGENT12:10pm
correct?
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
As far as I know
AGENT12:10pm
OK, perfect, Mrs. Lazarre. So the next step, like I mentioned, it's really simple. It's just selecting that better time and date where the consultant can actually stop by. They talked to you for 30 minutes, so it's a 30 minute assessment. They just show you how much you can save, answer your questions, and then see if your property can qualify. Uh, I know right now currently your husband is in the hospital. So, uh, if there's a time and date that works best? Is this like a morning or afternoon work better for you?
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
Afternoon and it would uh make it as far out as, as practical because I'm not
AGENT12:10pm
Mhm.
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
sure when he'll be coming home.
AGENT12:10pm
Gotcha. And I'm, guessing your husband will wanna be there for the consultation as well, correct?
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
Uh, he could care less.
AGENT12:10pm
OK.
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
He had a he had a stroke and I do
AGENT12:10pm
Oh,
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
everything.
AGENT12:10pm
OK. I'm so sorry to hear that. I really hope everything is OK with your husband. Um, if you like, I, I know you're going back and forth between, you know, your home and the hospital. Uh, I can check in with you sometime next week just because I know the, they're gonna be there up until next week, Friday. So I can keep checking in with you if you like, we can set up like a tentative time for next week Thursday in the afternoon.
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
Uh, that is too soon. It would have to be at least a week longer than
AGENT12:11pm
OK.
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
that.
AGENT12:11pm
No problem, Mrs. Lazar. Let me just check here. I wanna make sure that they're gonna be there for you before I said anything. So give me one quick second as I check the calendar and then I'll let you go here. So, uh, let's see, next week, that's the 17th, and then the following week would be the 24th. So I can shoot for 2 weeks for the 24th. Uh, I do see that there'll
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
What
AGENT12:11pm
be
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
day of the week is that?
AGENT12:11pm
uh, that would be a Friday, so the end of the week, the end of the week
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
That
AGENT12:11pm
of
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
would
AGENT12:11pm
June.
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
be, that would be a relatively good time.
AGENT12:11pm
Good time. Perfect. So, and I know you mentioned afternoon time works. Were you looking after 3 o'clock, 4 o'clock, 5 o'clock?
HOMEOWNER12:12pm
After 4.
AGENT12:12pm
After 4. OK. So I can set you up for 2 weeks from now, which would be Friday the 24th at 5 p.m. So what I'm gonna do, Mrs. Azora, I can send you a, uh, text message just letting you know you're all set and then what I can do as well just to make sure that that time worked out just because it is 2 weeks away. I can definitely go ahead and give you a call that same week, like on Monday or Tuesday, just to make sure that that time still works for you, OK?
HOMEOWNER12:12pm
Yes, I would appreciate that.
AGENT12:12pm
Perfect, Mrs. Lazarre. So
HOMEOWNER12:12pm
Mm
AGENT12:12pm
let me go ahead and do that for you. In the meantime, if you have your latest utility bill, do you typically get that online or in the mail?
HOMEOWNER12:12pm
online
AGENT12:12pm
Online, OK. Cause when I send the text message over to you, what can also save you some time as well if, if you're able to take a, a screenshot or a picture of page 3. It has a bar graph. If you're sending that over to us via text message, we can actually get started on the savings report for you early so that when they do meet with you, it would be even less time, OK?
HOMEOWNER12:13pm
Well, I'm currently in a payment arrangement
AGENT12:13pm
Mhm.
HOMEOWNER12:13pm
with Edison.
AGENT12:13pm
OK, that's fine
HOMEOWNER12:13pm
So, uh, the amount I'm paying
AGENT12:13pm
Mhm
HOMEOWNER12:13pm
is not reflecting a normal bill
AGENT12:13pm
No, it's OK. That's why we're asking for page 3 because on page 3, it has a bar graph. That bar graph shows your energy usage for the year. So even if you're on a payment plan, that bar graph shows us how much energy you're using on a monthly basis, and that's how we can calculate how much energy you're using for the entire year. OK, Mrs. Lazar?
HOMEOWNER12:13pm
OK. Now, does this system that you have have a storage generator.
AGENT12:13pm
Yes, correct. They have, uh, what they're called battery packs, yes.
HOMEOWNER12:13pm
Yeah, OK. All right.
AGENT12:13pm
Perfect. Awesome then, Mrs. Laura. I'll send
HOMEOWNER12:13pm
Um
AGENT12:13pm
you a text message shortly then, uh, for you being set up the 24th at 5. whenever you have some time, I know you're pretty busy right now going back and forth, but if you could please send that utility page over with the bar graph. That would be great. And then I can check in with you that same week to make sure everything's good, OK?
HOMEOWNER12:14pm
and what is the name of your company
AGENT12:14pm
Yeah.
HOMEOWNER12:14pm
again?
AGENT12:14pm
Uh, I'm with Local Energy Partners, so what I can do as well, I'll send a link over to you regarding the company and the installers that we use, just so that you can get familiar with them as well, OK?
HOMEOWNER12:14pm
Thank you, I would appreciate that.
AGENT12:14pm
No problem, Mrs. Zora. And again, I hope everything is OK with your husband and everything works out. And I'll be texting you shortly, OK?
HOMEOWNER12:14pm
All right, thank
AGENT12:14pm
No
HOMEOWNER12:14pm
you
AGENT12:14pm
problem. Bye-bye

huh?
HOMEOWNER2:46
I, I'd prefer to purchase them

OK

and own the panels.
AGENT2:50
Yeah. Yeah, that's a great

HOMEOWNER02:02pm
Mhm. OK

Mhm, got you. And I know you mentioned uh as far as your availability was that better like more in the mornings or afternoons?

AGENT01:59pm
Hi Steve,
HOMEOWNER01:59pm
Yes
AGENT0:15
hi, how's it going, Steve? Uh, my name is Brian. Uh, I was reaching out. I believe you had just gotten off the phone with a team member of mine. It was about the new energy program. How's
HOMEOWNER01:59pm
Yup
AGENT0:16
your day going?
HOMEOWNER0:17
Uh, pretty good
AGENT0:25
Pretty OK, awesome, man. I, I was just reaching out I know when they had spoken with you, they advised you about the rate increases that were going on this year and
HOMEOWNER3:07
Mhm
AGENT0:28
you would have mentioned you guys are paying above 100 on your power. Uh, was
HOMEOWNER0:15
No,
AGENT0:15
that
HOMEOWNER0:15
we
AGENT2:23
correct?
HOMEOWNER0:30
pay, uh, we pay on under 100.
AGENT0:31
Oh, you guys see
HOMEOWNER0:44
Well,
AGENT0:30
under 100,
HOMEOWNER02:00pm
let's say,
AGENT3:07
got you.
HOMEOWNER0:35
I'll say we average 100
AGENT02:00pm
A. OK, got you.
HOMEOWNER1:39
yeah
AGENT0:44
Well, the reason we were just calling is because there are new government endorsed solar programs that are just helping homeowners cut down on their power bill, without
HOMEOWNER3:07
Mhm
AGENT0:48
needing to come out of pocket anymore to get that solar installed. right
HOMEOWNER1:39
Yeah
AGENT0:52
but the key thing was really just to see if you guys can qualify. you know, does that
HOMEOWNER02:00pm
yep
AGENT0:53
make sense, Steve?
HOMEOWNER02:00pm
yep,
AGENT1:00
Got you. And these programs, they are new and completely different, so it doesn't require you to take out like a huge loan or a down payment. It's just designed to help you eliminate your current bill just for a more cheaper and fixed solar bill. As long
HOMEOWNER02:00pm
Uh-huh
AGENT1:06
as you can get approved.
HOMEOWNER0:48
Right
AGENT1:20
Gotcha. And my job, it was really simple. It's really just to verify those few little details. It's just to see if you could be a good fit because not all homeowners are, but if you are, then that's when we could just find a better time and date to actually go over all the details with you, you know, does that sound good?
HOMEOWNER02:00pm
Um, yup
AGENT1:27
OK, awesome, Steve. I just wanted to confirm you were the the homeowner here on the 19432 Salmon Lane,
HOMEOWNER02:01pm
Yes.
AGENT02:01pm
correct? You,
HOMEOWNER02:01pm
Yup
AGENT1:33
OK, awesome. And was there anyone else on the title there with you, like maybe a spouse or a family member? There was? OK. And would that happen to be your spouse?
HOMEOWNER1:39
Uh, yeah, it's uh Gail Capone.
AGENT1:47
OK. Gotcha. Perfect. And and as far as your property here Steve, do you know there's any like trees on it that created shading over the roof.
HOMEOWNER02:01pm
No, no, nothing
AGENT1:54
A no trees. OK, perfect. And as far as your condition of your roof, have you received any like leaks on it or any damages?
HOMEOWNER0:15
No,
AGENT0:15
No
HOMEOWNER02:01pm
no, it's
AGENT1:54
damage?
HOMEOWNER2:00
all good. It's a fifty-year roof that was done 15 years ago.
AGENT2:02
OK. Gotcha. So you haven't experienced anything like that? Got
HOMEOWNER0:15
no,
AGENT02:01pm
it perfect.
HOMEOWNER2:06
no, the roof is good for another 2030 years.
AGENT2:16
Perfect. Love to hear that. OK, awesome, Steven. This is the program, it is government endorsed. The main qualification is just to have a standing credit score above 670. You feel like you
HOMEOWNER0:31
Oh
AGENT02:01pm
meet
HOMEOWNER1:39
yeah,
AGENT0:15
that?
HOMEOWNER02:01pm
that's easy.
AGENT0:25
man
HOMEOWNER02:01pm
Yeah, oh yeah.
AGENT2:23
Awesome, Awesome. I, I know it's a silly question, but there's no existing solar in the property there, correct?
HOMEOWNER02:01pm
No, there isn't
AGENT2:38
No, OK. Well, Steve it definitely does seem like you guys could be a good fit. The next step was really just finding that better time and date to have the consultant sit down with you guys. That way he can just go ahead, break down the program for you, answer any questions you guys have and then see if you guys can get approved,
HOMEOWNER0:25
Now,
AGENT02:02pm
right when
HOMEOWNER2:44
what's the difference between that? like I told the other guy, um, you know, I started looking in with, but it, it was something
AGENT02:02pm

AGENT3:15
More in the afternoons, OK. And when you say afternoons, is that more like after 3, maybe after 4?
HOMEOWNER02:02pm
Yeah, 4 o'clock
AGENT3:26
After 4, OK. Gotcha. Because I'm looking here we do have availability on Wednesday at 5 p.m. It's a 5 p.m. work for both you and your wife?
HOMEOWNER3:28
That's this Wednesday
AGENT2:23
Correct
HOMEOWNER3:32
Uh, no, actually that wouldn't be good, um,
AGENT02:03pm
That's mhm
HOMEOWNER3:34
how about the following week maybe?
AGENT3:45
The following, I'm looking here it's because I don't, I'm not too sure if our consultants are out there in the area for next week. Do you happen to have some availability maybe like on Thursday or Friday?
HOMEOWNER02:03pm
Uh, Friday
AGENT3:49
You do have Friday? OK.
HOMEOWNER3:07
Mhm.
AGENT3:51
And was that 5 p.m. a good time for both you and your wife?
HOMEOWNER3:54
Uh, it could be, uh, you could do earlier.
AGENT3:56
00, a little early, OK? So
HOMEOWNER02:03pm
Yup
AGENT4:01
what, let me check here. I'm looking here, we do have a 3 o'clock. Is the 3 o'clock good?
HOMEOWNER4:04
Could you do 3:34?
AGENT4:08
3:34. I, I, yeah, I do see a 4 o'clock.
HOMEOWNER0:25
OK,
AGENT0:25
OK,
HOMEOWNER4:09
that'd be better
AGENT4:13
awesome, Steve. Well, I'll put you guys down for this Friday at 4 p.m. Uh, just one last
HOMEOWNER0:25
OK.
AGENT4:17
thing, do you guys get your utility bill in the mail or was that received online?
HOMEOWNER4:19
Uh, no, we get it in the mail
AGENT4:24
In the mail, OK, cause I'm just gonna send you a little text right now just letting you know it's set for that Friday. If what you can do whenever you have the chance, if you could just take a picture of page 3 of the power bill. Uh, we just need the bar graph because
HOMEOWNER02:04pm
yep
AGENT4:33
that's what we use to determine your annual usage and create that savings
HOMEOWNER02:04pm
Oh, OK,
AGENT3:26
work.
HOMEOWNER02:04pm
yup, yup.
AGENT0:25
OK,
HOMEOWNER0:25
OK.
AGENT4:39
awesome, man. Well, I, I always just like to confirm because we work as a first come, first served. Since you're taking
HOMEOWNER3:07
Mhm.
AGENT4:43
that time, another homeowner can't take advantage of it. I just want to make sure it's the best time for you guys.
HOMEOWNER02:04pm
Yup.
AGENT4:51
OK, awesome then Steve, I'll send you that text right now if you could just give me a like a like or a thumbs up on it just to let me know you received it in the meantime, that would be great.
HOMEOWNER4:53
OK. OK. Yeah, no problem
AGENT4:56
OK, awesome, Steve. Well, it was a pleasure speaking and we look forward to seeing you this Friday.
HOMEOWNER02:04pm
OK. Bye-bye.

Alrighty bye bye

AGENT3:32
it's uh sort of a kind of a lease, but it's, it's just like way different than the lease itself, cause you're not paying for two things. You're not paying for the least and the bill. No, we're just letting you pay for one thing, which is the bill itself. So we're just swapping the electric bill that you're paying right now for your electric company to a cheaper solar bill, and you're not paying at least every month for the solar. Does that make sense
HOMEOWNER3:34
But which company is this? Which solar company is this?
AGENT3:35
Does solar what? Sorry?
HOMEOWNER11:45am
Hello?
AGENT3:41
Yes, I can hear you. You said something. I couldn't hear that.
HOMEOWNER3:44

HOMEOWNER3:49
No, no, which solar company?
AGENT2:30
Oh yeah,
HOMEOWNER3:51
What's the name of the company?
AGENT5:13
so, uh, my company is Local Energy Partners, and we work with multiple solar companies, not just one, and it actually just depends, like, which solar company that you're gonna be with, it depends on your area and a lot of things your household, your roof. So we just connect you with the best solar company that's gonna provide you with the best quality of solar based off your environment, like where your party is based on your area too, which is we're picking the closest solar company to you, OK? And these are a lot of things, so this is something that I, I couldn't really tell right now over the call, but this is something that my expert, which is uh my local energy consultant can actually go over with you. You could just tell you the details of the program from A to Z, Answer any questions that you might have, um, get you the estimate of how much exactly you're gonna be seeing out of savings. and get you the exact solar company that you're gonna be with, right? But before I get to pass you to him. I just wanted to make sure that you could be a great fit for this program. Like before anything happens, right? So, based off the questions that I asked you about um earlier, like, the ownership, um, your electric bill, if it's over 120. If there's any trees that are blocking the sunlight, um, if the roof is in a good space and all of that, would you think that you maintain those qualifications?
HOMEOWNER5:16
Oh yes, yes, all that is good.

Hello
AGENT11:41am
Heyva
HOMEOWNER0:43
Yeah
AGENT0:41
Hi, how's it going? This is Martha. I hope I didn't catch you at a bad time. It's just that we have, we had talked about last week It was regarding um a notice that was sent to you. It was regarding changes to the structure of your electric bill. And then I told you if you guys are paying over $120 a month for electricity on a monthly basis. There's this uh government endorsed program that you might qualify for that could help you reduce your bills by up to 40%. And then you ask me to call you back at a different timing, but when I did, it just seemed to me that you weren't able to get to the phone, so, are you available by now?
HOMEOWNER0:43
Yeah, please tell me
AGENT1:12
OK. Well, again, so, uh, basically, so by the time we talked, uh, I told you that there's this government endorsed program that can help you reduce your electric billing by up to 40%, and not only that, but it helps you avoid being affected by the sort of rate increases that could happen by the near future. And that of my only job is just to make sure if you could be a great fit for this program. You mind if I ask you like 4 or 5 questions just to see if uh you and your household could, could get approved for this program.
HOMEOWNER1:17
You tell me what is required for approval then I can give any answers.
AGENT1:22
Right, so what is required for the program? Like, what is required from you?
HOMEOWNER1:27
No, no, no. What are the qualification for the program, then I can answer any questions.
AGENT2:02
Right, so the qualifications is uh first you have to be paying over $120 a month on an average basis and you have to maintain a decent credit score of 660 or more, since it's a government endorsed program. Uh, we also need to maintain um uh, like there's no trees that could be blocking the sunlight from the roof. And also you need to maintain a steady roof. By that means that there's um no leakings, no holes, no damages, nothing. And you have to be owning the property that's in um 175,130 La Bonita Way. So what do you think
HOMEOWNER2:34
Is this,
AGENT0:41
that you
HOMEOWNER0:41
is
AGENT11:43am
need all?
HOMEOWNER2:05
this a solar or something?
AGENT2:30
Oh yeah, it's actually a solar program. I mean, it's quite different than all the programs that you probably looked into. or maybe read into, uh, cause it's just specified for homeowners who don't wanna take a loan for them to get the system installed. So, what I mean by that, if you were able to get you to qualify, you're just purchasing for power at a cheaper rate. Like you're just buying electricity at a cheaper rate. Is that confusion
HOMEOWNER2:34
Oh, this is, this is what you install solar panels on the home. That's what this is.
AGENT2:57
Right, it's a solar program. I mean, it's a government indoor solar program, but it's really different environment than all the programs we looked into cause it's just like specified for homeowners would never want to take a loan for them to get the assistance, so you're not paying for the installation. You're not paying for the equipment of the solar or anything. You're only paying for the bill that comes from the solar itself. And

HOMEOWNER11:47am
Yeah. Yes.
AGENT5:41
OK. Well, yeah, so far, we're all good for this program. So, um, my job is just to get you like a local energy consultant for like a 30 minute um assessment just to see if we can get you approved. But like, uh, Byron, would you prefer mornings or afternoon
HOMEOWNER0:41
Uh
AGENT5:48
Like, are you more typically
HOMEOWNER1:12
like
AGENT11:47am

HOMEOWNER5:55
no, no, no, it depends on my schedule. It's, it's on, it's on my schedule right? so
AGENT5:41
mm.
HOMEOWNER5:56
depends on the date,
AGENT1:12
OK
HOMEOWNER0:41
so
AGENT6:01
Can you give me a minute so I can check uh our schedule so I can see what days.
HOMEOWNER0:43
yeah.
AGENT6:16
All righty OK. So today's, uh, I think today is Tuesday, right? So, checking here for Tuesday, no, not Tuesday, I'm sorry. Um, for Wednesday. we have um
HOMEOWNER6:18
Can you, uh, check for Friday?
AGENT6:30
Friday. OK Um, so Friday is basically 17th. So for Friday, I think we're available by the morning, like from 9
HOMEOWNER1:17
What
AGENT0:41
to
HOMEOWNER0:41
time?
AGENT6:37
12:30. Would there like a specific uh date from 9 to 12:30 work out for you?
HOMEOWNER6:42
Uh, I think 12 p.m. would work better on Friday.
AGENT6:50
12 p.m. Can we make it 11:30 just to be in more of a safe zone. 11:30 OK,
HOMEOWNER0:43
Yeah.
AGENT7:01
OK, I got your schedule here, Baram for 11:30. By this Friday, which is the 17th of July. Uh, now, do you typically get your bills, uh, in the mail or do you get them online?
HOMEOWNER7:01
online.
AGENT7:24
OK, perfect. So if you could please like send that over in a text that you will receive uh after this call. I'll be just sending you a text to confirm everything. They can have it in the back of your mind. So if you could send the 3rd page of your utility bill, the one that has the bar graph and everything. The energy consultant will need it to prepare, prepare like an energy savings for you. Um, you know, so we can just make it easier, OK?
HOMEOWNER7:36
I'll probably, uh, hold off on that until I see the details from him. uh, and then we'll go from there. So once he's once I meet with him then I can share uh further information.
AGENT7:41
OK, so you wanna, like, when you meet them, you wanna show them everything, right? You don't want to send home.
HOMEOWNER3:41
Yes,
AGENT8:55
Of course,
HOMEOWNER3:41
yes
AGENT7:45
no problem, but please, please just have it ready for the consultation. So when they pass by

you

AGENT1:12
like,
HOMEOWNER0:43
yeah
AGENT8:06
OK, go. So where I got you scheduled here for this Friday, uh 11:30. OK, now before I let you go, since this program works as a first come, first serve, right? So if you don't make it to the appointment, another homeowner won't be able to take advantage of it. I'm just asking like, is there like any reason you wouldn't be able to make it to the appointment, just making sure.
HOMEOWNER8:11
No, at the moment looks good, but then just let me know in case I need to reschedule
AGENT11:49am
Gotcha
HOMEOWNER8:12
how do I reach back
AGENT1:12
Well,
HOMEOWNER0:41
to you?
AGENT8:17
yeah, you can call me back on this number. I think it's present to you on the screen. The one that starts with 818.
HOMEOWNER6:01
Can you
AGENT1:12
OK
HOMEOWNER8:20
can you just text me
AGENT8:27
Yeah, I'll call you back in the morning of Friday. Like I think I could call you by 10? Would that work for you? OK.
HOMEOWNER11:50am
Yes, that'll
AGENT1:12
OK,
HOMEOWNER11:50am
be perfect. If
AGENT1:12
OK.
HOMEOWNER8:32
you can please call me on Friday just to confirm because based on my schedule if some have moved
AGENT0:41

HOMEOWNER11:50am

AGENT8:55
course
HOMEOWNER8:37
uh, then I might need to move this, but yeah, just give me a call on Friday
AGENT8:55

HOMEOWNER8:43

AGENT8:55
Of course, yeah, OK, I'll I'll give you a call back by Friday 10 a.m. Actually, I'm gonna send you a text right now too. If you could like thumb up or maybe give a reaction so that way I could know if it actually like lend it to you, OK? All right.
HOMEOWNER8:59

AGENT6:16
All right.
HOMEOWNER0:43
yeah,
AGENT8:55
I'll, I'll,
HOMEOWNER1:12
OK.
AGENT9:01
do both. I'll text you and I'll call you, don't

HOMEOWNER0:43
Yeah
AGENT9:03
thank you so much for your time,

AGENT03:38pm
OK Well, that's why we're reaching out. Uh, I know that you inquired on how you can lower your power bill with the solar program. Just a brief breakdown. The way that it works is as long as your property can qualify. You don't have to come out of pocket or take a loan out to get solar anymore. It's simply just designed to help you to eliminate the current power bill that you pay. and swap it out for a cheaper monthly solar bill. Does that make sense?
HOMEOWNER03:38pm
No, I, I wanna own my system.
AGENT03:38pm
OK. So you wanna own the system. Awesome. That's not a problem either. So as far as ownership goes, um, there are a couple of different options you can look into. Um, have you ever looked into the finance option?
HOMEOWNER03:39pm
No, I don't, I just wanna pay for it.

HOMEOWNER03:38pm
Mhm Yeah
AGENT03:38pm
OK, great. Uh, I was reaching out because I know that you had advised that you were paying about 4008 on electricity. Is that about right?

HOMEOWNER03:39pm
Yup
AGENT03:39pm
option, that is something that we can get you in contact with. Now, in order for us to do that, we would need to see a copy of the power bill. That way we can see exactly how much you're paying and things like that. And we can draw up the design for you and show you that cash option.
HOMEOWNER03:39pm
OK
AGENT03:39pm
OK. Now, the way we go about it basically goes on a different day that you have availability. We have an energy consultant pop by. They're gonna break down the, the actual cash option for you. That way, you can compare apples to apples with any other company that you met. And you can see what's the best option for you and your family. Uh, I mean, as far as like any availabilities for things like that are usually more available in the morning times or in the afternoons.
HOMEOWNER03:40pm
Uh, it doesn't matter
AGENT03:40pm
OK. Cause we are gonna have energy consultants, I believe, in the area this week, uh, from my understanding, they're gonna be in the area pretty much up until Thursday. Um, would you have some availability maybe sometime even on Wednesday?
HOMEOWNER03:40pm
Yeah
AGENT03:40pm
OK. As far as Wednesday goes, is any time looking good for you? Would like maybe a 4 o'clock work for you?
HOMEOWNER03:40pm
Yeah, 4 o'clock is fine
AGENT03:40pm
OK. So the only thing, right, we would need present is just the power bill. That's how we'll be able to break down to you the, the actual cash option. Do you do that online or by mail?
HOMEOWNER03:40pm
by mail
AGENT03:40pm
OK. So, right now, what I'm actually gonna do is I'm gonna make sure to put you down for Wednesday at 4. I actually have to send you a confirmation text letting you know that it's set for that time. If what you can do for me, when you get the chance, go ahead and send a screenshot over a page 3 of that power bill. That's where we can actually draw up the desire and save you time for the consultation as well. And then, lastly, I did want to reconfirm, is there anyone else on the title here on Hea places in Cerritos or is it just yourself?
HOMEOWNER03:41pm
Not my wife
AGENT03:41pm
You and your wife? Awesome. And would she also be present for the conversation?
HOMEOWNER03:41pm
Yeah
AGENT03:41pm
Awesome. And then as far as like the, the sunlight exposure on the roof, would you say you get exposed to a lot of sunlight?
HOMEOWNER03:41pm
100%
AGENT03:41pm
Perfect. And then lastly, it, just to confirm, as far as the actual roof itself, is there any leaks on that, any damage on it?
HOMEOWNER03:41pm
Yeah, they're up to 2 years old
AGENT03:41pm
Awesome. So it's fairly new. OK. Not a problem, Rod. So what I'm gonna do for you then is I'll go ahead and schedule this down for you Wednesday at 4. Lastly, I always just like to ask, since we work as a first come, first served appointment basis. I, I do want to make sure Wednesday at 4 is the best time for you just because, right, any homework that doesn't meet takes advantage of another that could. So I wanna make sure that works best for you.
HOMEOWNER03:42pm
So what are you asking
AGENT03:42pm
Oh, I just wanted to make sure, so Wednesday at 4 works best for you?
HOMEOWNER03:42pm
Yeah, it's fine
AGENT03:42pm
Awesome, man. All right. Well, my name's Adam. I'm the verifications manager. Lastly, I'll send you a text to this number very shortly. If you can do me a favor, just give me a like or a thumbs up on it that way I know you received it, that'll be great.

All right now, is this, is this an outright purchase of a solar system or is this a system where we sign up and we pay you and then you pay the electric bill.
AGENT12:13pm
so there's different programs that you can take advantage of right now, right? It's more your preference, but if you don't mind me asking, were you looking for full ownership of the system or were you looking just to cut down on the bill.
HOMEOWNER12:13pm
Well, I wasn't actually looking at anything. I don't know how much longer we're gonna be here.

AGENT12:13pm
Sure, no wor and I'm glad you brought that up because now I can set the expectation proper for you, make it a little bit easier for you. So what happens is, is, let's say um with this program that we're sharing with you, all it is you're doing is you're doing exactly what you're doing with Edison, where instead of you paying Edison every single month at a higher cost like you're doing right now. That bill now gets eliminated and swapped out for a cheaper monthly solar bill that you would now be paying to the solar company. Now, the really cool thing is, like you mentioned you don't know what your plans are with the home, right? You may plan to sell within the next year, maybe 2, maybe a couple years down the line. bell? OK. Um, well, if there's a notice you should have received in the mail by the utility company. Uh, it's just stating that they're gonna be raising the rates just to upgrade the grid, but
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
I
AGENT12:10pm
all that
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
haven't
AGENT12:10pm
means
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
received, I haven't received it yet. The last thing I received from something called Edison
AGENT12:10pm
uh-huh
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
was just telling us that we use a little bit more than average customers in
AGENT12:10pm
Mhm
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
the area that I live in.
AGENT12:10pm
Gotcha. OK. So you got that higher usage. I mean, that being said, within the notice, do you recall like how much you paid on the most recent power bill?
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
248, 258.
AGENT12:10pm
OK, so roughly around the 250, 260-ish range. OK.
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
I averaged 2:15
AGENT12:10pm
Well
HOMEOWNER12:10pm
a year. I already know what I average.
AGENT12:10pm
gotcha. OK. So you know what your average, right? And now, that being said, the reason we're calling is because we're helping homeowners in the area, potentially qualify for these newer government endorsed solar programs that are just now designed for you to eliminate your current high bill and just swap it out for a cheaper monthly solar bill. As long
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
Uh-huh.
AGENT12:11pm
as you can qualify.
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
Yeah,
AGENT12:11pm
Does that make sense?
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
and, and what, what's the qualification?
AGENT12:11pm
Yeah, so it's a couple of different things, right? Like for example, you would have to be the homeowner on title here on Luscenda, uh,
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
Uh-huh
AGENT12:11pm
you're the homeowner on title?
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
Yes
AGENT12:11pm
Awesome. Is there anyone else like a spouse or family member?
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
my wife's
AGENT12:11pm
Awesome
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
in a trust.
AGENT12:11pm
OK, no worries. And as far as like the condition of the roof, is there any leaks or any damages you're aware of?
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
No
AGENT12:11pm
Awesome. Now, as far as like the main qualification goes since these programs are government endorsed, you would need to have a standing credit score of above 670. Do you feel like you'd meet that?
HOMEOWNER12:11pm
Yeah, I'm up in the 800s
AGENT12:11pm
Awesome, man. Well, lastly, of course, it's a silly question, but it's just to reconfirm there's no existing solar on the property.
HOMEOWNER12:12pm
No
AGENT12:12pm
Of course Um, great. Well, based on the information you gave me, Wesley, it, it looks like potentially you guys could be a good fit for this program, right? Our job is really simple. It's really just to find a better date and time where we can have a, what's called a 30-minute in-home consultation and assessment. All it consists of is we have an energy consultant break down this new program to you to answer any questions you guys may have and show you guys a free savings report to see if you guys can get approved to help you lower that bill. As far as you guys' availabilities, are you usually more free in like the morning time or afternoon time?
HOMEOWNER12:12pm
anytime we're both retired.
AGENT12:12pm
Awesome. Um, I will say as far as if, if you mention any time typically works for you. Uh, we do have energy consultants in the area. Here, let me just double check. I wouldn't wanna give you a time that we have booked up. Um, let me see here. What I do see here is would potentially Sunday work for you guys? Maybe Sunday morning around 10?
HOMEOWNER12:13pm
Uh, no, we wouldn't be home Sunday morning.
AGENT12:13pm
OK, no worries. So that, that time wouldn't work for you. Gotcha. Um
HOMEOWNER12:13pm
All right now, is this, is this an outright purchase of a solar system or is this a system where we sign up and we pay you and then you pay the electric bill.
AGENT12:13pm
so there's different programs that you can take advantage of right now, right? It's more your preference, but if you don't mind me asking, were you looking for full ownership of the system or were you looking just to cut down on the bill.
HOMEOWNER12:13pm
Well, I wasn't actually looking at anything. I don't know how much longer we're gonna be here.
AGENT12:13pm
Sure
HOMEOWNER12:13pm
Uh, so that's why we didn't know um whether we wanted to do, you know, to go into either one of the types of programs that you have.
Um, if,
HOMEOWNER12:14pm
Right
AGENT12:14pm
if that is the case, now these programs are fully transferable. So the way you can benefit is you'll be able to say from day one up until that timeline that you plan to sell comes. And when you sell, you're able to fully transfer it over to the next homeowner, and they'll then take advantage of those savings.
HOMEOWNER12:14pm
Mhm
AGENT12:14pm
So these are things that we can break down to you more in detail. That way you get you and your wife can see the benefit of cutting down on the bill. And if there is any other concerns that you have, the energy consultant, he would break that down for you guys.
HOMEOWNER12:14pm
All right
AGENT12:15pm
OK. I know,
HOMEOWNER12:15pm
Yeah
AGENT12:15pm
I know you mentioned typically, right, you, you, you and your wife are retired, so you guys are a little bit more free. Um, we,
HOMEOWNER12:15pm
Right.
AGENT12:15pm
we actually do have energy consultants in the area. Um, from what I'm seeing here on Monday. Would you have some availability on Monday?
HOMEOWNER12:15pm
You're gonna laugh. I'm meeting with my tax guy at noon.
AGENT12:15pm
OK, no worries. I mean
HOMEOWNER12:15pm
It's that time of the year, if you know
AGENT12:15pm
yeah,
HOMEOWNER12:15pm
what I mean.
AGENT12:15pm
no, absolutely. Um, definitely, you won't take care of that. Um, I know you mentioned that's around noon, so it's more like around 12. You would, you have some availability maybe at like, maybe like at 9 o'clock on Monday in the morning.
HOMEOWNER12:15pm
Yeah, we
AGENT12:15pm
OK.
HOMEOWNER12:15pm
could do it Monday at 9 in the morning
AGENT12:15pm
Awesome then. Well, what I'll go ahead and do for you then is I can pencil you down for let's say Monday at 9. the only thing we would need present is just a copy of the power bill. Do you do that one online or do you do that by mail?
HOMEOWNER12:15pm
I got
AGENT12:15pm
OK,
HOMEOWNER12:15pm
that by mail
AGENT12:15pm
awesome. So what I'm gonna go ahead and do for you then right now, Mr. uh, Wesley, is I'm gonna send you a text letting you know it's scheduled for Monday at 9. If what you can do for me, just give me a like or a thumbs up on the message that way I know you received it, that'll be great. Awesome, man.
HOMEOWNER12:16pm
OK
AGENT12:16pm
Great speaking with you. Enjoy your
HOMEOWNER12:16pm
All right
AGENT12:16pm
weekend. And I'll go
HOMEOWNER12:16pm
OK.
AGENT12:16pm
ahead and send it to you in about 5 minutes, OK? Thank you, ma'am. Take care Bye.
HOMEOWNER12:16pm
bye

Listen for“It would be outright a buy” — stated as a requirement, not a question. The agent doesn't argue; he reframes what the program actually replaces.
ObjectionHow it was handledHomeowner's reaction

HOMEOWNER2:10
um, probably. Yeah,
AGENT0:23
OK.
HOMEOWNER2:14
yeah, we have to be, it would be uh outright a buy.
AGENT2:34
Gotcha. OK. No worries. I mean, so the, just, so I'm, can be transparent with you how this works is the, the program that we're sharing now is a little bit different. So there's no loan you're actually taking out for it. The way that it works is instead of you paying the current power bill that you guys pay um with Palm Springs. That
HOMEOWNER09:34am
Mhm.
AGENT2:40
bill is now gonna be eliminated and just swapped out for a cheaper monthly solar bill, right? So as long as you
HOMEOWNER1:07
Right
AGENT2:48
guys can get approved, it's just a simple bill reduction. But for me to set the expectation proper do you recall how much you paid on the most recent power bill?
HOMEOWNER2:55
I pay about anywhere from 40 to 600.
···
HOMEOWNER09:32am
Hello, hello?
AGENT09:32am
Hi, Ms. Foss.
HOMEOWNER0:41
Yeah.
AGENT0:23
Hi, my name is Adam. Uh, I'm calling because we spoke a couple of days back, very briefly, I believe you were at a dinner, uh, in regards to
HOMEOWNER0:56
Oh,
AGENT0:35
the
HOMEOWNER09:32am
yeah, yeah.
AGENT0:35
uh, I'm just reaching back out because I, a team member of mine called, uh, asking if you're paying like over 100 or 120 on the power bill. And I believe you said you were.
HOMEOWNER0:41
Yeah, I was um actually looking to uh get solar in my Palm Springs home.
AGENT0:49
Gotcha. OK. I, I mean, as that as that, um, as far as that goes, had you recently been looking into it?
HOMEOWNER09:32am
Yeah, I got
AGENT0:23
OK.
HOMEOWNER0:52
a couple of quotes already,
AGENT3:37
Sure.
HOMEOWNER2:48
but
AGENT0:23
Uh
HOMEOWNER0:56
um I wanted to hear from you
AGENT1:07
yeah, no, absolutely. Obviously, right, you're doing the right thing, looking into all these other options and things like that. It looks like right now, uh, the reason you haven't moved forward is because you want to see what's the best fit for you. Is that about right?
HOMEOWNER1:23
Uh, maybe. Uh, they, they didn't, uh, you know, this 11 company gave me just a bit to, give me one. option. And I'm like, I, I I didn't want that I
AGENT09:33am
Got you
HOMEOWNER1:26
I didn't didn't, couldn't get him to call me back or anything, so it was very frustrating, so I'm not
AGENT09:33am
Ah. Uh
HOMEOWNER1:29
I wasn't uh interested in that.
AGENT1:41
I'm so sorry to hear that. No, and just so, right, just so I'm transparent with you and we don't make you run into a situation like this. Uh, you mentioned that they shared with you an option you didn't want. Do you recall what that option was?
HOMEOWNER1:52
It was a purchase option of like 130,000 or something or or with the $40,000 uh rebate or something. I'm like, I, no.
AGENT09:33am
OK, so,
HOMEOWNER1:07
No.
AGENT1:55
so was it like a, was it a cash option?
HOMEOWNER1:58
I think so. Well,
AGENT0:35
Or?
HOMEOWNER2:01
it was for like a business cause it is, it is in a business.
AGENT2:07
OK. And I mean, as far as like the, the option, do you, did you have to take out a loan for it?
HOMEOWNER2:10
um, probably. Yeah,
AGENT0:23
OK.
HOMEOWNER2:14
yeah, we have to be, it would be uh outright a buy.
AGENT2:34
Gotcha. OK. No worries. I mean, so the, just, so I'm, can be transparent with you how this works is the, the program that we're sharing now is a little bit different. AGENT09:34am
Got you.
HOMEOWNER1:07
about
AGENT0:23
OK
HOMEOWNER2:58
600 on an average.
AGENT3:05
On an average, gotcha. OK. Yeah, obviously, right, in the, especially in the summertime and, and being in the heat, you know, that, that makes a lot
HOMEOWNER0:41
Yeah
AGENT3:37
more sense, unfortunately. Um, OK, no worries. I mean, right, the next step for us is very simple. It's very similar to uh a process that I'm sure you followed with other companies. Uh, our job is really just to find a different day, a better day and time, where we can have what's called a 30-minute in-home consultation and assessment. We show you a free savings report. That way you can compare apples to apples, the options you receive, and see what's the best fit for you. Uh, obviously with the solar. Um, as far as like your availability for something like that this coming week. Uh, is it more of like a morning time or afternoon time?
HOMEOWNER3:41
Uh, well, you would have to meet me there?
AGENT3:48
Yes, so on a different day, we would have to meet you there for about 30 to 45 minutes. That, to give you that proper breakdown.
HOMEOWNER3:56
Um probably next Thursday if I'm not here, it'll be my husband.
AGENT4:20
OK. Let me double check here, uh, cause I would wanna make sure, you know, right, that it, it would be the best fit for you. What I actually can do for you is I could put you down for Thursday. Um, I know it's 6 days out, but what I could do is I can reach out to you prior uh to make sure that that sticks with you. Because I know, right, you would wanna be present. I'm sure you have a lot of questions and things like that. So I could definitely put you down in for Thursday.
HOMEOWNER0:23
OK.
AGENT4:26
OK, as far as like the availability for you, is that like a morning time or afternoon time?
HOMEOWNER4:29
I'd rather do the morning. Um, a question I have for you,
AGENT1:07
Absolutely
HOMEOWNER4:33
what, what's the name of this system that you guys um use.
AGENT4:35
The name of the actual panel?
HOMEOWNER0:41
Yeah.
AGENT4:42
So the, the panels right as far as the actual panels goes, there's different types that we use. So there's American.
HOMEOWNER09:36am
Are you there
